I’ve been at this location for approximately 10 years. I e had opportunity to move however, the staff at this location is absolutely amazing I wish I could take them with me Paul Krupa and baliks all great and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Arrow. I usually come to help one of their clients with moving their contents. I needed storage immediately, so I went to check their prices. Athira gave detailed information and recommend Scarborough which was my closest location. I met them again this week and had an amazing chat. Thanks to the public storage staff.

I rented a unit at Public Storage for 5 years and always felt that my belongings were safe and secure. The facility is clean, air conditioned and the staff are very helpful. The keypad at the main entrance makes it easy to enter and exit the property and online bill payment options makes for a smooth payment process. I would definitely use Public Storage for my storage needs in the future!

Balik’s the property manager was great, super helpful, kind and very very sweat. When I came in to put the lock I didn’t have any of my info and she remembered exactly where was my unit. She was even kind enough to drive me to my unit in the golf cart. Good drive and crest customer care. Sweat gal

Prompt friendly service! This is my second season parking my camper trailer and I went back because of the service. They remembered me and accommodated what was needed.

It’s worth it to store your items here even if they’re more expensive than the other guys.

I was greeted with total manners and great respect.i used the arrow Rd location. Farid the manger Is always kind and his assistant Cheyanne always smiling. When I have a question they feel like a family member. I am not used to storage world, so even a kind and patient response is truly helpful. (I can ask alot of questions lol) thumbs up for arrow Rd and finch location. West Toronto.

Big up to PAUL he was humble and had a great attitude towards everything he help me get into my unit when I forgot my keys all the way in Windsor, great people good place.

Getting a quote was easy. When we arrived to see the place, Faried was very helpful and nice. The paperwork was a breeze. Questions were answered expertly. Price was reasonable for the first 3 mths. Don't understand why it needs to double for the next 3 mths. That's why I rated a 4 not a 5

I love this place. So organise prompt in response to customers. I watched the whole customer relations and interaction the very first day i was there. I enjoyed it. I forgot the name of the gentleman i met there, though he said he was from south Africa, his customer service was so exceptional. I live all the staffs, they always give me the help i needed always.

They wrote to me on Wednesday February 19 and I called the location and wrote to their Ombudsman (see their website) shortly after that via email and still no reply. For example, I asked for a copy of the contract I signed and they have not sent it via email, so my lawyer could review their demand I move on short notice, etc. I have spent thousands of dollars on rent.

My husband and I were greeted with a young man who I couldn't understand very well his english was terrible and there was a strong communication problem between us, He got loud and wouldn't listen to reason, I then asked the young gentlemen beside him for help, he immediately know what I was indicating and tried to explain it to the other man he in turn raised his voice to the man named Paul and at first wouldn't listen to reason, very unprofessional, The man "Paul" handled the situation with respect on all sides and because of him I am truly happy He has great manners and takes time to explain even to the other man who I could not understand.

I visited Public storage for the first time. Alex and Chandana took care of us and explained us so well we decided to do the rental as the promotion was excellent. Strongly recommend Public storage and if it's in North York, Please go first to Arrow road location.

The staff at the Public Storage at the Arrow Road location were exceptional. The were always helpful and informative but were very pleasant to deal with. It is nice to see happy employees. I would highly recommend this location because of the great staff!

I had no idea about storage facilities and my experience with Public Storage was excellent. Leaving Montreal to collect a few items from my sister who was downsizing I had expected to pack the household items in my car. Unfortunately, it was too much and with the snowfall, I wasn't feeling the energy and preferred to do so when the sun was shining.
I went to the office to ask a question and Dana, Faried & Saad were so professional and efficient that I was overjoyed. Dana was super nice and even brought back my childhood memory of taking a ride in the golf cart to show me just the correct space I needed. Then the paperwork was done so efficiently that I was able to breathe and drove home feeling at ease since my first option was to rent a van from Uhaul. The Public Storage team made me smile as they were a very professional and caring group. I want to wish them continued success in their daily tasks working with the public as they are a people's person.

My name Daljeet singh and I'm rent public storage there 2nd time and I'm feel like there safety and security and big thing I'm feel there happy and all storage room new and clean and space too much for truck and trailer sometimes bringing in side and storage staff drop there in storage room and no buddy camplain about park there trailer sometimes and move slowly slowly staff for storage and everything good there I'm feel happy and secure security and safety everything good and thanks for giving for public secure and safe clean and good location public storage really appreciate for this thanks for your and have good experience and beussnes this new year take care.and bye for now
