Always a good experience and friendly service. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because there is no exceptional, above and beyond aspects like other salons I've been to (e.g. Coffee or tea offered, etc.). Provides a great service and will definitely return.

Horrible place. Over priced for a terrible nail procedure.
I had a mani and pedi and my feet are more rough after then they were before. My hand nails are all chipped and now have 3 bleeding cuticles.

Lee did such a great job with my set today! She took her time and care and created the cute summery look I was going for. Thank you!

I had an appointment today at 1: 00 pm to get bio gel removal and a manicure. Unfortunately, I experienced an extremely poor and rushed manicure, that resulted in my cuticle being cut and starting to bleed. I did not receive an apology from staff, and instead she just proceeded to try to top the bleeding with acetone and moisturizer without consulting me first. I also had inconsistent removal treatment with acetone used on one and hand and not the other. I didn’t want to make a seen in the store so I didn’t say anything, but it is unfortunate that this had been my experience.

Amazing experience from day one! I know come to get the best service every time! Best quality!:) I totally recommend this business if you are looking for the best results.

My friends and I have been going to P’s for years and their service has always been amazing. The staff are very nice and always accommodating. They do exactly what you want and the results are always great especially for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Bad quality. This was my first time at this salon and my technician was not careful, rushed through my appointment, and did a VERY poor job on my nails. I have had gel nails many times, and this was by far the cheapest quality I have had. After leaving my nails were so thin and within one week, two of my nails cracked. This should not have happened. They also advertise 40-45 dollars but to get almond nail shape (and some other shapes) its an extra $5 and if you have longer nails its another extra $5. It is really frustrating because I spent good money just for them to ruin my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever had, the staff is not trained well enough and the manager doesn't have any manners to talk to anyone. I don't even understand how they are still in business.

I’m not one to review but service left me frustrated. Had a bad experience where the tech sliced my nail in half. Was hopeful when I got a text from the manager but wasn’t able to contact for months. I finally got into contact and she refused that it was her tech that caused bruising and my nails were “lifted” that made the tech cut my nail in half. I’m super disappointed because I used to use P’s a lot and this experience ruined it for me.
Edit: Nails were not destroyed prior to appointment. Though gaslit by manager and treated poorly and extremely unprofessionally by a place I used to love. If I could give negative I would.
