Bought a $500 coat from Massimo and guess what, that was in January 2023, and it's now November and PUDO never returned the package! They kept it or something, but PLEASE DO NOT use this service. I'm now out $500 and will never buy from INDECA brands online as long as they use this garbage company. Return your item in store and do not risk it with these fools.

If I would have the option to give them negative star, I would have done that. I dropped my courier of return at pudo point centre in montreal.its been 13 days, they don't know where is it? I am not getting my money back until and unless it's not dropped at the long tall Sally store. Worst courier service I had ever saw in my life.

The worst returns service!

I don't understand why zara is still working with them. Pudo point locations on the map on pudo website are incorrect. I walked to the convenience near me that showed up as the nearest location only to be told that they don't work with pudo anymore, this was a ago, now I need to do another zara return and that location is still showing up on pudo map! They don't even bother updating their agents' addresses! Another locations don't even pick up their phones and the only one that I was able to reach has a wrong address on the pudo website. Almost makes me not want to ever order from zara to avoid this mess with returns!

Worst return service location ever! There was no one to attend the returned parcels, we had to manually scan the parcel and keep it there itself (unattended). Didn’t expect this kind of service experience from Zara!

Dropped a Zara package for return at the Pudo Point located at Super Smokey and Convenience PP 5235 located at 55 Harwood Ave S, L1S 2H6 on March 8th and til now it hasn't arrived back to Zara and I've been charged for the item. Reading the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I've tried to contact pudo 3 times and have not received a response. Awful service.

I ordered a suit on ZARA and set my pickup for a PUDO point counter at a convenience store nearby my home. The order came in less than a week and I had no trouble getting my package, I only had to pay about 3 dollars to pick it up. Very convenient

Literally the worst business that’s ever existed. And the fact that Zara uses this company to ship returns, speaks to what a shoddy company zara is becoming. I will boycott zara and everyone else should until they switch back to an acceptable and functional logistics company.

Zara, what a joke. As a company who positions them self as premium - what a disaster this is for your image. Disgusting, dirty little shelf in a random location. No signage, no security. No receipt either! For a company who’s NET PROFIT was over 850 million euros, this change is unacceptable to most customer. I for one will no longer be shopping online with Zara again.

Do not use this service. Why is Zara using this for returns instead of Canada Post? Had to leave my package on the floor of a convenience store (that was their drop off point). I regret leaving it there. Surprise, surprise — Zara hasn't received my package in over a week and I can't contact this company.

Horrible drop off point I wish this company used a more professional establishment to let people drop off their merchandise. I went to a Brampton location on Ruth street location recently to drop off my Zara parcel the store clerk was so rude and condescending not explaining how I would be assured to get a drop pf proof instead he was making rude comments. I will never ever use this courier company to get my items picked up. Horrible platform.

Barcode was impossible to scan. Wouldn’t recognize the typed in number at the drop off point. How do you generate a PDF with low resolution? ! Additional hassle when buying things from Zara.

One of the worst logistic companies ever. It is mind boggling how dysfunctional the tech this company uses for order tracking and pickup point information. Can’t believe a huge company like Zara would shift to this service.

This company is a joke! Had to return a parcel back to Zara, went to one location they said they've had too many issues with the driver's not picking up packages on time. Went to a second location he tells me, 'ya, drop your package off on that table'. Guess what? It's been a month and Zara hasn't received the package. The guy at the Beckers counter also didn't give me a copy of the proof of drop off so I might not even get my money back. Where is the package? Why wasn't I given a proof of drop off? What a joke

The worst delivery/drop off service. I dropped off my zara return package, however; Zara did not receive the package yet. There was no tracking updates!

Completely useless less service, went to pudo point on Clayhill dr and Dundas st in Mississauga twice. Twice the guy said he has no space to take the package and pudo is not picking up packages for last 2 weeks as per him. Not doing this again ever.

The worst delivery/drop off service. Do not use them.

Not convenient as they say. Even though they are listed as "open" there is no one there to help you. There was a sign on the door to drop packages off at Garage #10. Door was locked (because it is an industrial area) there was no buzzer. I knocked many times and failed.i ended up leaving and paying for a different courier to return my package.

Change your slogan because Pudo "IS" the type of company that makes returns so complicated. It's been over a week since I dropped off my package but nothing has been done. No updates whatsoever and super slow.

For my zara deliver I was sent a PUDO return label. I looked for the drop off location in my area and went to that, they said the delivery driver has not shown up for a very long time despite them contacting them so they cannot take the order. So I went to the other one same answer. Went to the final location in my city and it was the SAME ANSWER. Worst deliver service ever. I can see this business going down soon…

This courier service is the absolute worst. I dropped off a package 1 week ago and thus far all they have managed to do is create a label. In a world where people expect same day delivery or next day deliver, this service's model is just not feasible and an absolute disappointment. Slow service, tracking tool doesn't work and no reliability to ensure your packages will be delivered in a reasonable time. Would not recommend.

I use this service for bringing my US orders across the border. It is far more convenient than going to the US myself. My pick-up point is only a 5 minute drive away! The people that I have been in contact with via email are extremely pleasant. This is a brand new operation and it is experiencing some growing pains, but I strongly believe this is the best way to get product across the border. In fact, even when the border opens, I will still use PUDO!

Terrible Experience! I received an notice about PUDO's new cross border service and decided to try it when ordering some stain stripper products from a US supplier. I purchased a large order of stain stripper and stain (five 5 gallon pails) from the same supplier last year and received it from them directly within two weeks. For this small order, PUDO's service was about half the cost of getting the company to ship directly, so I took a shot. I ordered the product on March 16,2021 and submitted details to PUDO that day. The package was delivered to PUDO's US address on March 18,2021. Although PUDO says it was "preparing for customs" on March 18, they did not get it through until March 31,2021. On the same date they were "preparing item for shipping". It's now April 12,2021 and that's the last update on their website. I can only assume that it has not yet shipped. Who knows how long it will take once they do ship it. Based on past performance, my expectations are not high! I needed this for a project that I had planned to start this month, but now it won't be until May at the earliest. I won't use this service again.

Found out about PUDO through the recommendation of KINEK, a service that provides a US based address for pickups along the border. Since the border is closed due to COVID, I opted to give PUDO a try.

I ordered two different items, and it was a bit of a struggle at first trying to log my shipment on PUDO's website. After I figured it out, it wasn't too bad.

The pickup at the local PUDO point wasn't the best experience. I knew the US Post Office did not deliver my package, and all the email from PUDO said was to provide ID and a client number to the clerk. The clerk asked several times as to what company shipped it. I kept telling him PUDO, which frustrated him and myself, and he had to look through all of the packages (20 at most) to look for mine.

Turns out PUDO uses several different couriers.

I was emailing a customer representative about my first parcel, and was informed that PUDO sends "batches" of parcels to Customs approximately once a week for processing, which is Thursday's. If you miss it, you have to wait until the following week before your parcel is sent to Customs. Very frustrating to say the least.

All in all, took a couple of weeks longer to get my items, however, I saved money by shipping to the US address I was provided by PUDO as it was free shipping in the US. The con side of it, was I had to wait a tad longer.

Horrible experience. Do not use this service. They don't even call back and you can't actually submit emails on their webpage. They also don't answer their phones.
