I finished my physio sessions with PT Health and the exercises that I had with their program helped me a lot to ease the pain of my osteoarthritis. I wish to thank Maria Nievera for her assistance in my every session. I also thank Mr Hadi Tabibi for the guidance.

I went to Hadi Tabibi for physiotherapy for my shoulder after my rotator cuff surgery. I had an incredible experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and gentle and experienced. Because of him my shoulder is feeling much better and I have regained much of my mobility. Even my surgeon was very impressed with how quickly I was able to recover because of the physiotherapy I received by him.

Since there is no 0-stars option, I ended up giving them 1-star. I didn’t have a good experience with them and poor customer service too. Not as expected

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service. You are better off going on YouTube and looking up excercises. Save your money and time and go to a real place where they show you respect.

I'm happy I found this place. The sessions I've had so far have been helping and the therapists are pleasant.

I was very happy with the clinic when I first started. I always advocate for myself and ask their recommendations. I understand they can be really busy and forget certain things and I truly was okay with reminding them. I get things can get hectic and it's hard to keep track when you have so many clients, but that's also part of the job. Following up and making sure we are okay. My physiotherapist went away and was covered by someone else. When my time was up, it was advised to get an extension. I had asked them to call the WSIB direct line and they said they would. I followed up several times and a week later I was told they would send a report. WSIB has stated that the clinic needs to call the direct line. 3+ weeks now, no extension has been approved because the call was never made. Physio never followed up with me. I've made several calls but it's really hard to get a hold of them. I have been more than patient and understanding during my treatment there and have done whatever has been asked of me to do on my own time to help myself. I have advised WSIB that even if the clinic were to reach out to me now (after so long of having 0 additional guidance), I wouldn't ever want to go back. I've done what's been asked of me and have gone above and beyond to find out what the right procedure is to continue getting help for my injury. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like they really don't care. By no means am I saying they are rude. They were very lovely people. But I shouldn't have to feel like I'm being a burden when it's clear I needed extra help. I would not recommend going there. I was reinjured at work before the "extension report" was sent and let them know. Still, no follow up. It was like pulling teeth when i kept saying a call had to be made to the direct line. I shouldn't have gotten so much push back.

Easy to find location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very knowledgeable re my knee problem. Dr Hadi Tabibi and his assistant were very helpful and patience accommodating me.
Very happy and satisfied that my family doctor referred me to him.

I had used this clinic back in 2018 when I fractured my ankle. They were very good. I will have my assessment done next Friday on my shoulder so it should be interesting.

Staff are very professional. PT Health offers many services including chiropractic & massage therapy. Tess was very knowledgeable and provided not only ultrasound and exercises to do at home but also some value add massage techniques in treating my health concern.

I was referred to the pt Health- Central Scarborough Physiotherapy by a Work-In doctor at Golden Mall, Scarborough. After a thorough examination of my knees, I was advised to undergo physiotherapy exercises for a few weeks. All staff members of pt Health - Central Scarborough provided excellent professional services which led to the speedy improvement and complete healing of my knee problem. The Director of this facility also accurately determined the cause of an uncomfortable swelling on my right toe. This ailment was promptly treated by my doctor in Toronto. I don't have issues with my mobility. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professional services provide by all staff members of pt Health - Central Scarborough.

My husband recently received treatment at this clinic and was greatly impressed by the care that both Hadi and Maria gave him. We highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic in Scarborough.

Been at pt Health a few months back for an annoying pain in my right hand due to overwork on laptop, and I got relieved of the pain, after only a few sessions of physio. The health assistant and physio were very attentive, kind and professional. Kudos! And also Kudos to Hadi, the Clinic Director, who is doing a fantastic job too! Hope ptH open a clinic soon in Markham where I live.

Great place it was my first time to a Physiotherapy clinic. Great Front office stuff Uruvi and Elaine. The Physiotherapist Chitra was good and went through all exercises. Great work and good service.

It was an unfortunate experience to be involved in an accident. But PT health Scarborough made my recovery very smooth. Ms Chitira is more than hospitable highly experienced to handle my recovery with the right procedures and exercises. For me it's the place to think of for your physios.

At the beginning of May, I awoke with pain on the right side of my neck which radiated to all sides. I was in pain. My family doctor referred me to pT Health - Central Scarborough Physiotherapy. I met with Mr. Javad Nejatbakhsh on the 9th of May and he was helpful in ascertaining my problem and planning out a course of treatment in the coming weeks. I met with Urvi Patel on three occasions and with Naghmeh Esbati twice. They explained the exercises to me and asked me to practice them repeatedly to a number of counts. The half hour sessions consisted of Urvi placing self-adhesive electrodes at key points on my neck and shoulders. As the massage began she would bring a heated towel and place it around the back of my neck. This was so relieving and Naghmeh used a Tens machine in quite the same way with the added effect of the heat. On the 30th of May, I had the assessment conducted by Mr. Javad Nejatbakhsh, who wanted me to rate my pain on a scale of 1 to 10, I told him that i had no pain.
I was extremely happy with the treatment received and recommend it to anyone who need their services.

Great vibe and amazing people, treated my partially torn shoulder here and within a few short months I am almost back to 100%

Called to inquire about whether or not the clinic carried aircasts. Receptionist couldn't answer and said an appt needed to be made before we could know. Didn't seem too knowledgeable about what the clinic could provide, but rather defaulted to just saying we needed to make an appt. Didn't make an appt bc of this.
Update: care coordinator DID NOT inform me that aircasts were not sold. As I wrote above, care coordinator did not give any information and asked me to make an appt before I could get any info on what was available.

I am Sukanthini just want to say thank you to Joyce Guillermo.thank you for your massage therapy. It's been very helpful to reduce my shoulder pain over the past 2 sessions.

I just want to say thank you to Hadi for your help, advice, support and excellent service. You have enable me to complete exercises and movement which I have incorporated in my daily life. It was such a pleasure to spend time on the virtual visits. Your professionalism, concern and friendliness were much appreciated. I have no hesitation to recommended this physio clinic to my family and friends if they ever require physiotherapy.

Don't Go Here. Went here after an injury and the untrained, uneducated, careless idiotic staff here did deep massage therapy and made my injury even worse! These people do not check MRIs, X-Rays or UltraSounds before running to do treatment and charging you. They have no experience and are only after your money. Save your chances of recovery and money and go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.

The following are the reasons I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at this location and why I will never be going back. If you don't have time to read all, at least read the 4th point:

1. The customer service at this location needs some improvement. When I arrived, I had to stand at the receptionist's desk for a few minutes while the receptionist was just casually talking to another employee. She even looked at me but didn't acknowledge that I was there and didn't say anything along the lines of "I'll be with you shortly". She just continued leaning against the door frame and talked to her coworker until my massage therapist came out and asked her to attend to me.

2. I was not asked whether I wanted a female or male RMT. I feel most comfortable with female RMTs and that's what I have always gone with but this time, without any prior questions or heads up, I was assigned a male RMT.

3. The ambiance does not feel relaxing at all. The rooms are small and very dark and there's no mellow music playing in the background which I think is essential when getting a massage.

(THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON) 4. Even though the massage itself was good, I was very uncomfortable throughout the whole process. The RMT spoke to me throughout the entire 60 minutes and asked VERY personal and intrusive questions. He even went on to comment on my physical appearance and give me unsolicited advice. As a female, I felt extremely vulnerable.
He even talked badly about this location and said how unsanitary everything is and that he is only there to make extra money during COVID. Great. I am paying more than $100 to be told by my own RMT that the place is unsanitary and run down. To make matters worse, he asked for my number and said I should reach out to him for at-home massages. Furthermore, he went on to crack my back after he realized I'd come straight from my chiropractic appointment (being the narcissist that he was, he thought he could do a better job than my chiropractor and made racist remarks about why my chiropractor might not have been good). Aside from being unethical, are some of these activities not borderline illegal?

All in all, I could not wait for the massage to be over to get out of there. $100 down the drain and left being shaken up and a bit scarred. Extremely unprofessional service.

Even though I had a terrible experience here, I'm really hoping this was a one-off experience and that others haven't and won't have to go through what I went through. To management: I would screen potential employees more effectively and routinely perform training sessions if I were you.

I don't write reviews. But I want to here. Iam 57yr old man and I hurt myself like never before. It scared me to my core. Off work not knowing how iam going to provide for my family. And if I would ever return to work. Down the spine to my toes. I started physical therapy in Aug. One injury I thought. I soon realized that I was in bigger trouble. Maria said don't worry we can get you though this. I hate to say now.but then I doubted her alittle. Ok a lot. I was mashed up. Never ones did she ever make me fell uncomfortable or awkward. She is a perfectionist. I still go when I can. Trust her she knows where it hurts and how to fix it. I am happy to say she was true to her word. Iam back to work. A different job a little lighter work.but up and working. The rest of the staff there outstanding. What can you say about a person that truly cares. And wants to give you your life back again. Iam greatfull. Thank you. I don't know. So I wrote this review. To say thank you!

Great place that takes care of their clients, their environment and take great measures in compliance with government regulations. It’s easy to book and get appointments quickly. Their specialists are well informed & educated. Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and assistance is immediate. I love that they are always on time and never any delays/very accommodating should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Feel safe going in even during covid times. Kanika has been helping me with my back aches caused from whip lash in an accident and she has been wonderful.

I am very pleased with the services provided by PT Health. I recently had knee replacement surgery and had concerns due to covid 19. I feel very safe as all covid protocols are being followed consistently. My therapist Hadi is very professional and knowledgeable in helping me understand and complete my exercises. I would recommend PT Health to anyone in the need of physio therapy of any kind.

Hello everyone if you choose this location you might find it very helpful and progressive. I used two different locations and got treatment from the first one. I didn’t get much of difference in my condition in more than 10 sessions and all they were doing was just trapping a vibrating machine felt kind of electric shocks then they would just hand me the three stretchy things and asked me just do 10 or 15 rounds of each but the technician would not stay to see how I am doing and my session would be done. Then I started treatment with this location at Lawrence and Birchmount Rd and I started to feel the difference from the first session. I can say in 7 sessions I have recovered like 80%. I don’t know about your experience but my experience says I can recommend you this location for a better result physiotherapy.

PT Health was recommended to me by Scarborough Grace Hospital after my partial knee replacement. Javad Nejatbakhsh is my physio therapist. PT health is a well run physio clinic that I would reccomend. There is free parking and there is no wait time for your appointment. I still have some physio to do but there us no doubt in my mind attending this clinic has helped my recovery.

The way this pt Health location serves patients is amazing! Professional and friendly customer service! My mom had a previous booking for knee, and shoulder with Aaron Cheung and now again she is having her appointments for lower back with the same physiotherapist. Aaron is the best professional physio, very competent, knowledgable and passionate about his career, polite and well mannered and so curious to every question and how to respond the way everyone can understand! We wish him all the best! I believe he can excel in anything he chooses to do as he's so intelligent and well versed! I am happy that my mom is happy with Aaron Cheung's sessions and that means a lot to me. It's people like him who can bring healthy changes in your life!

Pt PHYSIOTHERAPY is a wonderful place on birchmount/Lawrence. I just started going since three weeks. The staffs are obliging and the lady at the front desk is very helpful. My physiotherapist Aaron is a great guy and takes pain to get the job done right. My knees and neck are much better than before. I recommend PT PHYSIOTHERAPY to everyone

I injured myself at work close to a year ago. I was going to a different physiotherapist who was doing very passive treatment on me so I looked online for other places and found PT Health in Scarborough. I can literally say it did change my life in some way. Although I still experience back pain, the stretches and exercises I have learned while working with Hadi have really been helping my overall body pain and increased my strength. I experience pain in a lot of areas and being consistent in doing my stretches and exercises, as well as taking his recommendation for products that will help with those stretches and exercises, I was able to go on a very long walk yesterday (about 12 hours out in total taking breaks in between) with no knee, hip or increased back pain/shoulder/neck pain. I would highly recommend PT Health. I was also able to skateboard and as I hadn't skated in about a year, my balance was incredible. Not once did I complain about random pain popping up. My appointments with Hadi were online but I really see how physiotherapy can be helpful if you put the work into it. The staff are polite, professional, helpful and understanding. I appreciate all the help I have gotten and the recommendation to see a rheumatologist when clinics start to re open again, as my back strain should've been healed within about 2 months from the date of injury. I feel a lot better overall and healthier. Thank you so much for the treatment. I look forward to working with PT health in the future if I ever need physiotherapy again.

I have had virtual treatments with Hadi Tabibi who not only takes the time to listen but compassionate and knows exactly the treatments I should receive. I am amazed how knowledgeable he is and what exercises I should be focusing on to strengthen my leg and knee. He is very personable and I follow his at home care advice and have improved enormously.
I would recommend his service even virtual treatments.

I was impressed on how professional the employees of the PT Health Central Scarborough at Birchmount and Lawrence Avenue East. From the receptionist, supervisors, to the physiotherapist they are all very courteous, knowledgeable, and are able to explain to me well the treatment that the physiotherapist will provide to me in the clinic. I was provided with printed materials on exercises that I, as the patient is expected to do at home, and at the same manner was explained to me physically and visually. Job well done.

Aaron always treated me with dignity and courtesy. He was always searching for answers to my multi-faceted issues. He offered preventative measures as well treatment options. He also offered me a reduced rate, as I was paying out of pocket.
The receptionist at the front desk, whose name I don"t recall, was always friendly and helpful.

After treatment I always experienced less pain and discomfort in my neck. The physiotherapist gave me exercises to do at home which has greatly improved my comfort level of degenerative discs and osteoporosis. I was always treated with respect and my appointments were always managed in a timely fashion.

I find pt Health-Central Scarborough Physiotherapy a very pleasant place to work hard on my physical situation. The therapists are friendly, competent, and very careful about what they are asking you to try and showing you how to do. I recently started physiotherapy at pt Health Scarborough and I must say it is amazing. The staff is professional and friendly. The treatment I receive and still receiving is very great the techniques they use is really useful and am able to perform them at home. I would highly recommend this studio to friends and family.

I had a very good team of physiotherapist and with massages my hand got cured in about one and half month. Everyone who works there care for their patients. I will recommend to my family and friends to go to PT Health.
