Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Reminders of appointments are always sent out. Description of exercises, purpose, effect and printouts are very helpful. Also, the staff is very encouraging.

I recently broke my ankle back in September. I’m now walking and doing my normal activities with no problem. These people are very friendly and great to be around! Although I don’t have therapy anymore I will still stop in and visit:) Thanks to everyone at PT Health

I have been coming to PT health thru part of the pandemic and currently. At this time Deep was God sent corresponding with my doctor and surgeon. He was there to listen and to help with encouraging words when it felt like I was defeated.

Chatham staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The RMT was professional and my massage was exactly what I hoped and asked for. Highly recommend.

Kayla is a great massage therapist, does as she is asked and has a great personality and sense of humour. Anyone using here is very lucky.

I wasn't sure when I booked my appointment how things would go with all the covid-19 protocols, but everything went fine. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. Kayla did a great job and I have been back since and already have another appointment booked.

I went to PT Health to get a massage.
It was an amazing massage right pressure great atmosphere.

I was dealing with moderate arthritis of my left knee. After being assessed I was given and shown a list of exercises do to on a daily basics. I was also seen at the clinic twice a week for the first two weeks and once a week after that. They made sure that I was doing my exercises properly and showed me new ones to do. All the staff were pleasant at all times. At time of discharge I was encouraged to continue with my exercises and was given suggestions on other things I could do to continue to improve.

During the initial assessment the physiotherapist was disinterested and acted like it was an inconvenience. The rest of the staff was polite and professional but that wasn’t enough to return for his recommended followup treatments.

Kayla, RMT, is FABULOUS! Kayla, RMT, has helped me decrease my pain through deep muscle massage, allowing me to stretch and strengthen my muscles. Forever grateful to Kayla, RMT.

The entire staff is fantastic, professional, and provide phenomenal Customer Service. The employees are following the safety protocols set out by Ontario Government and W. H. O.

I have not need PT Health's assistance with Physio Therapy so I am not able to comment, but I am sure that the Physio Therapist are professional and educated to assist and treat clients with their physical therapy.

Just completed a round of physio therapy for my shoulder. The staff was amazing at getting me the skills and exercises required to keep myself pain free at home. Covid procedures were stellar. Staff cheery even with the current pandemic

Very happy with my treatment here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of all the paperwork so I could get started with treatment. Therapist, Deep, was thorough and detailed in his assessment. Elisa my PTA applied treatment effectively and also with an attention to detail.

Have been to this clinic two times now. I booked with Tasha to receive a full body massage for relaxation. She was very professional along with making me feel very comfortable. Overall was a great expierence. Reason for 4 star rating was my first trip was a little bumpy when it came to the billing. There was a lot of confusion but it was resolved quite promptly. I will continue to book there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing expierence. The offer many other services as well. Thanks for the great visits. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Lady put my hand in hot wax. To hot. Did exercise that I was told. And my finger is in worst pain than before. Would never advise anyone to go there. Very disappointed. After waiting 5 months. To get in.

Very friendly atmosphere. I was impressed with the one on one treatments with my therapist. I appreciate the easiness of communication between the therapist and myself. After very few visits, I had very good results and with the at home instructions, I hope to continue on that path.

Had an excellent recommendation from a neighbour about this facility. My first contact went to a general office for PT Health. The representative I spoke with indicated I would be seen by a "Chiropodist" on the day and time that was scheduled. When I arrived the person I had available to speak with was a Physiotherapist. It was made quite specific when I spoke to the representative on the phone initially. I still was scheduled to see a Physio. What I was told from my neighbour was quite good, but I still did not see proper person. Receptionist indicated this was not the first time this happened.
Side note; the person I did see was very informative in what I wanted to discuss. I just could not get the product I needed or proper advisement:).

Patrick has done an amazing job helping me get back on my feet! All the staff there are super friendly and very informative. Coming from a bigger city, I was worried we would struggle find the right physiotherapist but this whole team has been amazing! We even started to get Massage therapy too. We love this place!

Pat is an amazing physiotherapist and is very knowledgeable when it comes to acupuncture and dry needling.

The management and staff have been incredible as were services offered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PT Health to anyone.
