Gary Bath the instructor was very chill and he was very informative when i asked some questions. The training was easy to understand especially for a first time operator like me. Very serious about safety and that is something i very much admire as a safety conscious person myself. Grateful for the great learning experience and would definitely comeback for recertification.

I was trained and properly certified on the zoom boom and scissor lift by Gary. The training was clear, understanding and Gary was a great trainer to have. Thanks for the training.

Initially, great customer service. Once your call has been transferred to the appropriate person, they don't answer. Very frustrating to have to call back as they don't return your call either.

In the fall we purchased and had a 40k capacity machine completely rebuilt from the ground up to better than new condition complete with a new riggers boom. It is unfortunate I have to even give this company 1 star. A coat of paint over a scrap forklift and your 3 month warranty is a joke. We were charged over a thousand dollars on freight for them to take the problematic forklift to their shop WITH IN the "warranty" because it was constantly over heating and disrupting our production, which WE lost money. We had to rent a forklift prior to purchase because they continuously "didn't have it ready" every week, which again was far over a thousand dollars of unexpected and unnecessary expenses. Now just over 6 months of purchase it is gone getting fixed and once again we have to rent another one due to it breaking down. They blamed it on our facility and element yet we have never had any problems with any other one we have had and the owner avoided replying or working something out when addressed these issues and put the freight charge into collections! What a joke! Thanks for the junk!

We have been dealing with Provincial for 20 years. We have bought and sold equipment through them and they do all our repairs and maintenance inspections. We are impressed with the fast, FRIENDLY customer service. Todd gets back to you as soon as you make an inquiry and schedules repairs and maintenance in a timely fashion. Service technician have even gone to our job sites to fix our scissor lift on site to keep our installers working. So much appreciated!
