The first time i go a loan was in 2018 until today i am still making loans and pay them off. The people in this inttution are 5 stars all of the loan officer are so loving and make you feel at home. The know your need and they try to help you the best they can many times they helped an such a feindly people loving in very special Gary the boss he has been so understanding having a loan with prudent is a very good experience they are friendly they are understanding and they go out of their way to help you.
I have sent some people to prudent and they love it, once you become their client you will always go back, because the way they treat you. I love them all and thank them for going over and over for me and my family i make sure i have good standard with them, a company that deserves a visit, believe me if you go there for a financial asssitance they will treat you royaly. Not to be trusted. Every employee will give you a different answer and if you ask them to put it in writing they are very very hesitant. Asking for a copy of the contract so that you have time to read it is almost impossible. Farouk their junior associate captain insisting that he is not willing to print out a contract unless I am willing to take the loan which means I have to agree to the loan and then they'll print it out and then you find a term you don't like but you've already agreed to the loan. In reality you're not bound by anything until you sign. They claim and effective interest rate of under 6%, but then they add all kinds of fees which basically brings your interest rate up to about 20%. The fact that they are scared to give you their details in writing should tell you all you need to know. Look elsewhere.

I took two loans from here and paid both of them off and made all my payments on time, yet neither one of the accounts has been closed, this place is one big scam and a lie, I’ve paid off both accounts and yet they refuse to close the accounts

I've been using Prudent Financial Services for nearly two decades.   They've financed 3 vehicles over that period of time in addition to a few personal loans.   They are by FAR more reasonable than any other bank.   Although there have been different Representatives whom have assisted me over the years, the service has always been GREAT.   Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Naomi, Saif & Irina.   All three of them were just simply a delight to deal with providing prompt & courteous responses to all of my inquiries.   I HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone regardless of credit worthiness.

I got my car financed from Prudent in August 2020 and they sounded and looked very helpful about it but after the finalisation they have been nothing but rude about anything I have to discuss about. Overall it was a very bad experience with their staff and the person who completed my loan formalities Saif was not helpful as well.

I would not recommend you getting a finance from them.
