Food was really good. We ordered sholay bhatooray, paneer pakoray, cha and coffee, nothing disappointed. Service was great, server (Jassi) was polite. Thank you for a great experience.

I went there with my brother, believe me this server who took our order and served has worst customer service. Don’t know her name but she was short height thin with a small bun. I came because my friend recommended. Food quality you provide is so bad. We ordered veg thali and it was served cold. I will never never recommend this place to anyone.

Too expensive as compared to others. They really used covid as an excuse to inflate there prices. On site truck catering is 3500 dollars for 100 person. Thats insane. They are Really greedy

And even they don’t care about the customer what they are facing or not.
They are not even doing compensation against the food with hair.

Food is amazing, especially Channa Bhatura & Amritsari Kulcha. Good customer service provided by Mr Jassi, one of their good employee of Punjabi by Nature. Tandoori Roti & Non Veg items were amazing. I do recommend my friends or relatives do visit Punjabi by Nature.

The Restaurant has failed to deliver quality and customer service.
A couple of days ago they sent us missing items, which ruined our dinner. When we called the restaurant said new employee error.
Today they sent us different orders and when called the restaurant instead of making this better said to contact skip dishes.
Do not order from this location 0 customer service. They were hesitant to give out the owner information.
If I had an option to give them 0 stars I would prefer that.

The food was bland and horrible there. There was no taste or whatsoever. We ordered mixed veg and they gave us boiled aaloo gobhi. The service was okay but I do not recommend going there for having dinner or any punjabi food

1st time we went, we ordered thalis, it took 20+ mins to come - all the food that came was cold. We asked for them to warm up the food, and it took another 25 mins before food came. Reason they said burners had broken down. 2nd time we went - we ordered 3 parathas, and they brought the wrong parathas.we asked for muli, paneer and mixed - they gave us aloo, gobi and paneer (which had only a tiny bit of paneer). No salt in the parathas, flavourless and no achar - when we asked they said it was finished! WHAT? ! The waiter wrote our order down, and still came with the wrong items. Anyway - this is the last time we go there. Its a very competitive market - this place needs to buck up or they wont last long.

A mist visit place. It was a nice experience to dine in at Punjabi by Nature restaurant. Quality and service was awesome. Special appreciation for the service of Jassi and Kuldeep.

A great place to have Indian food. We went there on Diwali night and the place qas full. Luckily we got a table. Most of the dishes were not available so we ended up ordering on the basis of availability. The food was nice, except paneer tikka, which had a rubber texture to it. Would like to visit the place again especially when it is not too crowded to try different things from their menu.

The staff is not friendly at all, they do not know how to treat with customers and not listening. So RUDE.

I ordered thali so except Gajar Halwa nothing had taste! Saag has to be spicy, Panner gravy was too sweet and guys stop giving lettuce in salad. On the top of that Golgappe pani was horrible! ‍️

Their tandoori chicken was stale and it smells so bad. We made a complaint to health and safety. They give people stale chicken so please don't buy from them.

Ordered food and package was leaking I asked delivery guy he said he asked them to change but they didn't. Ordered noodles they were too oily and tasteless. Manchurian was very average. Disappointed with service

Wish I could give negative stars here. Horrible food. Their chilly paneer didnt have chillies but had chilli flakes and full of ketchup.

Their veg thali isnt of a good portion plus their food is no way authentic. Their pani puri water is so bland, its the worst I have ever tasted. The only thing good about them is their sweets. Will not recommend this to anyone at all. Wont be returning here at all.

Employees are very rude as they tend to show attitude for some reason. I asked them couple of questions and the girl replied in very bad tone (11pm-2am). They need training as they don’t know how to deal with the customers.

The food was terrible. Malai chicken was so hard, chilli chicken and chilli paneer was hard to swallow, i dont know what kind of chicken are they using, the only thing these people want is money and for this kind of pathetic food they charged $95. I am never going back to this place and would recommend the same for others as well.

Worst place in Brampton, don't bother wasting your time.there are far better stores which provide great service. Always a big disappointment. Just went there today morning and to my shock the staff were weighing in two sweets boxes with one purchase, one box in the which the sweets come and another empty one along with it. Did not make sense, I understand that one box is always weighed with the sweets you purchase, but two? When I questioned the lady at the cash, rather than providing a reason the rude lady at cash counter had the audacity to say the following "DO YOU WANT OR NOT, HAPPY TO NOT SERVE YOU, WE ARE BUSY DONT WASTE OUR TIME" Wow! I was flabbergasted. Shame on you guys. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

They are not punjabi by nature no physical distance, front desk staff very rude, food quality very bad, entrance doors very hard to open and no push button, I go there when I have no choice, I'm very disappointed from their service
I recommend to all clients to go to sweet and samosa factory Eitobiko location bos their quality and price very good and very safe from covid.

Tonight I visit there I ordered two
Dahi bhalla. First time I ate worst dahi bhalla in my life. I ate so many restaurants before in GTA but this one is disgusting and I pay 13.54 for two dahi bhallas. I would recommend to not going there. Please train your workers before serving to the people.

Very expensive and stale food and mithai. I got gujia today 2 lb for 25 dollars. No filling in gujia and I found a strand of hair in it… not recommend this place.

They scammed me charged me almost 10 bucks for 3 rotis. I bought a thali and it’s suppose to at least come with a nann.they gave me no nann but charged me for 3 tawa roti on top of the 9.99 I paid for my veg thali.like I can buy a whole bag of flower for what I paid for thoes 3. Seriously messed up I’m Punjabi too just because my name is Samantha doesn’t mean I don’t know what you guys just pulled. Shame because the food was actually really good. Well this place is weird! The food isn't bad but the attitude of some waitresses is so disgusting! I felt as if i was there to eat free food!
Ordered Malai tikka and received the so called starter after finishing my main course! And guess what it was the worst malai tikka i ever had! It was just boiled chicken and probably was just in and out of the tandoori in couple of minutes.
The channa batura was good though.
The seats are torn and very uncomfortable. Social distancing is a joke and the restaurant was over crowded.

I visited the place yesterday and was hoping for the buffet but they are still not open for this restaurant only, I don’t know why? The food was terrible, I ordered a thali and mixed was all uncooked with hard enough potatoes that u can’t even break it with metal spoon.
I use to visit this place a lot but the prices of the food has gone high and the quality of food has gone low and i mean it.

They always have different prices on menu and bill, we ordered thalis, on menu it was $9.99 and they charged us $ 12, it happened few times earlier when the prices are different on menu and bill.
Quality of food was not good either.

The service was terrible. After ordering, we got half the order first and waited another 10 min to get the rest of the food. Then we had to ask about 3 different people for the check as nobody was bringing it. Waited almost 20 min just to pay.
The 2 stars are only for the food, as it was good.
If this was based on service, I would give 0. I’ve had food here in the past and the service was still okay, but recently it’s been gotten really bad.

Order taken over phone without asking name or phone no. When I went to pick the order they served my order to someone else coz we ordered same item. At 10 pm we had to wait another 30 minutes outside. No social distancing maintained inside. Very poor customer service. The lady in the front assumed all Indians speak same language.

i just ordered Tandoori champ and it was so disgusting.i mean how you guys can give to customers such old and stale food especially onions were smelling so bad.i can share photo too.customers are paying so atleast must pay attention on the quality of food.

Second bad experience. Not only high price, but poor quality that I got today, that is the reason writing review. Ordered 6 aloo tikkis for $ 6.78, the small-sized tikkis stuffed with unroasted material (kacha besan). Also, tikki seemed frozen. You can have look at the pucture I attached. Really displeases as My kid ate it.

Last time I came with my friend and took cheese chilly for takeout and it was amazing. Today we dine-in for first time over. Customer service was ok but we ordered spring rolls and that was ridiculous. It was hot from outside and frozen from inside. We told server about it and in reply server said that I just made it hot. No apologies and no regrets. Rest of the things were ok.

Had a buffet last night at this restaurant. These guys will serve you your naan/bread as soon as you sit on your table. I mean why you have the snacks if you want your customers to directly have main course with those cold naan/bread. Bad bad experience. Stop serving buffet.

We had catering last evening and I must say that food was so delicious especially makhani daal and Palak Paneer. I highly recommend to try their food, while you are in Brampton. I thank you their entire staff for serving delicious Indian food

We went there for dine-in. Food was good but service was not that good. There was a girl in dine-in. She was rude. After taking the bill, she said u have to leave now bcs 2customers were waiting. While, there was no one at all Nd even 3tables were free. This is not fair. Even, they were laughing on us. Will never ever go there for dine-in.
If manager or owner is reading this review m suggesting u pls improve ur service.

That was my first and last experience in this restaurant. Waited too long for my turn to sit. Finally when we were asked to sit by one of the staff girl. After 2-3 mins, another staff guy told us that there was some confusion and we need to get up and wait again for our turn to come. Thats it. Terrible customer service

Great Food. Living in Brampton for many years never visited the place.we vistied it after we moved away. I must say we missed out to try the food. The food and flavours are amazing.would definitely recommend to anyone to visit and try the food.

We went there for dinner and ordered few a la carte dishes. Roti and naans were nice and hot but the veg and non veg dishes were cold. Also the girl working there was exceptional rude. The other guy (bearded guy) noticed we were quite upset and on verge of leaving the place and jumped in to cool us down. We won’t return to this place.

The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful. Service is lacking but if you just stay on them & wave them over when you need the bill or something you're fine.

We went to get sweets for Ganpati Sthapana and they said sweets are made of Pure Ghee. The sweets were made of bad oil (refined or some other spoiled ghee). Sweets were not at all tasty. And prices of sweets were very high. I wish I could give 0 rating - horrible taste and high prices

This is not a restaurant its a freaking joke. The chefs dont know how to cook, the waiters dont know how to serve. Do yourself a favour, if you have self respect go to some other restaurant

1 star i am giving for the lady on counter, she was cute and her service quite well.

The food is great here. But they desperately need to figure out their pick up and line up system. Who’s waiting for food? Who’s lining up to pay for their dine in? Who’s ordering sweets? No one knows, it creates complete chaos (both for the workers and the customers). Please figure it out. A customer should walk in and know exactly where he/she should line up during their first visit.

Never in my life have I been to such a terrible restaurant. Firstly, this restaurant needs better chefs. The food was bland, poorly cooked and soaked in oil. Secondly, it needs to train waiters how to serve customers better. We ordered dal makhani, mix vegetables, roti and raita and we were given just one tiny plate. How is one supposed to eat roti, veggie and dal all in one tiny plate! When we asked for a bowl, the waiter was initially reluctant to give us bowls but then she said she would only give it for raita. We thought that's fine we'll use it for dal. But then she strictly ordered us to use it for raita only. This is the most ridiculous service I've ever seen. Even kids at small coffee shops know how to serve better. I wouldn't even give one star to this restaurant and absolutely not recommend anyone.

Amazing food, we had a truck come to our house for the morning and People LOVED the food, nothing was to spicy, nothing was to dull or didn’t taste good, on time, professional and clean, I’d highly recommended this place to anyone have a house warming, or any other events. Thanks once again guys!

Very good samosas. One of the best I have had so far in Canada. Reasonably priced too. Will be back for sweets and I hope they will be good too:)

It was crowded when I went there but they have a very large selection and everything looked very good. Staff was friendly, although the stress of helping so many customers was showing up on some faces, but I don’t blame them. I wish them the best! You all are doing a good job:)

This was the most terrible food I’ve had in my life.i gave it 0 stars because of the poor quality, food not cooked properly, horrible service. I advise anyone not to visit this restaurant, its the biggest disappointment you will face.

Tried it for the first time today. Food was very tasty. Had the tandoori fish. The butter chicken of course (a must when visiting punjabi restaurants) the chicken curry and the goat curry. The goat was tender. The chicken curry was average. The mango shake was good. The chai was very good. I ended up having 2 or 3 cups. The tikki chaat was delicious. The amritsari kulcha was very good but heavy food. All in all a great experience and prices very affordable. Cant wait to go again

Worst restaurant. Service is extremely poor. Ambience is ok ok. Don’t go if you are taking someone for a good food in great ambiance. The servece very less and poor quantity food.

Their food is a hit or miss. Their service and organization in the restaraunt is terrible. It is clear that they are consistently short-staffed and they serve customers in a seemingly random order, serving customers who come after you before they serve you. The food is not worth the terrible overall experience.

There standard has gone down drastically before we love to go this place but now high prices worst food and rude staff.
On top they cheted us by saying on phone that kids upto 10 are half price and when we visited the staff rudely said you pay full or give me the name who said its half for kids upto 10. Its uoto 9 years.

I used to go there every week but last week I was served by a new girl, she was really rude. When I asked for a table she rudely answered and when I asked for bill then she again reacted weird. I went today and again she mistreated my friend. I am not going there anymore and I will ask my friends too because I don’t want them to be insulted.

Very bad service. Glasses they give for water are no good even though some male servers have bad attitude don't know how to serve customers. NEVER GONNA COME AGAIN. I won't even give them one star

Went there last night with my whole family-super rude and disrespectful owner who also works in the kitchen. Super rude staff. Even girls at the cash are disrespectful. These guys have gone up only in prices, everything else has gone down.
