I highly recommend this Public Storage (5010 Timberlea Blvd Mississauga). The staff is very friendly and helpful and the storage unit and facility kept clean and safe! The cost was quite reasonable for the size of the storage unit. I was with Public Storage for many years and have only left now because I am downsizing as I prepare for retirement and will no longer require the unit. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This is my third time using public storage over a 25 year span. The units and services have been consistently top notch. This time in particular I was very pleased with the spacious drive up unit as well as the ease of renting it and vacating it.

I recently rented a storage unit from Public Storage - Timberlea, Mississauga location. It was my first time renting public storage and at was an excellent experience. Without hesitation, the employees went above and beyond to provide quality service, including honoring a deal that had recently ended. A special thanks needs to be given to Jiha, Athira, Vishal and Palak. It was obvious that their primary concern was ensuring I left satisfied with the deal and service provided. I would highly recommend Public Storage for your storing needs, especially the Timberlea location.

Rented a storage locker at the Timberlea location in Mississauga. The assistant manager Krupa was such a pleasure to work with. She had reviewed with me over the phone and arranged the next steps to secure my unit. In person, she made the whole process simple and easy to understand. She took me to the unit and she has a helpful and kind customer service.

Nice and clean facility.
Krupa was very professional, walked me through the units and explained the terms nice and clean. She and her colleague were accommodative of my requests and answered all questions politely. Great people and great place.

Updating my review to reflect on my opinion upon departure as a customer.

I'm deducting one star for the ridiculous swing in temperature from winter to summer. I understand that I rented a non climate controlled unit, however that doesn't have to mean zero attempt to make the buildings bearable to be in. The facility could benefit greatly from a minor amount of heating and a minor amount of air conditioning.

Half star deduction for the extra strong adhesive placed on my self provided lock without my consent. I've tried a number of chemicals to remove the adhesive but it won't budge. It is entirely unnecessary to place a branding sticker on your customers' locks. You have records of who has rented which units.

Other half star for the insecure payment system. The "password" to login to the payment page is sent unencrypted, and if intercepted, provides both my unit number and access code. I also didn't like having to provide my credit card number over the phone to update the automatic payment.

I suppose if you're storing items here for a short term then the temperature wouldn't be a big deal. I was using the unit as if it were a garage and I made frequent trips there.

Customer service agents at public storage were very professional and polite. They took their time to ensure that I was satisfied with what I needed and to explain all details carefully. I received the best benefits for my unit.

Liars very unprofessional staff dont know how to add always looking to steal from there customers they gave my information to a party that dosent even rent from them I highly recommend you stay away from this place unless u dont care about your information being shared to other people then your self cant even get copies of documents u sign very bad staff when u call them out on it they hang up the phone on you stay away

I stored all my personal possessions here for 5 years while working abroad. I was totally satisfied with the experience. The security and the service was all that I needed. I wish the price would have been a bit lower and the building a bit warmer in winter. But I think this was all normal for the kind of storage I needed.

I have rented from Public Storage in the past and expected nothing less than excellent service. In dealing with renting another unit at a very short notice, Lynne at the Timberlea location was very kind and accommodating regarding the unit I required and the amount I was willing to spend.
