Puck 'N Wings

We went on Monday for the 1/2 price wings and everything was fine until my friends and I got our food. The male server got one of our sauces wrong and when we told him, he snapped back by saying it's not wrong then stormed off. They looked stressed that day but we didn't deserve the attitude we got. Thankfully the other waitress there "S" quickly noticed the situation and fixed the order. We felt bad she had to take over our table over such a small issue which was easily fixable.

Overall the food was good for the price point, however my friends and I won't be visiting the establishment again.

As a regular and know all the servers, I’m taken aback from some of the reviews left.

I’ve been treated by nothing but kindness and professionalism by everyone here. Especially Amanda, Mel, Anna, and Sepher.

I can see where some nights aren’t perfect, but there has never been a sneaky tip added to a bill like others have claimed, unless there was a fairly large party at a table. That’s standard in the industry.

Service is very rude and unprofessional. We were barked at "what do you want" and "that's not what we do here" when I asked if we could split a bill. Manager magically loses debit machine function on wing night in order to avoid taxes. Please whatever you do, support a different business with better service. Little unwritten rules about menu items they don't tell you until they charge you.

I don't recommend as I placed an order with door dash for wings, extra veggies (I paid extra for this) and extra dip (paid extra) and cheesecake. I got wings and fries! Not only that, the wings very not good quality as they had hair on them.

I called the restaurant and the guy said he packed it and insinuated that the driver switched the bags. My name was on it!

Sadly I won't be ever going here as the customer service is horrible and food doesn't appear good quality.

I just left the location, the bartender was slow to come take my order, food came out as quick as my drink. I finished my drink and my food, I was going to have another drink but she was at the table beside me who I believe must have been local customers, not once was I checked on. So I asked for the bill, she never brought me my bill just the CC terminal, since when did 7.99 + 7.95 plus 13hst add up to 21. I done the math and she already had 20% added to the bill and didnt bypass the tip option on the terminal.
Service was terrible

The wings are good.
One of the fries is smelly and stinky.
It must be moldy.

Although the wings were quite scrumdiddlyumptious and fries tasted like they were from costco, service was not good, our server disappeared for strangely prolonged periods of time and other servers were not helpful either, they took forever to even give us the bill and machine so we left cash on the table and departed.also the table was sticky.but they gave free alcohol wipes so still a partial slay ig

The worst experience I had last night, June 11,2022, in this restaurant was from the staffs a young Iranian man and a teenage white girl, who treated me very badly! When the young girl took the order and we said we only want water next to the food, she laughed mockingly and said: only water? ! And when she brought the food, she knocked on the table and left! There was no service on our table, not even the table was cleaned for the new customer!
And the young man talked to us in an ugly tone and finally said: i give you 30% 0ff, I'm going to finish it for you!
The most awful experience I saw was in this restaurant, we will never go and I not recommend you do not go to this restaurant!

Extremely rude staff! Manager and owner don’t even care to come to your table to find out what’s wrong when you ask to speak with them.

Amanda is great! Best bartender I’ve had in a long time, made sure everything was tasting great and we were having a good time! We will definitely be back.

We came to check the Hockey game and the basketball game. Perfect place to watch sports, get drinks and good greasy wings and fries! I’ll be back for playoffs and finals!

Restaurant is run down. Wait staff too busy to offer proper service. Wings have always been great. Pricy all things considered

The owner is one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Their food is always hot and delicious. Takeout orders are always well packaged.

I came in here to try a new wing spot since I've kinda overdone the other places I frequented. I was pleasently surprised. The wings were great but it was more the staff that will bring me back. I'm pretty sure her name was Amanda. She was super nice and I don't know if it was partly because it's been so long since I was able to go out to eat and have a few drinks but she really made my day. I'm a resturaunt owner as well and I realize how important good staff is so I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to not just help me have a good time but made my first experience there make me want to and already feel like a regular. I'll be back for sure. Especially if all the staff is as pleasent as she was.

Food quality is pretty bad. Wings and fries were mediocre at best. You can also tell by the food that they never change the oil.

Friendly staff, tasty wings.
Their level 5 puck n suicide wings tasted like.sweet chili.
The wings werent recooked/refrozen.
Good size and meat on them. Batter wasnt too extra or too little.
Cocktails are large size with 2oz liquor. I found them to be a bit too big, could not taste any of the liquor. Which is what a cocktail should be, but I prefer mine stronger.
Tip: If sitting in the expanded patio at night, if you dont want to be blinded every minute, don't sit facing traffic.

I had visited this place last march 2020 and visited yesterday.in this one year there has been a big difference in quality and taste and it has really improved. I was delighted with the Food and staff. Its a must place to visit evening time

Dropped in here twice in recent months to chat and catch-up with a friend.

The first time was back around November / early December on the eve of everything being shut-down for for second time due to COVID. On this visit, we only had a couple beverages. The waitress, a petite young lady (did not get her name), was pleasant and friendly, while working hard serving the few customers sitting out on the patio during this chilly Fall evening. The patio table heaters were comforting.

Our second visit was earlier this evening. Another chilly evening (Spring this time) after the sun set. The same petite young lady was again, our waitress (still can not tell you her name). With her pleasant and friendly style, she diligently served the customers on the patio, at first with only a short sleeve shirt on (we felt chilly seeing her in short sleeves), until she found a jacket to keep herself warm. Ah, we too now felt warmer!

The food we had was regular bar food, but the patio table heaters, combined with the pleasant and friendly waitress, has made both visits comfortable and enjoyable.

Good food. Great service. The items were so reasonably-priced. Seats both inside and outside were nice. I would recommended this institution and visit it again whenever I’m in the area!
