I have three young kids and find myself in need of a doctor often-especially in the fall and winter months! I really like their online registration which saves us a lot of waiting time. Everyone has been friendly and helpful during our numerous visits. So happy to have discovered this clinic!

They are the worst people. I'm telling you don't risk your life or money here. They loot you. Their behavior is so bad. First they say something then something else, they kind of trick you. Go for another walk in don't waste your time here.

The treatments I've been receiving for my chiro needs have been excellent, thanks to Dr. Sukhmeet Bhatti. It's not easy to find a practitioner who genuinely listens to a patient's needs, backed with the right skills, care, and professionalism. You'll get all that from him!

Great professional staff. Receptionist was professional and the appointment process is logical. The doctor was fantastic with my child. Very kind, caring, professional, educated and helpful. Wish all the doctors in Ontario are like this doctor.

They don’t take the next day appointment for anyone and i have my 4 month son need vaccinations and he sit for 1.5 hour their in the waiting room and they called their name in the loudness of the waiting room which very hard to listen and when i went to the reception the lady over their is so rude and said you missed your lot and now book the other appointment online and wait next 2 hour again.
Is this kind of service we deserve from this medical unit.
Please owners come forward and fix your problems and teach something about your staff how to talk with their patients as they are your customers.

It was 6: 20pm when i reached there and they are open till 8: 00pm and then also the receptionist is telling me that they stopped accepting patients. Why do they call it urgent care if you going to tell patients to go to peel memorial for help.

Our family doctor is in this location. We often go for walk-in for urgent care as well, which means any available doctor will give the needed care. Friendly staff, not bad on the waiting compared to many other clinics i've been to. They highly recommend registering online for walkin in appoinments. For famioy doctor care always call to make an appointments.

Excellent doctors who really care & take the time to treat my entire family. The pharmacy team is also excellent and very knowledgeable. The online booking tool is solid and prevents long waits that we used to experience. Opportunities to get better are extending the times back till afternoons without compromising current system. Also receptionists needs to be stronger on the referral/results front. Often referrals never happen and or results are late.

This place getting worse every time I visit in terms of waiting and quality of services we get! Try other location instead and compre!

I give ZERO STARS. I called and explained that my 3yr old son fell and hit his head, threw up, and passed out. The pharmacist says he wants my son to come in and get looked at. I get transferred to the clinic, and they say they're not taking anymore patients for the day. AT 1: 00 they're done taking people for the day? What was the point in telling me to come in then? Very disorganized, very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

First experience was good but their online consultation was really poor.
I tried 3 times to get a call back but they did not call at all.

Dr Murtuza Khoza is the name of my prescription shows the doctor who diagnosed me. Waited for any appointment online for 6 hours and diagnosed in 60 seconds- Very bad experience - doctor did not give even advice about treatment properly- useless (#ontariohealthcare

Just went to this walk in and was told they are not seeing walk ins today. I asked even if it’s for a shot? The lady asked what shot. I said an immunization required for school. She said very assertively No!

Great walk-in center, you can register online, and they text you 20 min out, so you don't have to sit in the waiting area for hours. Doctors are also thorough, professional, and pleasant. It also has a pharmy where you can pick medication if they subscribed something. We been going here for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

This was my first visit of hospital here in canada. I was quite satisfied with the services offered here.

I went this clinic in the emergency even I don’t have the online appointment but the lady in the front desk I don’t know her name but she was so nice and gave me the medical care that i need thank u so much

Definitely the best clinic in the Gta, took me in fast for an appointment and did a whole check on me throughly. Compared to other places which make you wait 3-4 hours for an appointment.

Don't Used these people the front desk staff are so lazy they hang up the phone on people of unplug the phone at the desk. I came in because their site was down and called from my phone and the ladies where talking and laughing and no phone rang.

after meeting Dr. Ikramudddin Syed in Urgent Care Centre Brampton. Very helpful, caring and best medical advice from Dr. Syed. God bless him.
I have been breathing problems with coughing. Runaround a lot with Ayowadic to homeopath without any relief. Dr. Ikramudddin Syed diagnosed problem and with right type of puffers. Which gave a lot of relief.

Worst service ever. I called them for 1 yr old baby with high fever and was advised that I need to register online which I did. I waited for almost 3 hrs and went to clinic. At clinic, I was told that I need to bring negative covid test for baby until then they cannot do anything. It's just a wastage of time and worst service. I won't recommend them.

Who are you kidding?
They won’t see you even if your bleeding till you talk to a Dr and I’m told there only doing phone in medical appointments.
Well that’s not even barely Care let alone urgent care.

The only thing this clinic probably cares about is billing OHIP.

Hard to get hold of any docs or clinic staff for follow up on tests, results. Poor diagnosis.

This online making appointment it's the WORST we were already registered at this clinic and they called us to asked for the info that we just put online: how come you don't verify the file before calling? Besides the bad attitude of the receptionist like if she is making us a favor when she supposed to give a good service. If you want an appointment go somewhere else because they tell you to do it online and it says there they will call around 76 -79 minutes waiting and it's been already 4 hours later and there is NO CALL from nobody! Why they gave you a number if they are not taking any in person appointments and I just can't believe that you have to wait 4.5 hours for a phone call that last no more than 3 minutes justifying all this waiting because they were too many persons before? Why they keep taking online appointments when they know they don't have enough doctors to make the calls on time just like the online system promise? Just make it real time on the website but stop saying your waiting time: please be realistic and improve your online service! And please teach your rude receptionist on sundays shift to verify the info on the system before calling because it' doesn't make sense using online to get to get call from her asking for the same info we already submitted and hang up when the people tell her something she doesn't like.like c' mon this clinic used to have lways better service before now I don't know what happened, we choose this clinic for the best service they have but around the neighborhood but now is so far from that.

Doctors here will address one problem per visit which is ridiculous. Dr.ekladious told me that it seems like that you have come to the grocery store when I told him couple of things about my child. He said for each problem you have to come back again and again one at a time. Like seriously, my kid is suffering and he is saying me to come back and see him with each problem to address every single day. Very bad treatment by doctors in regards to care provided. I am so fed up with the system of this place. Poor care provided. Don't ever go to this place if you need urgent care or if you are thinking to take your loved one at cornerstone, pls choose another doctor at another urgent care. Dr. Ajay khural is the worst.

Worst clinic. Doctors and receptionist not compassionate at all. Very rude. Especially the lady doctor Shams, so horrible and rude. Worst one. There is not less than 1 star. Waiting time is horrible and I have even wrote an email to the management about it. NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RESPONSED.

DR SAILE told me over the phone that I should visit his clinic in Brampton and I will get referral to a Rheumatologist Specialist. Once I reach there, the Doctor on site, He said that they don’t give any referrals to the Rhematologist Specialist. It was very disappointing because I was told differently over the phone and the outcome was completely different.

Dr Syed was AMAZING! He reviewed my daughter’s symptoms with me over the phone then asked us to come in so he can check her ear. All other clinics refused to see her even though they stated that her congested nose is from teething (which she had). Dr. Syed was great to my daughter and helped relieve a worried mom!

Do you not come here if you value the health, safety and livelihoods of those close to you. Have been coming here since the day they opened and have not seen a single improvement. Was once under anaphylactic shock and needed urgent care, but they did not let me in because I didn't have my health card.

Let alone the rude, unqualified, self-righteous receptionists who struggle on their own to remember details, speak coherently and let you get a word out to describe your symptoms. If you do manage to get an appointment set up, mind you, you will have to wait 45mins to an hr to get a phone call from an anonymous number, without an option to call back if you miss it.

Once you do make it to the doctor's, it is a coin-flip to get someone who isn't quick to prescribe medications that you do not require, without describing any potential risks or side effects, or deny you medication that other doctors have advised you take before.

All-in-all, if you like to waste your time and be belittled by those who think they're better than you because they're in the medical field, this is the perfect clinic for you.

Poor experience, I forgot to tell Dr. Saad about an additional symptom I was experiencing, to ask if that was normal so I was calling back, and the reception, just said he said ok, and if I experience that to go to the doctor. No explanation or insight. I told the receptionist to put me back into the cue again and she told me he might not call me back. - That’s ridiculous. That’s denying me health care.

I called back to make sure I’d be in the cue. No answer, I called back 4 times. Very unprofessional. I had to call back on a different number. I won’t be filling my prescription there. And I’ll definitely be reporting this.

This is always my preferred clinic. Even though I'm no longer in the area I still prefer to speak to these drs. They are professional, willing to help and ask the right questions to advise you into the right direction. Great clinic

Receptionists are RUDE.

Doctor put the wrong date on the prescription. Receptionist DID NOT want to talk to the doctor to fix this. Told me to call the next day when doctor is there. I did and she said make another appointment. A different doctor will see you.

Dr. Syed is the most empathic doctor I’ve ever spoken to in my life. It’s sadly not a common trait that doctors usually portray, usually they’re so monotone, don’t really care much, or don’t spend a lot of time on you. I’ve always had decent experience here with the other doctors, I remember meeting Dr Syed a few years ago over something and I do remember thinking he was very kind. But recently during the pandemic, I started facing a lot of mental health issues which was new for me. I just called for a referral to speak to a pyscologist, but Dr Mohammed really gave me a lot of info and showed me a great amount of support. He even said he’s proud of me for taking this step as mental health isn’t discussed a lot in our cultures. And honestly on my worst day, that was something that was so reassuring to hear, especially when my parents don’t understand fully what I’m going through. So Dr Syed this one is for you, you are amazing and make a huge difference.

Before I have my family doctor Pucc was my to go. The staffs have really good manner, Dr Syed was very knowledgeable and helpful and nice. I can’t thanks the team enough. When I was pregnant with my baby girl, I had some complications and they were the only clinic that can help me and ease my anxiety. Everything was done quickly as opposed to lengthy procedure that other clinics practice.
Just recently they help my dad from a serious gout attack flare up.
I highly recommend PUCC to anyone who want proper medical care.

Want to meet the rudest receptionist.search no longer! They show no empathy or kindness and certainly have no passion or respect for their job. Fact that 24 reviews here are all about rude people at the reception should make it pretty clear what you should expect.

Don’t even deserve one star. The receptionists are rude as ****. Booked an appointment with doctor, they made people who came after me (walk in) go first and made me wait 2 hours. Nobody will listen to your problem at all here and they keep making you visit them again and again.
Also, they charge you if you want to change the doctor.

Doctor was beyond incompetent with technology. We sent him the image of the affected area and he could not find it in his emails and told us to send it again and that he would call us back. We have waited for 4 hours to get the call from the doctor and this is what he told us. We even called the reception desk 4-5 times and they hung up on us till we finally got through on the sixth time. Turns out the image was in his spam folder which they found and then uploaded to our file. Imagine waiting 4 hours patiently, and then to get a call from the doctor who does not even want to check the spam folder. I would highly recommended even waiting if you can, otherwise go to another emergency clinic. This clinic needs a complete over hall and new medical expertise.

Honestly? If you absolutely cannot wait for your family doctor, just go to emergency.

My husband was suffering episodes of excruciating pain in his upper left abdomen radiating around to his back. I wanted him to go to emergency, but he didn't want to. Instead, I told him to call pulse urgent care clinic.

They did not see him. The first thing that happened was he could not get the online registration to work oh, so I had to do it. I also had problems, such as it kept started seeing him as a child even though I kept changing it to adult. Then I had to call in to get the online queue sorted out because people calling in after him were being put in ahead of him. He kept going from number 12 down to number 15 then back up to 12 then back down again.

Half an hour later, the doctor called. He told my husband not to come in, instead go get an ultrasound. He went to the ultrasound clinic, they said they cannot see him without an appointment.

That was on Saturday, today is Tuesday. They still have not called. Meanwhile, my husband reasoned that it could not be very urgent so he went to work yesterday. He ended up being taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The ultrasound clinic still has not called.

The urgent Care clinic did not call. I should have thought they would have called to ask you what was going on when they did not get a response. I called in the clinic today, and I was told that it takes three to five days! I said I don't call that urgent Care.

She said their definition of urgent care is they provide extended services such as removing stitches. I said I can get that done at my family doctor. Really, for that matter, I can take my own stitches out. It's not rocket science.

So the bottom line is, if you think you need the urgent Care clinic, just go to the emergency department.

The receptionist is unbelievably incompetent. Don’t bother with this place. Was in incredible pain and standing in front of her when she told me to book an appointment on my phone and wait for a call from the doctor which might take a few hours. When I told her my phone was dead and asked if there was a way to schedule it in person as I was already standing in the clinic she said go home and register from there.

Funny, we went for urgent care but we have been ask to go online, do the registration, and book an appointment, we have to go to a different place.

Reception is beyond useless. Advised receptionist I was unable to login to the virtual registration. Standing in front of their desk IN the clinic, she straight faced advised that I need to go home and register from there and drive back. When I asked if she could register me from the computer directly in front of her, she advised that no, I need to go home and do it from there. I asked again, what do they do when someone is unable to register or there is an IT issue with the site, she said there was nothing she could do about it and I would need to go home and register. Like a broken record, she continued to insist the only way I could be placed on the wait list is if I went home and came back.

No idea if the doctor is any good, but if that is the staff at front desk, I had no interest in meeting the doctor that hired them. Went to the clinic at Queen and Chingacousy and they took me right in.

Very bad service i was book an appointment regarding pain in my throat even it was very hard for me taking breath, waiting for turn at least 2 hours even i didn’t see any single patient in the clinic. I was waiting for the call of doctor very long time but no one responded.unprofessional manner, No management.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! I never write any reviews but I had the worst experience with this clinic. I booked an appointment at this clinic online and had to wait for 4 hours. I kept calling the clinic and the nurses told me that doctor is going to call me. At 9: 30pm i spoke to a nurse who told that doctor is going to call right now. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I called back again at 9: 55pm and nurses told me that they are closed for the day, and told me to go to emergency if I want to. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, WORST DOCTOR, POOR SERVICES, DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS.

All the one star reviews are accurate. Didn't see a single person in line before me and I was waiting for the doctor from last 40 minutes and he/she decided not to show up, so leaving with frustration. Please do not come here.

Writing this review after a lot of frustration. I have a question for so called DOCTOR Ahmad; Are you a doctor for real? Just because of your ignorance, i have to undergo an operation.
Guys, don’t get him registered as your family doctor. He will tell you to wait and monitor your body instead of referring. And this is what he did to me. I told him that I need to see a specialist at the earliest and he told me to wait and monitor. As a result, I have infection inside my body now and have to get it operated.
I wish I could give him zero star.

Overall decent and clean clinic. Reception staff & Nurses are courteus. Doctors Syed, Krishnan, and Khoja are great. Family doctor Ayesha Sohail is good doctor for children. Dentist clinic is also great. Dr. Chohan does an awesome job- have no issues with the dental work done by him. Downside is the long wait times of family clinic which can be quite frustrating.

A place true to its word! I called in the clinic before walking in and the doctor heard my concern and asked me to come in immediately for the required treatment. My wait time was quite decent as there was a patient ahead of me. I went in next n got what was needed and they also fixed my follow up’s right then. Needless to say the staff was polite and friendly and the process was seamless.
Most important, they did this when my own clinic refused treatment just because I had spoken to my doctor over the call the same day, even though I was advised to go to the clinic by her.

Excellent walk-in medical care experience!

Preliminary screening phone call was answered quickly and courteously by receptionist/nurse. The doctor phoned me back within 40 mins for an initial consult and it was agreed I should come in for an exam (blocked ear issue). I drove to the clinic and was seen almost immediately by Dr Khoja, who was personable and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed my condition. The nurse conducted an ear irrigation which totally solved the issue. The doctor verified the procedure and provided helpful tips for the future.

My only hesitation for giving 5 stars was that, because I am from BC, I was charged for the visit and asked to seek reimbursement from our Province’s plan. Mind you, I was informed by the staff in advance (several times) so I was totally aware of the choice I was making.

I signed up for their service as I had an urgent need for a doctors appointment. I signed up, filled out the forms and got a call about an hour later, I was working on my phone so I accidentally ignored the call. I called back right away and they IGNORED my call. I then filled out the form again to get an appointment and was completely ignored. Bad service, they had me waiting all day for an appointment that wasn’t going to happen. I do not recommend Pulse urgent care.

I went during covid-19 and told receptionist that I’m waiting outside and exactly what my problem was, and she failed to advise me that the doctors are only “taking 1 in 100 patients” as the doctor told me after 1.5 hours of waiting in the parking lot. Unacceptable no bedside manners, unprofessional tone from the doctor.

Brought in my mom and bro and both were looked after nicely by Dr. Kashif Chahal. He really loves his job.

Does not take walkin patients seriously at all. Lady at reception said 2 patients head of me, I had to wait 1.5 hour to be seen and doctor was rushing like anything and literally he took 2 minutes and just suggest me hard hitting antis, didnt even ask me questions and take history.

Both ladies at the front desk were friendly, quick and very helpful. The Dr.was also very pleasant and thorough. Plus It's open late and not too busy.

I had a very bad infection from over a week. I went here and the doctor prescribed only inhalers. I obviously needed some antibiotics if I was feeling sick for more than a week! Doctor rushed me out so fast and there was not even any patients waiting. 3 days later now I had to go to another walk in because my sickness is now worse and more severe. The other place gave me antibiotics after spending 3-4 sleepless day’s getting worse. Waste of my time going to this place first! I could have prescribed meds to myself I don’t know why you doctors are getting paid to do nothing.

I brought in my sister at 9: 28 PM.for a doctor to tend to her dog bite. This place closes at 10: 00 PM. The doctor refused to come out to even take a look at my sister’s bitten hand. Although there is a sign on the front door that states doctor may refuse service during closing hours, I simply asked the receptionist if the doctor could come out to glance at the wound and suggest whether trekking to an emergency room was necessary (given the long wait periods). The doctor refused not only to tend to the patient but he/she didn’t even have the courtesy to come out of the back room to glance at the wound to advise us on a course of action. The receptionist informed us that we should go to another urgent care which turned out to be closed. Cherry on top, the walk in clinic was absolutely empty during our arrival. Very very poor service and would not suggest going here if you’re near closing hours, or at all for that matter.

Girl works at front desk is rude and unprofessional. Clinic can get more business if she can be replaced.tho Dr Chahal is really good.

1 thing that I've experienced since last 4-5 visits is that no matter what time you book your appointment, there's ALWAYS a wait for more than 40 minutes. Today we booked an appointment for 9: 30 am so that we will be the first patients to attend to. We even came at 9: 20 am and its 10: 19 right now and we are still waiting for our turn. This is totally unprofessional because i fail to understand that if this is the situation then why do we even bother taking an appointment. Looks like walk in folks are higher priority than booked appointments.

Went in for a shot. Asked how many in front of me. "Zero". They replied. I asked if I could sit in the room so i wouldn't get sick as there was a full house out front coughing. They said no. Someone's in there (Room 6). There was no on in there and I confronted the nurse when she asked me to go to room 6. They didn't like this so on my way out the "supervisor" on duty yelled at me that it was a walk in and it's "first come, first served and you have to wait". I wasn't even in to see the doctor! I was in for a shot. She lied in front of the waiting room (about being in to see a dr) and did it to humiliate me and she achieved her goal. Shame on this place for accepting this. In general, this place has nice doctors who care about their patients, but this nurse supervisor should be fired! P. S. She was wearing pink flip flops. Isn't that a health and safety concern? Blood? Bodily fluids? Flip flops? Good combination.

Very bad service, inexperienced staff, won't even give water to patient they were saying you can buy from outside. And have to wait for half an hour for stitches with blood continuously dropping from hand.

I have seen Dr. Kashif Chahal twice now. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prescribed a pain/anti-inflammatory medication for the agonizing osteoarthritis in my thumb. Within hours I noticed a huge improvement, after suffering terribly for the past couple of weeks. I found the clinic to be very well run, punctual, friendly staff (hard to come by in the family medicine field). I will definitely return. As well, the pharmacy is located right within this clinic. I found the pharmacist to be very prompt, kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Auwful wait time and doctors do not have more then 5 min for you Before you explain anything they prescribe medicine without proper assessment I can’t trust these doctors I tried mostly all doctors at this location All are mostly new inexperienced except Dr. Gonzalvas who was let go by owner coz he was not rushing through patience I was told by one of the front desk staff All they care is rushing through as many patience possible and sending prescriptions to theire own pharmacy Paitients are sales for them AVOID THIS CLINIC

The worst experience.don’t waste your time going to this location.spent literally 5 minutes diagnosing my 3 years old. “doctor” have no idea what they are talking about they will ask you before giving out a prescription, if you have any benefits for the medicine or not? What does that mean they will prescribe Medicine according to the plan do you have? Hope this knocks some sense out there. Very unpleasant experience.

This clinic used to be ok because it was mostly empty and didn't have to wait long. Now they have gotten very busy and I wait a very long time for very poor and rushed care. All the good doctors have left and the front staff is so rude. They just try to rush you through. Very poor clinic. The quality is the worst.
