This library is my favourite one I have gone to. The building is available for studying peacefully. Also, the staff of the library were so kind and helpful. I feel confident going to this library with my social anxiety

Very small, and very little selection, especially in the children's section. They close without notice. They do not post early closures on their Facebook page or website, not even a note on their door.

Cherryhill Library is an okay branch. There are lots of programs geared toward the young and the old. As well, there is some level of volume as it is inside the mall, but, that is out of the branch's control. My one recommendation is to expand...

Just your typical TPL mall branch, so the usual issues of limited charging station and excess noise.

I love this library! There is an awesome selection of new and old kids, teens and adults movies, books, video games and more to dive into. Probably the nicest library I've been to in south west Ontario, would definitely recommend for anyone.

I was impressed by the collection at this library, and the staff's attention to detail really stood out to me. The notes they provided in each aisle were helpful and made the browsing experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this library to anyone...

My kids had a great time here choosing books and exploring; unfortunately we were not treated in the most friendly manner at check-out. As PEC residents, it was suggested we visit our own library next time instead.duly noted. Won't likely return...

Friendly helpful staff, sorted us out for member cards quickly so we could use the internet. Great cold water bottle refill facility too.

Went to attend to see the show, the hypnosis and comic's. The hypnosis was ok.but the comic's were not the best.

Love this Library. I can find a computer or a table to use my laptop every time I go. Easily print anything cheap! 10 cent copies

This is not a quiet place, and the staff will engage in unnecessary conversion with people who disturb the peace.

I was reading a book in this library location and I lifted my head from the book I was reading and my eyes made contact with a worker, her face was like like she was surprised seeing me read a book (I guess I don’t look like the reading type to them)...

I'm surprised with the comments about fast wifi. I've found it to be one of the slowest among the TPL branches I've been to. This branch is very small, not many places to sit available. Washroom access is not super easy here...

Excellent! Incredibly helpful staff and how access it is to access the services is a benchmark. I thought the NYPL was good, Toronto Libraries are better

It's small buy have activity interesting for children and personal work is very gently
