PSV (Posh Style Vibe) at Parkside Village

I’ve been living here for 2 months. The fire alarm randomly goes off at late night! Happened 4 times already! I’m trying to sleep, and the alarm is BLASTING for 30 minutes straight! 2/4 times they just stopped the alarm and did not explain what happened/why was the alarm blasted. Unbelievable! Can’t stand it.

The concierges always seizure your parcel and don’t give it to you though it’s delivered. Not always, I mean every time! Next time I will call 911!

This building has my nomination for worst management in town. They are cheap with maintenance, elevators and garbage chutes always malfunctioning, amenities are poorly serviced plus they have the worst attitude, as if tenants work for them. Stay away!

The worst place to stay. Don’t get attracted by its outer beauty. Elevators not working all the time. They ask to go to bank and get a bank draft just to book an elevator. Can’t even accept a bank draft. Management doesn’t work on weekends and if you wanna get issues an extra fob, they want you to give a cheque on a weekday by making you miss your job.

Very bad building! Only 2 of 4 elevators are working 90% of the time! Bad management, and on top of this you have to pay gas and water bill plus hydro!

Great condominium. Highly advise you to live here as a bachelor or a small family! Location is worth every dollar.

Great space-especially for those who don't want to put much work into their home because everything is basically perfect! Love the location as well.

Very bad building, eleveters and swimming pool most of the time out of service, i cant belive this building only 2 years old

The AC doesn't work in summer, the hot water gives out in winter, the elevators take forever, the garbage chute is out of service at least 4 times a week, the builder quality is poor, the pool has been out of service for a month, etc. #livewell

Convenient location. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Square 1 and celebration square. Great booming spot for couples, young families and bachelors/bachelorettes. My friends live here and it's always a hot spot.

Clean and modern amenities, close to transportation HUB GO/Mississauga Transit. Square one is just a few blocks away including the library, Mississauga's celebration square!

Do not move in to here, if you do you should do your research. The fire alarms go off at least twice a week in the middle of the night. It will give you sleep deprivation and anxiety. People who give it 5 stars likely don't live here. It is incomprehensible how anyone can live with this and give it 5 stars.

I like this building! The finishes and layout are really nice specially the top floors like penthouse or lower penthouse levels

Amazing spot to be in, right in the heart of everything. Friends of ours had bought and we realized what a gem this was after we bought our place. Some big things happening in Mississauga soon so get your digs in this place, gonna be prime!

Friends of mine live in this building. SUCH a nice building considering most of the newer built ones are like living in a shoebox. The building was always clean; security was very friendly and helpful. I cant speak for most of the other reviews listed below.but the elevators were super quick, hardly busy. They all seemed to be in working order.super nice amenities available. Talk about luxury living! They even have a mid-level courtyard. Do you even need to leave your building anymore? ! Not to mention the building is in such a prime location of an upcoming major city. Lots of things accessible in the area. Food, public transit, schools, YMCA and of course the mall. If I were going to be buying a condo some time soon I'd consider investing in this!

Amazing location! So close to transportation hub (buses, GO) and square one mall. Sheridan college being close by brings up the value nicely. I've been living here for 2 years and the amenities are modern and spacious. Property management is reasonable at times as well.

Worst condo ever: unstable hot water supply in the winter, no hot water after midnight, non-stop elevator problems, broken pipes in the lobby, highly sensitive fire alarm system going off a few times a week late at night or early in the morning, garbage in the parking lot all the time, no visitor parking, people take shortcuts and drive dangerously in the parking lot. The list of problems just keeps growing.

A lot of people give this building 5 star because the location is great and you can walk to square one; but the building it's self has a lot of issues and the management is careless and don't take your concerns seriously. The parking lot is very tight it's very hard to enter it and exit it, people smoke weed in the stair case, elevator is not working all the time, it's a lucky day if the 4 of them are working, the AC keeps turning off in the summer other than the fact that we pay for it, we had to buy a fan to turn it on everytime the AC stops working, the fire alarms are extremely sensitive, it would go on while were sleeping all the time, for $2,000 a month it's not worth living here
