Service was fast, efficient, friendly and extremely professional. The staff were super helpful and I will definitely use their service again if I need storage!

Emma, Natasha and Pat were so kind and accommodating! They helped me through all the paperwork and explained things clearly and assisted me with a very last minute request.

Highly recommend working with the team on Hess St.and would definitely do so again.

Clean and well maintained

Patrick made things quick and easy. I reserved a unit and scheduling everything was no problem.

Every staff person I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm docking one star only because we were told that all lockers on the first floor at this location were 8 ft in height, but that isn't true. We ended up finding a locker that met our needs, and I would use their services again. Recommended

The staff Emma and Ivy were very friendly and courteous and Emma took us round to show us the units. She was very detailed and professional, she dumbed everything doen for me. I love the units, quite neat and easily accessible from multiple entrances. I will recommend this location.

Aleena was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took me around, and helped me find the best deals possible while being very patient throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff (Ivy and Emma) were equally as kind and attentive! I highly recommend this branch of Public Storage.

I had a great experience there. The staff there was great and explained the whole process really well. And helped me with a lot of other stuff.

The only problem I had was the main entrance door, there was no way to keep the door open when traversing through it when operating by your self. It was very difficult moving back and forth with large and heavy items and trying to keep the door open.

Cody and Ivy were super personable and Cody was really helpful setting me up with my unit!

We had a storage unit here for about 3 years. It's clean and affordable, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. They upgraded their facility while we were renting our unit and we appreciated the improvements. I always wished it had longer access hours than 8-8 on weekdays, since that makes it difficult to pickup/drop-off stuff if you work 9-5. There is a plan to extend those hours at some point, apparently.

Public Storage on Hess N.is a great, accessible, convenient location with many sizing and pricing options. Customer service is fantastic with a special shout out to Aleena and Ivy for providing quick service, great information and friendly attitudes.

The service was quick, clean, and secure. Plus, they always have good deals.
Aleena helped me set up everything, she was very friendly and took her time with explaining everything and making sure all the questions were answered.

The representative Ivy was great. They showed me around and made what could have been a painful experience a pleasant one.

Rented a storage unit here The young lady in the office was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and made the process so easy. This place is very clean and love how they have carts to carry my stuff in and out of my unit.highly recommended

Clean and tidy place. This is my first time with storage. Patrick who is property manager help me very well. He showed me the space and explain the procedure.

Don and Patrick provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating. Highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

My customer fell off this step and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance.should be marked with paint and signs.

Great location, good hours, easy access and clean building. I had a very good experience with them. The monthly fee went up so I felt a need to find an affordable apartment in a hurry so I could get my belongings out of storage. Fortunately, God blessed me with connections to make that happen and it did. I would rent from them again in the future if the need arises.

I called over the phone to book a storage unit at this Hess st N location. I advised the agent on the phone that I work until 7pm in a different city, she told me that’s okay, and for me to get there for 7: 30pm because they needed time for paperwork and showing the unit. I arrived at 7: 32pm and the man working at the desk (who had zero customers in the store) refused to help me because he said the cut off time was 6: 30pm.
Also the way he spoke to me was rude.

So far so good! Very efficient registration and check-in, great customer service, clean and easily accessible unit, fair prices. Just moved in, and haven't yet experienced adding or retrieving anything, but don't anticipate any problems.

Been with this storage for more than 7 yrs, first with 2 units and then with a single 5x10 for the past number of years. Excellent service, clean, AC- climate control never stopped working, winter or summer, facility is secure to the tee. Office goes out of its way to accomodate you. Have nothing but good things to say.

Rae made the check in process quick and hassle free and I was able to buy a very nice lock at a super reasonable price.

I was shown the unit that I had rented over the phone, it was the size recommended by the phone agent and it was definitely too small. Rae found me a larger unit right away and it was even on special.

The whole place is clean with lots of dollies available.

I highly recommend this storage facility!
