Dr. Niruba was amazing. She is one of the best Chiro I have met and definitely the best in Oshawa. She knows exactly what is the best treatment for her patients and I’m glad I was treated by her for my long lasting cervical pain.

For the past 3 years I've been suffering with back and shoulder pain. I made an appointment with ProHealth Oshawa Physiotherapy and Rehab for assessment and treatment hoping for a solution. Crystal D'Souza with her amazing knowledge and experience was able to diagnose and treat the issue immediately. She clearly explained the problem and then outlined how physio would not only help but probably heal the issue. Now, after just 4 sessions, my daily pain and discomfort have been alleviated and I have an exercise routine to do at home to help maintain my progress. I highly recommend going to see Crystal for physiotherapy! She is now part of my 'staying health and fit for life' program. All the staff have been very kind, courteous, friendly and helpful.

Recently, I had been to ProHealth for a diagnosis and treatment. In my first appointment itself, ProHealth Physio, Manu S.was able to successfully identify the root cause of my injury and provide a relief after treatment. I had a session with Alyshah Levac recently, and I must say that her approach to physiotherapy is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I could tell that she was very thorough in her method of assessment, taking the time to listen to my concerns and asking detailed questions to better understand my condition.

Throughout the session, Alyshah demonstrated an impressive level of care and concern for my well-being, showing me exercises that were tailored to my needs and making sure to stop if anything felt uncomfortable or too challenging. Her patience and professionalism made me feel at ease, and I left my session feeling empowered and motivated to continue with my physiotherapy.

Overall, I cannot recommend Alyshah Levac highly enough. She is an incredibly skilled physiotherapist who truly cares.

Victorio was informative and professional with my daughter. He gave us a short consult before beginning her first massage and made sure she comfortable throughout the session.

Before I went to ProHealth, I couldn’t even walk without crutches because my Sciatica had gotten so bad. The physiotherapists here got me through it all and I felt better right after treatment each time I went.
I went from wondering id ever be able to run again to playing basketball within 8 weeks. Highly recommended, nice front desk staff as well.

Andy is very helpful and knows his stuff! I went in with an injured shoulder and after 2 sessions I felt way better. I also understood my injury much better because he took time to explain it. 10/10 recommend this spot!

Crystal is an excellent physiotherapist. She pinpointed my issues and between her treatments and assigned exercises she had me back on track within a few weeks.

I have been a patient of Crystal’s going into my 5th week now and can tell you she is fabulous! I was suffering IT bend Syndrome after soccer play from long time work from home. At the first time visit the physio therapist Andy, it was improved so much. After the second treatment, I could play soccer again.

I was skeptical about physiotherapy but after my experience with Crystal DSouza I am now a firm believer in physiotherapy.
I had strained my rotator cuff in February due to a fall on ice. My stubborness and skepticism about physiotherapy resulted in my not seeking any help until this summer.
After my first visit with Crystal I knew that physiotherapy was going to work. I was going twice a week, then once a week, then once every two weeks. At this point I was over confident in how well my shoulder healed that I pushed it when I really should not have.
When I saw Crystal again, she took the time to explain to me how I injured myself again, and put me back on the path to recovery.
Crystal has repaired what I thought could not be repaired and I would highly recommend her. She is a true professional and also compassionate. I am very thankful for what she has done for me and I can honestly say that I will miss her company when my shoulder is fully healed.

I went to Crystal originally because I was in so much pain I could not hold a clipboard. She is amazing. Not only did she listen patiently to my situation, but she very quickly and efficiently dealt with the very areas that were causing the problems. She has a great understanding of how the body works and how to heal muscles. She is also very personable and caring and goes the extra mile. I have been to other physiotherapists before but I absolutely recommend Chrystal, she is the best!

Came in with chronic lower back pain. Been working with Andy for a couple months now. Noticeable decrease in pain most days now. Andy is great at helping me work through the exercises and treatments to reduce my pain.

My first experience with the physiotherapist Crystal she was amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and listened very attentively. Went to the emergency for pain shooting in my right shoulder no x-ray or ultrasound told I have pinch nerve. Crystal told me that from what I told her it could be calcum calcification or tear In my rotator cup. I need a ultrasound and x-ray which I went and did through my family Doctor. Result she is absolutely correct calcum calcification, tear and inflammation bingo. Thank you Crystal for an awesome job clean friendly and overall great service. Crystal has been incredible in diagnosing and treating my wrist issue. Despite of being gone to multiple specialists, I had pain in wrist for over 1.5 year with decreased range of motion - radial deviation and flexion. For first time in while, I could function pain free and have regain the mobility. Startling experience with attentive care - highly recommend.

Overall attention is awesome, they cared for me in ways that the "canadian free health care system" didn't and I'm really grateful. Andy is a great physio. If you have the needs for these sort of services is worth giving them a chance.

I went for a pulled trapezius but only after seeing Dr Crystal I got the proper diagnosis and treatment. Kind staff and supportive environment allowed me to feel comfortable during my healing process, especially during a pandemic. This was my first time ever going to physio therapy and I would definitely recommend going here, I even got acupuncture and a massage as different treatments, at times I was so relaxed I even fell asleep lol. Thankful for this experience

I have been shown excellent and friendly care by Muthu Murugesan since I sprained my ankle. He is always honest with me, and the care that he has shown has assisted with my recovery very well. As well, it is always easy to get an appointment when I need it. Overall a great experience at this clinic.

From the first appointment, my therapists was very attentive to my many issues. She discussed a plan for réhabilitation and she immediately started to work on the worst areas. I noticed a difference that same day. Her knowledge and expertise is excellent. She used acupuncture to help treat my knees and I did not feel any of the needles. It has only been two weeks since I started treatment and I already am noticing improvement. I am very encouraged and recommend to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist to not hesitate and contact their clinic. Excellent service all around. Covid protocoles are in place and are respected.:)
