Very bad experience here. The receptionist sitting on the front desk with a mole on face first called to discuss about the results and when I reached around 4: 00pm she said u are not allowed. Clinic timing are till 6: 00pm but she denied to take me in. I requested her that it is an emergency and I can wait here till the doctor see all patients and let me talk with the doctor for 5 mins after once the doctor done with all patients but she denied my request.
In simple she didn’t consider the emergency of my results.

There is lady named Christina. She is amazing, soft spoken and friendly. I am taking my B12 injections from her. These five stars are for Christina. Thanks Christi.

Their online platform and virtual visits are incredibly convenient and helpful. Also had to go in once for my young daughter. Dr Syed was AMAZING with her. He had to remove a splinter which had gotten embedded into her thumb and she was in pain and very anxious. Dr Syed was incredibly warm and friendly with her, and he kept her very calm, distracted, comfortable. It was incredibly impressive. Absolutely amazing experience. While the process was painful, my daughter has a very positive memory of the experience! HIGHLY recommend.

The worst place to be at, the front desk people are so insensitive and inhumane they don’t care about people’s pain or suffering all they care about is there job timings, happened to me twice they close at 4pm and i was in the office at 3.17pm and they turned me back saying they are at full capacity And they was she said it was like i was beneath her and i was not breathing the same air she was breAthing too I think those front desk people should be fired because of them doctors are getting bad names too and whole medical condition is suffering in this country because of people like her at front desk.

Went yesterday there first time, the ladies working at reception are very understanding and compassionate towards pthers. I booked online, but by mistake, I did it at dusk location. Receptionists were understanding and after my cancellation, they booked me with them right away. I didn’t had to wait much approximately. 30 mins.

The doctor I saw, I don’t know his name. He was brown, tall and had beard. He was very polite and knowledgble. He knew his job and does it great, I needed prescription for new blood work for iron n b12, he made sure I know all the aspects about it, rather than blindly getting the tests done as per some other dr’s request.

This is by far the best urgent care clinic in Brampton. The doctor is very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to prescribe medication. I took my son to another clinic and the doctor didn’t prescribe anything and said everything was fine. I then took him here for a second opinion. The doctor gave medication the helped right away and he gave great advice on how to improve symptoms at home. Very friendly, kind and welcoming staff.

Staff is very friendly and organized. The clinic is professional, clean and modern. Most importantly, the doctors are professional and reliable.

Really good clinic would highly recommend.

. Very BAD experience…Closing time shows 4 pm N I reached 20 mins before 4 pm and doctor said no more patients.

I understand that you must close on time, though it is entirely unprofessional for a URGENT care clinic to close early, when i give my health card to them.they look each other the lady at the front desk, who was disrespectful before i go i already talk to over the phone they said you can come there is few patients and when i go there they said no we can’t take the patient Save your time and go somewhere where the staff is professional!

I had a very bad experience at this clinic…. They got my reports, but they aren’t telling me the results, whereas it’s really urgent. I called them 10 times bt no response.

I drove to this clinic and upon arrival they notify me they will not take my Canadian Alberta health card.
I told them EVERY other office I have been to will take it and they are the only Ontario clinic I have gone to who won’t. They said they will see me if I pay $75. The other clinics I’ve gone to had to just click around on the system to find the options to log a different province health card in. No effort given here. Horrible service and very disappointed.

Looongggg waiting time even after taking appointment. Nearly waited for 2 hours. Worst service. DO NOT GOOO

It’s strange that the clinic stopped taking patients an hour and 45 minutes before it actually closes. Yes, I understand that clinics close early if there’s an influx of patients but there really was just 4 people sitting there waiting. I’m sure they could have taken more patients. It’s unfortunate especially since people are seeking help urgently and work different times of the day; I still came at a decent time yet they still refused to take me. So no, I don’t recommend this clinic.

I had an injury that required a minor incision and they were able to treat me same day. I was so relieved that I was recommended. Extremely fast service, highly recommend.

Front desk lady was super nice late last night around 8: 30pm. Dr. Khoja seemed very knowledgeable and definitely very professional. The pharmacists on site were very nice too. I had a super pleasant and quick experience here even though I was feeling horrible from the symptoms I am having. Thank you kindly!

This place is a scam because they charge $20 for a TB test for a volunteering position at a hospital + $20 for filling out a reading on the form for the William Osler Volunteering and another $25 for putting the doctor's seal (Dr. Syed) and stamping the form that was already a filled form. Thus, a total of $65 for doing a Step 1 TB test for a volunteering position that does not pay

I guess the doctor and owners needed to build their mansions on the backs of volunteer university students. These guys are vultures or hyenas preying on university students with overcharging or charging twice to fill the same form

Do not visit this place for anything, they will fleece you. Go to the B and C Urgent care centre where they charge very nominal fees from university students

I would like to make it clear, that the good staff of Pulse Urgent Care Centre, and indeed all Canada have a genuine World Class physicians in their midst

Dr Sial is a gentle man who approaches his practice from a position that leads him to do his very best for every patient, without an over-riding focus on his "bottom line". In short, Dr Sial is a World Class physician Treasure.

I have learned a great deal in a short time frame from Dr Sial about the management of patients with anterior lower spine lumbar herniated disk and/or instability. I have never seen a more thoughtful and organized physician who considers each patient as an individual, not just a problem. And the icing on the cake is that not only is Dr Sial a thoughtful and caring physician, but also a talented physician. I am grateful to call Dr Sial a good friend.

I call for a cut (for my son - 5 years old) which needs stitches and they didnt offer any help and asked me to go to the hospital where there is doctors. I didn't control myself and i start laughing and I got confused. But honestly the operator was polite

Fast and efficient medical care delivered online. I cut my wait time for an ultrasound and x-ray by two weeks just avoiding making an appt with my family doctor, having to wait for a requisition. Got it done in 3 minutes here and they emailed me the requisition. Great service!

Filled out the online form, they called in 5 mins to confirm, the dr called 15 mins later. He was nice, professional, listened to what I had to say and gave the right next steps to help me with my issue. Will try this place again.

I am beyond impressed! I needed to speak with a doctor urgently after office hours. I registered at 9.30 pm and got a call within 10 minutes. The doctor was extremely efficient and immediately understood the problem and what was needed. His pharmacist called less than a minute later with a prescription and faxed it to an all night pharmacy in my city. Thank you Pulse Clinic!

Ive dealt with this clinic location for about a year and a half now and they've honestly been so great with dealing with any issues I've had. Even through out the pandemic they always have provided a great fast service for me. Free deliveries on your prescriptions so you don't have to risk anything going outside. The doctors there have also been great and hoping they provide a family doctor in the future. You're definitely in luck if you decide to go here.

20 mins after calling I spoke with a doctor and everything was taken care. Didn't even have to get off my couch. I wish all clinics were run like this one

Omg! This is absolutely the best doctors office I have ever been to. My almost 2 year isn't feeling well and he was absolutely amazing with her. She didnt cry at all which she normally does. He made himself very relatable to our situation. The receptionist is so sweet. The pharmacist is awesome. The place is so clean. I will be definitely returning.

This clinic is amazing. Beautiful inside, and the doctor I saw was very friendly, compassionate and gentle with my son. I’m so grateful that we have such a great new clinic in our area!

Pulse Urgent Care is the best walk-in I have ever visited. From start to finish we were treated with kindness and sincerity. The receptionist was efficient and polite. Dr. Khoja was extremely professional, receptive and compassionate. The pharmacist was quick and knowledgeable. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience.
