The appointment was very good the appoinment was on time the nurrsing staff were exceptional, especially the two direct nurses that were assisting me

Was put on waiting list to see a hemroid doctor. First visit was ok but had no idea what to expect. They banded me 3 times and sent me off. 2 weeks later I have a HUGE Burst that bloodied my pants. Omfg is was awful and in public. Went back a few weeks later and got 3 more banding. DOCTOR had zero bed side manners. Did not care at all that I was in pain and said it'll happen again.
Now I'm on the hunt for a better place of treatment. Stay away from this place.
Unfortunately I'll have to go back to these guys and hope they do better as im tired of this. Show some care. Understand how bad my problem is and how it affects me.

Since the moment you walk in the attention is amazing. The doctor was very professional and caring. The nurse very supportive and go through with all details, the anesthesiologist confort you in the way that you can trust with your eyes closed. The checkin stafff very warm and friendly. Such an amazing experience.

The experience was excellent from the beginning! I called them and they had availability in the next 2 weeks which is almost impossible in the city! I had too many questions about the procedure and they were very patient answering all the questions every time I called.
The place was very clean and tidy, organized and everything was very pleasant. I was scheduled for 7 pm and they called me for the procedure 7: 15 approx so not really a long waiting time.
The procedure was explained to me by both the nurse and doctor, they anesthesiologist was also explaining the type of medicine he would use. After procedure they let me know how it went and if they found something or not, but they advised official results will come in approx 3 weeks.
Thank you so much for making the experience so smooth and easy. I’ll definitely recommend this place!

I highly recommend this clinic for taking good care of it’s patients. The staff are genuinely kind, caring and professional. I went to the facility for my first colonoscopy. The service provided was very, very professional since the beginning. It started with detailed emails regarding the colon preparation 1 week before the scheduled appointment. At the day of my examination, the person at the front desk was very welcoming. The medical team (nurses, gastroenterologist, anesthesiologist) all very professional and friendly. The clinic is very clean and well equipped. There was no rush after the procedure, they wanted to make sure I was good to go before leaving the place. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Great experience!

Very friendly and professional staff starting from entrance door to the end of procedure. Everything went smoothly and I was done in no time. Didn't have to wait. My appointment was on time.
I was so scared of gastroscopy procedure but they assured me that I won't feel anything and when I woke up it seemed like I was there only couple minutes. Best of all was that I slept all afternoon when I came home.
I just remember very nice nurse named (Tiana). She made me feel very comfortable and I would like to thank her for that.
I would strongly recommend this clinic. This was my second time at this clinic and I had one hour drive from where I live but I would do it again.
You don't have to wait many months for appointment like at other clinics. This is the best place by far. Starting from reception, nurses and Doctor Pampaloni. And very clean and inviting place too.

This is it! Look nowhere else, a bit of history. My first visit was four years ago when the new owner was taking over; the clinic was very tired looking at the time, and I had a talk with the new owner explained his vision to me; yesterday was the day that I saw that vision right in front of my own eyes WOW what a dramatic and remarkable change, the cleanness of the place, upscale finishes, the most gracious staff, top of the line equipment use Olympus 190 (I think the only clinic in Ontario) and of course fantastic doctors to name a few Dr. Enver and Dr. Pacho. Congratulations on this Huge accomplishment; this should be a model for other clinics.

First timer and a little nervous about the procedure. The staff made me feel at ease and the whole thing was over before I knew it. The worst thing about the colonoscopy was the day leading up to it and even now, hours after I was done, the diarrhea persist.

Dr Lee was amazing. She explained in great detail the procedure as well as health taught the importance of fibre in your diet. The anesthesiologist also explained in great detail the anesthetic he will be using. Both the Doctors were very professional and made you feel at ease. Recovery nurse was comforting and a kind demeanor. All staff at the clinic are wonderful. I would highly recommend their services.

My Experience with Provis-Rudd was great! Timing was punctual as planned (No Waiting Time), the people were very collaborative, encouraging and proffessional. Clinic's Hygenic standard was great. I did not feel any pain post operation. Highly recommended!

Before the gastroscopy, they called my father's Cardiologist to confirm the medicine problem which I couldn't explain clearly, I appreciated it very much. I am so very thankful to all the staff at the Provis-Rudd clinic! I was very anxious about the procedures I needed done but everyone was so caring, supportive, patient and calming while being extremely professional. The precautions taken for Covid made me feel completely safe. Thank you for making my experience so positive. Next time I will be much more relaxed knowing what great staff this clinic has.

My experience was not too bad. The nurse who talked to me first was awesome. While he missed the first time putting in the needle I didnt feel it at all. The second attempt either. Amazing experience. The procedure was quick. I didn't have to wait at all.
Why not 5 stars if it was all so good? Well what I did not like at all was the lack of privacy from the front desk. Asking personal information in reception while others sat there like weight and height, age etc.extremely uncomfortable. You fill all that out before you get there so no sure why I had to explain this 3 times? I understand the nurse asking while I was on the bed waiting. But there was absolutely no reason for reception to ask.
Over all my experience was good. I dont have to go back because my results were great. All in all I'd recommend this place.

Front desk guy is rude but the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Especially nurses and doctors.

2 stars because the aftercare was not what I expected. The nurse inserting my intervenes was awful, she moved the needle around and around, left me bruised and my writing hand in pain for days after the procedure. After the procedure, I was rushed to get out of my bed even though I was dizzy from the anesthesia. There are no aftercare instructions unless you ask.
5 stars for cleanliness of the facility. The individual that does the booking and welcomes you at the main desk is stellar. Doctors, anesthesiologist and the operating nurse were amazing.

The Provis-Rudd team made an uncomfortable procedure very comfortable. Everyone was thorough and efficient yet very personable and reassuring, taking care and answering my questions at every turn. Five stars. Thank you.

I attended this clinic with my wife, Thuyen Nguyen, who speaks English as a second language. The level of care, politeness, professionalism, and compassion were second to none. Colonoscopy results were given immediately after the procedure, which put my wife’s mind at ease and alleviated her stress and anxiety. The procedure was completed quickly and was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a colonoscopy.

Doctors and staff are very professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. As and when I needed any info I was provided right away by Mohamad. Mohamad is very efficient and helpful.

It’s a good facility. The Receptionist, Recovery nurse and the Anesthesiologist were friendly. However, I don’t like that they don’t answer the phone. You always have to leave a voicemail and wait 1-2 days for someone to call back. Also the male Doctor should speak to the patients at the end of the procedure in case there are any questions like the female Doctor Mona Saleh does.

Every aspect of this procedure from start to finish was professional. The person who booked it was courteous and the nurse and doctor who did the procedure were professional knowledgeable and had an excellent bed side manner. They also provided me with some excellent follow up care. I highly recommend this clinic to others considering a colonoscopy.

This is a very organized and well run place. The receptionist is very friendly and answered all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, the two nurses were very compassionate and did a great job making me feel comfortable. The procedure itself went well and no after effects.

This place is a nightmare. Third world service where people are left waiting for hours after their assigned appointment time. Stay away unless you want to be treated like garbage. Staff is incompetent and the facilities are dirty.

I had my colonoscopy procedure at your center yesterday and although it didn't start at the time the appointment was given for I had the best experience. Your whole team made my scary and fearful procedure a very pleasant experience. I would especially love to thank the nurse Susan from the bottom of my heart. She is such a fantastic soul, who genuinely cares for the patients. I was feeling more giddy than most patients after the procedure and she took such good care of me. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation for her care. She is such an asset to the clinic and while most people think of it as a job, I believe she was born to be a nurse. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Not sure why anyone is rating this place so badly. I went in today for a colonoscopy, all the nurses Pam and the recovery room nurse Carina were really re-assuring, the receptionists Gina was great and Dr. Paco did my procedure smoothly and quickly. The anesthesiologist Dr. Bismilla was amazing (no recovering issues at all)
Things to improve: Service desk to improve response to the client's phone calls.

Excellent, clean and professional clinic. One time for procedure, professional staff, overall a great experience for such a "poopy" procedure.

This is not one of the most enjoyable processes but the friendly staff and doctors made an easily bearable process. So professional and so on time compared to other clinics that I have used in the past. The location is convenient and the free available parking is a gradation plus.
