Would recommend public storage on safari rd to anyone- customer service is amazing the staff is so helpful and accommodating

Everything it was pretty straightforward. The location is very clean, good access with the car, and good illuminated.

We recently dropped off our camper trailer for storage during the winter and everything went smoothly, and the staff were great. There was a lot of paperwork required but everything seemed reasonable from my end. I don't anticipate any issues but we only dropped off the camper trailer and haven't even been back to check in on the trailer yet.

Jana, Cody and Pankaj are absolutely amazing. They were thoughtful and considerate to our situation. They worked wonders for us each time we needed help, going above and beyond what we ever expected. Thank you so very much!

Stored a trailer liked punch in and out but disappointed with frequency of price increases

My locker was so clean from the day I moved in until the day I left. If I wasn’t moving into a new place I would have kept my locker for a long time. Such an easy check in and check out with the pin pad!

Terrible facility staff are lazy and unwilling to help or think of outside the box solutions to everyday problems that occur! Definitely would not recommend you store anything there! They charge you if you need them to cut your lock off! Nickles and dimes sorry public storage I will be keeping my nickles thanks

I just rented some short term storage from this group. Ali was very helpful, went over my options and even showed me the different sizes in the rain. The facility is secure and dry and access is straightforward. MOving out was also a very easy process, highly recommend!

I have rented a unit here about 5 years now with no issues. I recently downsized my unit and both Ali and Prakaj were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this site for storage.

They took me around the facility, discussed the security and other features at this location that made me feel comfortable in coming here. Pricing was excellent compared to where I am currently, even willing to be flexible on start date to save me some money.

What a wonderful experience we had at the Public Storage in Waterdown. The prices are more than competative, but the real difference is the attention we received from Brad, who went above and beyond to make things work for us. We had to0 set up a space for our large trailer while were away, and the assistance was fabulous, and the property is easy to manouver the trailer in. Highly recommend this place!

I rented two units here for about 10 months while away in Europe. Getting set up was easy, the units and the compound are kept in great condition. Their security measures had me clear of mind while away. Leaving was equally easy. Very accommodating. I recommend them. Very pleased.

Staff were efficient and attentive and we were checked in and loading within a few minutes. Storage lockers are large and clean and easy to access

Updated review. Used to be 5 stars now 3. Since the Public Storage has taken over prices have gone up, hours of access have decreased and the customer service and security has declined. This used to be a great facility, now it has dropped to just average.

Clean and affordable. I don't often need assistance from the staff there, but when I do they are friendly, courteous and professional, and respond to inquiries promptly.

Well organized. Had all the information I needed when I called and had my unit within 30 mins after I arrived.

Such a great experience at Public Storage. The customer service was well beyond my expectations. The Manager Brad was amazing to work with. From the moment I contacted him, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions. Within moments of hanging up the call, he sent me a follow up email that summarized the info he had provided to me. He even went out and took pictures of the unit that he felt would best meet my needs and included this in the email he sent me, 5 minutes after our conversation.

The following day, I pulled up to Public Storage. Such a great feel, beautiful property, pond to the left, colourful birds at the feeders to the right. Brad made the whole experience enjoyable. Autum chill was in the air and he turned on the fireplace as we went through the agreement.

The unit itself is immaculate, along with the property. I could eat off the floor…. No signs of mice, well lit and security cameras. If I was allowed, I think I’d be quite content living here! But I had to sign off that I wouldn’t! Kidding! Kinda…:)

Amazing promo for the first month. I prepaid for a couple months just to have one less stress.

Brad honestly made a stressful situation a pleasant one and I couldn’t be happier with the unit and reasonable pricing. I budgeted more for storage unit in my head and ended up getting a climate controlled unit that is perfect for my belongings at this transition.

Gave me a good price, which I prepaid for a year. At the end of the year they nearly doubled the rate. I was hoping it would stay low in this obscure, remote location, but that was not to be. Once you're in they figure it's too much effort to move, I suppose, so you're trapped I can obtain virtually the same overpriced rate right in Hamilton now, so I may as well move my stuff and have the convenience of local access. Hey, at least there have been no break-ins or fires, so that's good, right?

From the very first phone call, Brad was eager to help in any way he could. We were going to arrive after the office closed and without hesitation he offered to stay late at the office and wait for us. Oh my! I received such lovely service at this location. The employees Karisma and Sam were so kind and helpful, they answered all my questions and made the whole rental process easy. The rates were good too. I'm very satisfid!

Nice facility and professional service. However, none of the sales promotions seemed to be available when I called or the day I checked in. I’d called originally because of ad for $50 storage units but was told none were now available at that price. Then when checking in I asked about their large sign by Hwy 6 saying 50% off for first 3 months of storage. Again, not applicable to my storage rental. It did leave me wondering if the promos are for real.

1 scam a day keeps the customers away. Learn to be in the business of honesty. Terribly dirty place all the units are dusty and there is gravel everywhere nothing is paved. Good luck keeping your stuff clean and do not get me started on the rodent problem.

Having to store half our belongings was a huge worry on our minds, we worried about the safety of such personal belongings. Public storage put our minds at ease and Tamara took amazing care of us. She always answered our questions quickly and fully. We have been clients for a few years and would return if ever we needed this service again, the facility was always clean and secure. Dirty place, nothing is paved. Dust gets into all the units from all the gravel everywhere. There is lots of rodents. They try to charge after you cancel for the last month and will just send you an invoice. Claiming they called you a bunch of times when they have not.

Terrible location, they try to scam you for money. Make sure to call five times if you want cancel. They pretend to not realize that you canceled your unit. They them send you an invoice for the scam they pulled.

We have been using the Public Storage units on Safari Rd.for over 4 years due to moving and renovations. We have changed the size of our unit (s) depending on current need. Tammy and the staff have been most accommodating and helpful through all this. I would highly recommend their very clean, safe and accessible units.
