Very bad experience We bought some stuff and the cashier gave us wrong receipt which is understandable as they were busy, but I needed to exchange few sizes next day and till then I wasn't aware of the wrong receipt, but the manager was very rude like I'm the one type guy, told him that this is receipt i got please check date and I showed him my banking app transaction but the way he was behaving, the body language, not coming back ever.
I have shopped today at puma And i was very disappointed with the behaviour of the manager of the branch. I have just asked for the box for the shoes but the way the replied it was way rude he was just denying and answering in very desperate manner I request everyone not to please visit this location Try to avoid the man at the counter with long hairs he just keep saying the stuff that he likes. And the only thing that it responds it too just make himself I am paying for the shoes and he keept on saying you have to carry them barehanded. That was way worst experience for me ever in puma. I always loved to shop here but there arrogance and inappropriate way of handling the customer made me think to visit this ever again
The website and maps say the store is open but after driving for hours I come here and discover at the door that it is closed. The manager is very RUDE and would not even explain anything, just says we are closed for renovation, well how about informing customers or at least apologizing? ! Avoid this place like the plague they are absolutely not professional!
Seems like no one wants to answer the phones at this location. I've been trying to call since Monday April 17th and currently it's April 19th. Each time I've called it will go to voicemail, which they don't have set up which the automated voice will tell you.
Amazing customer service, professional behavior and helpful nature by Vin, Marla and Vipul. And customer friendly policies by PUMA. Will strongly recommend this store to visit.
I had a good experience at puma this evening, exceptional customer service by Marwah and Vinni, they made sure I got matching shoe sizes and were friendly and energetic even though it was close to closing time.
Was at the store this evening and saw 2 people making a scene and fighting with the staff. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the taller gentleman, the gentleman with the beard and the female staff member with red hair, they handled the situation so well while the customers were being loud, aggressive and unreasonable. Sorry they had to experience this. Keep up the good work and props for staying calm through the entire event.
Awesome, Awesome customer service, from the moment you go in there are pleasant greetings to when you leave the store even if nothing is bought. The assistant reps are so knowledgeable in the products in the store. I was happy with my purchase and the service
I bought a pair of Puma trainers however, after only wearing these shoes a few times started feeling a severe pain on the back of my ankle with bruises/rashes. As a result, I immediately stopped wearing these shoes; however, the bruises were so severe that my ankle got infected and became purulent. These wounds became so severe that I had to seek medical attention and was diagnosed with infected foot and was prescribed antibiotics. I emailed Puma costumer service and called the store however, they told me that there is nothing they could do and they won't exchange/return these shoes. I even attached a picture of my infected foot but they told me that this is just a simple discomfort. I do not recommend Puma as my experience with this brand and their costumer service is very disappointing.
At the cash, the girl has no manner, talking to other staff girls while am standing. No greeting at the end. Didn't expect this from big name store like Puma.
Line up at the counter and they won’t open another lane despite having three of them. Plenty of staff around too. When asked a staff member to open another lane, he just rudely said “no” and walked away. Need better training in dealing with store customers. Do better.
Some good bargains to be found. The only negative would be that the staff need to work on crowd control. I know post covid, we are supposed to be open, but Nike with a five minute entrance lineup and a bigger store, has a better shopping experience.
Awful taste and service from this branch store manager on phone today! My family shopped Puma outlet store once a year in the past 5 or 6 years during holiday season. Usually we shopped the one in Niagara-on-the-lake Premium outlet mall so that we can spend sometime visiting in this beautiful place after shopping. Due the snow storm warning this year, we decided to shop the closer one in this location from home which about 50 minutes drive on New Year day yesterday. Long story short, we bought 3 pairs of shoes home as usual for everyone in my family. Unfortunately my wife found out one pairs of shoe was two different one in box. They looks very similar see the photo attached. My wife was disappointed because it is new year gift. So I decide to give this store a call today expecting they can ship the right one for us and we will return the wrong one back to them because they must have another box with the wrong pairs inside as opposite of mine. You know what, I was shock. After 10 times calls, finally I got someone on the phone (I believe he is the branch store manager.) He said it must be the cashier didn't do the job properly without checking it before cashing out our order. Sounds like he admitted it was their fault. Anyway I believe that's the regular cashier procedure that the store cashiers need to verify before cashing out customer. Without saying apology to me and qualifying what's the wrong products inside the box that we bought, he started offer me to come back to exchange. Then I told him we are about an hour drive from his store, right away he pushed me to go to Vaughan location. I said to him that I appreciate his suggestion, but that's not our fault and we can't make it to both locations because it's inconvenience for me (my wife doesn't drive highway.) I said to him, you must have another pairs with wrong items inside, eventually will cause another issues for another customer. Why don't you check it out first. I asked if they can ship the right one to us and I can ship the other one back to them so that we have the right pairs and store won't lost inventory and have the right pairs to sell to another customer. Actually I checked on their website, the wrong one is more expensive than the pairs we bought, more than double the price. You know what, this brand manager's answer was blew my mind away. "We can't ship it to you. That's your problem as well because you didn't check it at that time. " Wow. I was paused on the phone for a few seconds with NO words! I said to him "My apology for without checking it before we purchased from your store. PUMA is a trusted brand, but not you. Thank you. "
I has been waiting someone from this business or customer care service to reach out to my post. 24 hours passed. No reply! Just reviewed previouse reviews for this location. Seems same type of cases happened no long ago. And non of the reviews has been replied by the branch manager or Puma customer service care. This business seems not care their brand reputation and their customers at all. Terrible business management!
Loud music is annoying. Requested staff to reduce the volume but they don't care. This is a safety risk in the pandemic because staff come too close to you if you have any question.

I went to store today and we waited for like 4 hours in line. Price of shoes was displayed $29.99 but they price came up as $39.99. I realized that when i came outside. I was so annoying and inconvenient. I had the worse experience in that store. Staff was not cooperative.
Awful experience the shoes they displayed on discount are actually not on discount. They are charging more and manager was casually reacting oh it's just manual mistake. We will refund to you. It happened second time. It's so disgraceful.
Today was a day before third lock down. The store offers variety of clothing and shoes. Gym clothing also available. Today store offered discount on all products. Luckily I got pajamas and shirts still expensive $ 60 pajama and$ 30 shirt. The store staff is knowledgeable and cooperative. Good shopping before lockdown on a chilly day.
Great place to shop Puma shoes. The sale prices here are exceptional. Staff is really courteous. This is the place to go to shop puma. Even better prices than their online store.
The guy that came over to help us was really nice, he kind of went out of his way to help find a size of shoe in the back stock room and it was the very last one we found.so yeah, and the cash staff were pretty cool too.
Pretty crowded all the time. Amazing price, compared with US$ from their website. However, they have a limited selection of models. And on some models they don't have all sizes.
Very busy place especially in weekends. Come early to get a better stock availability. I had trouble finding my shoe size coming around 3: 30 PM. Price wise I loved the store. Prices vary from 60$ and up.
