I rented 10x10 unit at public storage for 3 yrs and overall I’m happy. I would recommend this location 2535 Derry Road Mississauga. The customer service is excellent and their units are clean and hallways are always tidy and well maintained.

The location on Derry Rd was amazing, well behaved and polite staff. Eugene was extremely helpful and kind in assisting me. All documents were thoroughly explained. Overall excellent service.

I rented a storage unit today for the first time and it was the easiest process ever. When I walked in the door I was greeted by my name by Kavya and Nandalal (they were expecting me at that time) They were so warm and friendly and made me feel at home. They explained the whole renting process to be thoroughly and helped me carry my items to my storage unit. I also met Joey on my way out who also greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day. I will DEFINITELY be renting with them again.

From start to finish my experience with securing a storage unit was phenomenal. The reps were professional, thorough and very kind. I was serviced by two ladies, one named Mal and the other was Kay. They were patient and detailed in showing me the available units, explaining the paperwork and making sure I had a good understanding before signing. 8 years of great service.would recommend this facility to anyone. Is walking distance to the airport and offers trouble-free secure storage with friendly and helpful staff. I had no worries while out of the country for a few years.

Public storage gives you good rates at the very beginning to get you to use their storage units which is great for shorter term people. Unfortunately when the promo is over it is a bit more expensive and it’s best to try to not be paying for your items that are in storage over and over again every month. The people that are there working do an amazing job and I’m sorry I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was extremely wonderful! I’d recommend Derry rd. Public storage near the airport to anybody that needs their service. Thank you!

I rented a small 5'X5' unit at this location and had the pleasure of dealing with Mal. When I initially inquired about storage units, she gave me a tour of the facility, walked me through the process, and explained the available options. Getting enrolled was easy enough, the rental pricing is fair, and access hours are reasonable. I never had any issues over the three months that I rented the unit. When vacating, my belongings were in the same condition as I left. Top tip - bring your lock if you have one. I'd be comfortable returning to this location for my storage needs in the future.

Public storage facility the staff on duty was friendly, polite and courteous, the buildings are clean and the compound is safe and also clean, my reservation was kept and I got the unit size that I needed.

I recommend this location highly. A situation arose where Mal the manager of this location went above and beyond to help. She needed to involve the district manager who agreed to help me in a situation where nothing could have been done. This process has been very pleasant from when I first walked in the premises. The staff Ruwandi and Rupinder were friendly and helpful. I can say I have been treated with compassion and received great customer service. This is a good example of what great customer service should be. Thank you very much.

As a small business owner, I have always need of extra space. I tried so many public storage and finally got a perfect well maintained, cleaned and professionally upgraded facility. Won’t recommend. Unprofessional staff. They can cancel your reservation without even informing you.

My rental agreement began December 19,2019. I just received a letter in the mail outlining a 5.6% price increase effective May 1,2021. I called and outlined that a price increase seems a little premature seeing as we were not even passed the 6 month period. I was told there is nothing they can do. Looks as their strategy is to lure customers with one price and change the terms as quickly as possible. Please deal with them cautiously.

Mr. Nundala the manager over there id very very nice person. He treated me well properly guided provided me all necessary help.

Best Customer service I ever experienced. The place is Super clean. The guys from front office is super friendly.

Public storage is a clean facility but communication at least at this specific location is not strong asset. When I called the storage company one of the reps was telling me about the great 50% deal they are having due to it being their 40 year anniversary and that it's a no commitment company just pay month to month, but what wasn't told to me was when I got there I had to pay for 3 months in advance to get that 50% off. Even when getting the documents that needed to be signed the reps didn't communicate nothing at all as to what is needed and what is going to happen.

We were completely happy with Rupinder service provided to us at Public Storage. We definitely will recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a clean, safe, facility and knowledgeable staff to leave their important belongings.

Rupinde and Nandal were helpful in solving my problem and give me storage facility at very good rate. I am happy at the moment.

As I was shifting my storage from Toronto to North bay. Ms. Lata was very helpful in closing my unit very smoothly. It was nice experience with public Storage.

It was a real pleasant experience I had when I visited the location at 2535 Derry Road East on 29 th May and 2nd June. The service provided by Nandalal Lokuliyana and Rupinder was excellent. I appreciate their friendly manners and helpful advises. I would not hesitate to recommend Public Storage to any one.

Found this place because it was close for me at the time. 3 years storage. First 2 years they increased the rent without notice. Final year no increase. Never been happy with the service. Finally I'm able to move my stuff out. Very happy. You may have a better experience I'm just letting you know mine.

I have been the using this public storage facility since last 8 years. I use to own attest two units on a regular basis. Since last two months I have been regularly inquiring the staff for one more unit to own on the ground floor. But due to overbooking they were not able to provide me any.
As the units were not available so I thought of moving to some other place. Today when I went in the office and informed them that I am moving out and leaving the 30ft unit which I own from last 5 year.and ask them to refund my 15 days money as I have paid till the end of this month. The staff refused to refund my money. As per our contract it is prorated so if we are planning to move on 16th of the month then our 15 days balance should be refunded. But they refused.in spite of giving so much business to this facility the staff is uncooperative, rude and do not care for the customers. Be very careful before signing any contract with them. I will not recommend this storage facility to my friends

I just went to inquire on renting a storage unit when the staff Nandalal and Rupender where very helpful (not sure if i spelled there names correct) and friendly which made my decision easy that i rented a unit right away the process was easier than i thought.

Coming from a place of 'break up' and needing to store my belongings, PS has been not only been very professional but also warm and sincere in all of our conversations in what has become my very overwhelming new world. Really the crew feels like part of my extended family.but a little bit better than that, because they don't complain when I stop in for a visit, and nonchalantly drop off more things to store!

The excellent customer service was provided by Rupinder and Nandalal.
On my first call there was no unit available but Rupinder took my name, number and called me back after few days to let me know that there is a unit available now (I found it very responsible).
When I went to rent it Nandalal provided me all the detailed information and forms. Both were very friendly and answered all my questions in detail.
I used there services earlier and always have excellent experience.

Just got a storage unit here, the service is amazing! Units are very clean, staff is very accommodating and prices are very affordable. Lots of packing supplies to purchase and 2 flatbed dollies to use.

Very detailed orientated and took the time with me to show me how day to day works, hours, Lock, and different units and such. They were kind and patient and very helpful. Thank you
