Supreme towing recommendations go ti these shop but I am not satisfied with there service didnot repaired my car properly

Great service! My Elantra was hit at the back and was in pretty bad shape. My friend sent me to this place and my experience was amazing. Especially dealing with Rashim. She was very helpful from the starting. Even if I called over the weekend, she is always available. Everything was done on the time and I got my car delivered on the day promised. My SUV was in accident. Good job done so far no complaints. Very good team.it took over a month to fix because of parts availability and also made sure all electronics worked before returning my SUV. All original parts and was given invoice of all original parts used. Mr. Sodhi always picked up the phone when I called.

My car was making weird noises, I went to several places and wasn’t satisfied. I got my car fixed here and haven’t heard that noise again. Happy with the service.

DON'T GO THERE THEY ARE SCAMERS, my sister's car was there for fix through insurance they use used parts, the car is never straight anymore they blame someone else who did the alignment, alignment was been done through them what a joke eh? And use old rustie wheel! And we get the car with only 4 wheel nut, stay a way form them. Btw not sure how the heel the car was fix supposed to be write-off, but I think this is how they make money.

Impressive Customer Realtionship response time, staff and owner were very helpful and humble. Take care of your vehicle well, though you need to take regular follow-ups. Overall good experience.

My friend's car was towed by Supreme towing and brought to Prozone. Let me start off by saying that tow guys are vultures sitting on the highway and work on a commission basis with shady shop (s) just like this. Prozone literally held his car hostage and demanded outrageous fees for a simple tow. These people are crooks and should be avoided at all costs.

My car was fixed by prozone. This place blew me away by its professionalism and quality of work. They made the car look like it just came brand new from the factory

Worst experience. They charge you for new parts and use old used parts. The paint-job was super bad because the paint didn’t match the rest of the car so they decided to blend it without properly finishing it even a kid can also tell the difference between the body panels. The paint started to bubble and come off and if you ask them to fix it they will just keep giving you dates and never fix the problem. Ruined my new car’s look.
Would never recommend this bodyshop to anyone.
