I've rented from this storage place before. The people are very friendly and the building is always clean. There prices are very good compared to other places. The only thing I didn't like that changed with new owners is that I can only use the facilities when there open where before I could go at anytime. They explained why that has changed and I have to say I totally understand.

I needed a secure spot to store my vehicle since I was going out of the country for an extended period of time. I found the public storage website and arranged a spot for my car. The personnel at public storage were extremely friendly and helpful. The site is very clean and I had no problems entering or leaving. I would certainly use their facility again.

We were greeted with a smile and taken care of very professionally. The facility is very well kept and clean. The lock up and security is a great comfort and the hours of availability to our storage unit works perfectly for us.

One star because I can’t give less. These idiots will share your personal information and then just say “oops. ”
If you do have an issue (like being upset that they shared your personal information, for example) you will be disregarded in a condescending manner. They do however, love to hound you with unnecessary sales calls. Go anywhere else, this place is garbage.

The facility is clean and bright. The code entry system is very convenient. The automatic bay doors allow you to drive right inside the facility and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is the best storage unit I have ever used. I would recommend it.

I would not suggest this company what’s so ever they rip you off what ever way they can I will be moving my stuff out of this storage Hanlon storage is a great place they work with you and they are kind a considerate what needing help the staff at public storage have been nothing but Unprofessional sense the day I moved in.

They checked my locker and called me to say I had not locked it correctly. Comforting to know they were checking.very friendly people -

My boyfriend and I had to get a storage locker in a bit of a rush. We called and a very nice gentleman provided us with great service. When we went to the office to sign and make payments for a locker the gentleman on the phone helped us greatly. Niro Bandara was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Public Storage for there great service.

The guy that helped us Shakir was extremely kind and understanding to my situation since I told him I’m a student. He is the perfect example of compassionate customer service.

The support team on site are respectful and professional. They freely answered all my questions as this is my first experience with Public Storage and explained all insurance related questions in detail. The site is clean and climate controlled with a convenient loading/unloading area under cover, with plenty of carts to choose from. If we were to need storage down the road this would be my first choice.

The guys were very friendly, good communicators, and helpful. A great place to store your things.

The location I use has a heated drive in area, which makes it so nice to get out of the elements. The floors and units are clean. I can store my items quick and easy with the carts available at the door. The automated light system saves energy. Love it.

Stop to buy packing supplies, customer service is great, staff helped me to get stuff loaded into my vehicle.

The managers Niro and John are great to deal with. I am very impressed so far with the service and cleanliness. The price seems reasonable and I am not worried about moisture, rodents or bug infestation. Presently I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Great clean storage, the unit can be prorated for the next month for a cheaper price when it's time to vacate the unit.

Great facility wonderful customer service. However 8pm is to early to close the facility especially for people who are moving from relatively far away.
This is a great inconvenience especially on a Saturday when there is a 6pm closing time.

I recently had a situation arise, where I had to find a place to store my truck for a month, until the last part of the details work could be finished, garages weren't cooperative. Public Storage gave me same day service, and was able to extend into another month before I could finally get restorations finished, at a decent price, too. Lower than a garage would have charged me!
The staff there are polite and helpful. I'd use them again myself, and I'd refer them to people in my area.

It was a great experience, the attendant on duty was very knowledgeable about his services that Public Storage had to offer. He was well spoken and thoroughly explained our lease agreement with us. I will definitely use them again if the need arises

The staff was super helpful, polite, and patient. They helped us immensely with our escalating storage needs during our move. The facility is spotless and easy to access. I hope we never move again but if we do I will go right back to Public Storage!

Friendly knowledgeable and easy access to get in and out. Clean lots of carts to carry your belongs to your unit. Indoor loading zone so even on the rainy days you don't get wet. Highly recommended

Got accident. Hit and run while car stay on parking. Public storage personnel (Raqul) checked video cameras. Unfortunately they couldn't find who did it. My insurance paid for damage. But I really like attitude, how employee trying to help. Thank you guys. Not so many good people in this world

I did a lot of research before choosing a storage facility. I finally decided to go with Public Storage in Guelph and I am so glad I did. I loved this place. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The place is always clean and well maintained. One of the best features are the drive in bays, it makes things so easy especially in winter! If I need storage in the future I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you for a great experience!
