Ordered from door dash today - vegetarian thali and with naan. This is the burnt naan we got.

It was a great time here at Brampton location. The lady who greeted us was very friendly was and i also noticed that overall their staff is attentive and knows hospitality. We were informed of the cuisine and what we can expect in terms of spice tolerance.

Inspite of being so busy she helped us in choosing dishes. (10/10)

Very bad experience. Wish I could give zero rating. We came all the way from other city but its not worth it. Food quality very poor and served very cold. The atmosphere is pathetic, the employees are fighting with each other in front of customers and when we asked everything is ok then gave us no reply. Very very rude person.

Today i bought veg thali, with garlic naan, naan was burnt and looks that made from long time, not fresh, uneven and hard. Curd smells so bad, rice are not cooked properly, mix vegetables had wired taste and it was only daal makhni which was tasty, this place required deep cleaning. Totally disappointed.

Service was excellent the girl named Ravneet was really good and sweet although, we really enjoyed food having diner was best part of yesterday night.

That girl working at the front cash register, with a dark complexion and a nose ring has a lot of attitude if you’re going to work, your job at least be nice.it looks like you’re being forced to work. Be happy where you work.

Atleast mention on the door that both of the locations don't serve the same food so we know how to lower our expectations! Dont give alloo prontha with chole and dahi in the name of Amritsari kulcha! Ambarsariye know what to expect when it comes Amritsari Kulcha!

My favorite dish from Punjabi By Nature is their Amritsari Kulcha.it's delicious! I ordered 2 on Family Day (Feb 20) but both kulcha's were burned badly. I had picked up the extra order for my mom who was really looking forward to the meal but unfortunately could not finish because they were so badly burned.

Worst food in town …besan ladoo was like preserved for centuries …common man have some dignity bought naan too garlic they were like someone stretching plastic … nd madrass chicken was bit salty …bro its second time same thing happened.have to post the comment … I know u gonna ignore nd gonna do same thing again.but u guys are just awful in all things

I tried there kullche made by Sanjeev Rawat. It was delicious, with proper stuffing. I will recommend everyone to go and try it out.

Please DO NOT buy foods from Airport Road location. We got vegetarian biryani, chicken tika, side salad and samosa. We had to throw the food in the garbage. Every item was bad. The owner of this location should not be in business cheating people like this. I know you guys live in the mansions at Goreway and Countryside. But you guys need to stop earning money by making people sick of disgusting food.

The food here is good and the staff is friendly. I love their winter special Gajar ka Halwa, especially the one with Indian carrots.

Really good food, have been visiting them since almost 2 months now! And customer service by Japneet is really humble and polite! Must try Amritsari naan with Chana! Its worth it!

Yesterday i ordered veg thali and it was tasty and hot. But they gave me all three veggies, paneer. Overall, ok but the girls at the fromt take too long to take order. Improve on customer service.

Pardeep Dhaliwal- girl working there is very rude, she doesn’t know how to treat customers. At least show some basic manners, no complaints with restaurant, food is good, but customer service is also important

One day before Rakhi, we went to grab some sweets, a girl name Pardeep Dhaliwal such a rude girl, dont know how to attend customers. A zero customer service. Should teach her how to attend customers.

Their food is good but customer service is zero. I ordered one Amritsari kulcha and i was told to come after 10 minutes, i came all the way from caledon, took me half an hour to reach but then they said it will take another 40 minutes, its not ready yet. I used to eat here almost every week but now we are avoiding this place due to zero management.

They don’t know how to talk with customers on call. So rude.
Timing: August, 06 timing 11: 02pm.
As I noticed young girl was on call without listening regarding order, She disconnected call by saying come and see.

And also it’s second time happen with same girl.

Very busy restaurant. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order even though we were told 10 minutes. The menu was displaying some dessert items but they were not available. I won’t go back there the quality was poor and service was bad.

I visited this place couple of times and every time I received the service by Japneet kaur and Everytime she welcomed us with a happy face (even I called her one time during the food or multiple time) inspite of having busy environment. She is really too nice in terms of taking order, serving and billing as well. She is really highly appreciable and should be at higher position just because of her patience, cooperation, well experienced.

I ordered veg noodles and they were way more salty. I usually order from them once a week. They were making Good food but now they are messing up almost everything every week. I usually don't complain about a food but this time I couldn't bare it. You guys have good food but don't rune yourself for minor mistakes. I would still give u guys 4 star review. Good luck!

Girl had No manners how to talk when someone is ordering over the phone. Either you teach your staff how to talk or you lose the business. Never ordering again.

Never order through skip, cause they will give you raw food and they will not taste the way they were suppose to be. Also they will switch food for other food

Half cooked and tasteless garlic naans. Very disappointed by their food. I will never order again from this restaurant.

I enjoyed the food at this location. Butter chicken was delicious. Service was quick. Ambience is great, quite homely. Staff at the front is quite friendly and helpful.

If dine in is allowed, then washroom should also be allowed to customers, customers paid for all services, then who give them right to refuse the customers to use the washroom, just because they have to clean, they doing this to customers

Food was so disgusting and waste of money. Do not go to the Airport location. The Gore location is a lot better!

Diksha & others at the front @ Punjabi by nature are the best in customer's service. Chef Harman is motivated to feed you the best only food. Highly recommended and I'll send all my friends here. Keep up the good work guys.

Overpriced… charged 15$ for 1 lb rasgulas
Normally at all other restaurants price is 10$ for the same

This place is best place for visit and delicious food, staff is very friendly and nice, i love to visit place again and again

They sell expired stuff. I bought Jalebis that was not fresh which results food poisoning to me and my family. They just make food and refrigerated for couple of weeks and selling them by saying its just freshly made today.

Bad experience!

Will go to other place next time as Malai kofta was not cold from inside and also gravy was thin

Overall not good experience for dinner dinning.
