On Sunday at around 1: 40pm an aggressive truck driver in the North York region from P&S was trying hard to cut me off in traffic.

This is a great family-run business! The place offers custom made products that are made locally to support our economy. Recently we ordered a set which included a sofa, love seat, chair, ottoman and decorative pillows for our home.

Satvir provided extensive service to ensure the the order would be available prior to our home coming together. It took less than 4 days for the order to be completed. The order came in and looks phenomenal! We are really happy with this purchase!

I used to live in Toronto and I always get my furniture from P and S. I moved to Ottawa guess what that's still my pot. They have quality furniture and nice price. I am never buying anywhere else facts! I was there just a few weeks ago to pick up my new furniture.

Stop taking money out of the customer pocket! This is not acceptable the after service is horrible. Scammers.lm shopping this shop 10 years till now.gave a deposit and when l come back he try to bum up the price twice because l cant buy 2 mattresses at this time.so disappointed.
Soon you will close down because no one will take your service and you set you own price? That is so greedy!
l will complain on consumer protection Ontario.

I have searched across Toronto and no place other than P&S gives you the trust and guarantee while you shop. The employees are well mannered and lucky for me as I found them on Instagram. We bought sofa with chaise. We got to choose our fabric and we opted for extra firm cushions and 6 inch legs, best decision we ever made. The staff was very friendlt and helpful. Their prices are also great. We shopped different stores and this was ghe best deal.

A step up from a snake oil vendor. Don't bother, spend the extra 100 bucks and go through a real store. Then claiming I've never purchased anything to absolve themself of any criticism like true scam artists. My girlfriend and I have been dealing with you for over a month and even now as our transaction is being laid to rest still you insist on spewing dishonesty, a lack of awarness and an overall abysmal customer experience. Your inevitable demise cannot come soon enough

I just got a couch from this store HORRIBLE pricing HORRIBLE material you're better off getting a couch from ikea. Such a waste of 1,000 dollars. DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Scammers. Me and my boyfriend came into the store looking for a couch and saw one that we liked but we wanted to keep looking for other options. We gave a deposit of $50 just so that we dont lose the offer. Gagan, one of the staff members said it would NOT be an issue if we changed our minds. Came back to get our $50 back because we found a better offer somewhere els and Gagan denied the deal he had promised us, we said we would gladly take something els that is worth $50 and every offer he made us he would bump up the price twice as much. Make sure before signing any papers yu record everything they tell yu!

Went in to the store to purchase furniture for my house showing and was greeted with expectational service. The salesmen insured I found everything I was looking for the lowest price and best quality in comparison to other stores. Delivery was headache free and the guys made sure everything was set properly.

The shop has variety of products and models, the prices are reasonable (it’s better buy couch here than in Ikea). Workers are kindly and helpful. If you don’t have car or transport to move the furniture, they have delivery.

Not a fan of that store, they're expensive and the material aren't really good materials and they're expensive and they don't really clean inside the store.

I am very happy with the purchase of my custom made sectional and bed set. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. After spending lots of time searching for the style I really wanted for my taste a friend of mine recommended me to P&S furniture since she is one of their customers for a decade. I am very pleased with quality of the furniture I got. And big thanks to their delivery people very professional and courteous.

I’ve purchased a bed frame was told it’s gonna be delivered a day later, out of no where I’ve got a call telling me they were on the way and will be there in 30 mins, meets me at my condo drops it at the loading docks and just leaves without helping me bringing it in the elevator and let’s me carry it the rest of the ways by myself without any help. Unprofessional service, not on time as promised. Do not buy from this place!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The prices were right and the service friendly and warm. I had an issue with a piece upon delivery (which can happen) and they offered to replace it right away.
The furniture is sturdy and gorgeous looking. Highly recommended and worth it.
