I have had the same recurring issue with my vehicle since I bought it three years ago. I have reached the final straw and the Service Manager has had me wait for approximately two months on a refund. It has been constant delays or text messages or voicemails when I provide my availability to call back. Arranged for a new check to be picked up after work hours because go figure a check wasn’t issued for three weeks to be mailed and there was nothing there for me this evening. I was informed due to my work hours can pick up my check at the sales desk, turns out another lie. I have had two vehicles with Provincial and definitely am done servicing my Jeep here when I have been a loyal customer.

This is the best car service department! I when to change my winter tires, l had an amazing experience with boby shop Chris Wang and all workers work around the boby shop. They were very knowledgeable and hard work and generosity. Thank you for all your service. You're the best!

Just wanted to thank Lydia and the Provincial body shop team for the great job they did on our Dodge Durango, It was our first time going to Provincial body shop for collision repair and would highly recommend them. From the first encounter to the last, very professional and updated us on the status of our vehicle through out the process.

They repaired and replaced all the damaged parts from the accident and did an amazing job! When I picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised that they even detailed the interior of the car. It looked brand new fresh off the showroom floor. 5 stars!

Honestly I didn’t expect the dealership to have one of the best prices in town on replacement tires…. Not only that but the parts staff were great! Helpful is an understatement. Gave me a great price, booked the appointment with the tire department and I was in and out quickly. These guys really are good. Thank you gentlemen! You know who you are!

I don’t recommend this dealership specially sales person his name Robert derby…I don’t know what’s wrong with this guy may be he don’t like other community people…we met him and we asked him for test drive from very first impression his behaviour was very rude and later he throw some racial comments on us…. This guy don’t deserve to work as sales guy…. Very very bad customer service

Just picked up my new Jeep Cherokee and the experience was fantastic!
