Good size store, some selections not alot.they have a deli, that was nice.the cashier never said a word until it was time to pay, no have a nice or hi.

Pupo's is a great grocery store. I shop there because they have an amazing butcher on sight and the produce is also very good. It is basically the neibourhood grocery store. Everything you need, and the prices are good too. Then when the sales hit! You think the guy pricing stuff was stuck back in the 80's. Today's sale that I went for was chicken drum sticks $1 a pound. 2.2 pound packs. Great deal. Also. The staff is awesome. Like I mean it. Friendly knolegable and helpful. The store is clean and I will see them again in 2 weeks when i go shopping again.

They had everything I came for, and I never had to "hunt" down a staff member for help.

Should have more organized check out, everyone lines up in one line when 4 cashes are available,

Old school shopping! This family, staff and store are all super nice to their customers. They have the basics, you need. Community store, they do a lot for our community. So, I like shopping there. Prices are fair and they keep the deals. I like all deli counters, but they just keep it social. Staff never seems to change frequently. They still give my little fella Bologna, every time we shop. Keep it local! I hope we never lose such a nice business!

Very fresh Amazing Food very clean store. Highly knowledgeable Friendly staff. Any questions you have they will answer. The Deli counter is my Favorite place to go Amazing Products and prices are very Reasonable Fresh Bread and The produce is Outstanding. Pupo's has been around along time in welland they have been a huge support to our great city and the Niagara Region. I like to go to pupo's, it's quick, clean, usually get everything I need. Plus delicious homemade perogies, a real treat.

Not busy when I went in. Started to get busier as I was checking out. Everything was and is fresh. Staff always pleasant. I continue to edit my review of Pupo's. The past 2 years with Covid has affected everyone. Pupo's Food Market is no exception. Throughout this time they have continued to maintain their high standards of produce, meats, deli and bakery along with customer service. All with maintaining guidelines of safety to all, with smiles, kindness and patience. It is very heartwarming seeing a multi generational family carrying on and continuing what began years ago. Pupo's honestly is second to none.

Lots of Ontario products, an amazing deli & butcher counter, with very fresh cuts and instore made Sausages, burgers etc. No wonder Pupos has been around for so long.

I asked for my turkey to be quartered and received 2 completely different breast sizes. I suspect they were not from the same turkey.
Another time I ordered my fresh turkey and low and behold, it was still frozen in the middle. When I called immediately, I was told that it must have gotten frozen from sitting on the truck too long. Hello, but meat freezes from the outside in, not from the inside out. I didn't even ague with the complete absurdity of the explanation. Not my only questionable experiences, but if you value the quality of your holiday turkey.
Please note these occasions happened October 2020 and December 2020, I believe after the retirement. I notice there aren't many bad reviews however there is no response to them from Pupos either.

Nice fresh meats and deli. Love their fresh baked goods especially their bread. Nice seasonal fruits ands veggies.

They have exceptional produce and one of the few places that I feel comfortable buying meat from.

Really love this store. Meat selection is very good. Not a lot of processed food here. Real food. Lots od fruit and vegetables. We usually order our fresh turkey here for Christmas.

I love this store, except today.
The young man packing my groceries. Put fresh meat with cold cuts, so leakage on to my lunch meat. Onions with bread now my bread smells. And my cinnamon buns were crushed and the icing ended up on the package lid.
But I still recommend this store

These days I rarely shop at grocery stores. The customer service is great, however there is no social distancing enforced. People are on top of each other and for this alone I will not be going back.

I love Pupo's but they really need to put Covid protocol in place. I won't go back until they do. They are always 5 star to me, but 1 star with their lack of attention to Covid customer safety.

Was upset that they had no places to line up at deli. I was first in store, 1st at deli, ordered 4 things and when I looked around there were like 35 people on a Sunday! Everytime I tried to move over the guy and his wife and 2 kids kept pushing me. Seriously 1 person at the counter per family! But not organized. I guess he cares more about the money then protecting his customers. I spend a couple hundred a week or more there and his actions are making me stop coming there. I am doing everything to protect myself and others. I follow the rules. He needs to notice these things and walk around store

One local store that is there for us during these stressful times. Pleasant staff, great product and clean store. Shop local and help the smaller stores that help us.

Love to shop here. I love buying my produce and chicken here very much! My favourite is buying the precut stir-fry veggies and farmers picked apples

Havent been here since I was a child, looks the same, exterior looks better than the interior. With covid try to have as contactless as possible and since I had multiples of large heavy items put 1 of each up on belt, cashier ordered me to put all up when u can clearly see the cart, not only am I thinking of their health but mine as well, not a good job⁶

This is a great, family owned, supermarket. Great deli and cheese counter. Staff are extremely friendly and the prices are reasonable. Rather shop here than the big national's, who don't give anything back to the community. Really feel like I am keeping anything I spend within the community.

Slow service at deli counter, employees seemed less than thrilled to be helping customers. Only went here based on location convenience that day. Wouldn't be back anytime soon.

Pupos is a family owned non-conglomerate. They do groceries the old fashioned way. With respect, good products and prices.

All you need to do is walk in and take a look around the store. Very clean and well organized. Helpful friendly staff. Even wide aisles. And there is truly an air of freshness with the meats and produce. I hope you'll find the same.

Lots of bargains to get you in the door, average to above average pricing on most food items. If your selective you can shop at a reasonable price

I love pupos and have been shopping there for years, mainly I shop for meat for my dogs but today I had a horrible experience there with some of the employees, I was cashing out and the man bagging my groceries was questioning me as to why I’m buying a certain kind of meat for my dogs and harassing me and not handing me my groceries, I had done nothing wrong so I was very confused as I go to leave I look back and see the young cashier and him laughing at me and whispering. Needless to say I was very upset and it was very uncalled for, as I go to call and make a complaint the guy who was harassing me answered and would not give me his name and sent me through to talk to a cashier when I asked for the owner. I am very disappointed with the service I revived today.

Social distancing is non existent in this store.people on top of people, staff on top of staff. Unreal in these unprecedented times.

Always a great place to do my groceries. Staff are friendly and helpful. And you're in and out usually within 30 minutes. Meat is always fresh and local.

First time visit. Not a large store but wa reasonable in prices. Country-ish butcher store feel. Meat selections looked good. Easy to go through the aisles. Will go again.

Food markets like pupos are hard to find only store i know that has boys packing your groceries and will take them to your vehicle for you.meat is always excellent produce fresh dairy always excellent and fresh.love to shop at pupos.

Good selection of foods and meats etc helpful staff. Good service at the til parking is good and I like getting the weekly sale items on my gmail since I don't live in the area. I find some items there that I don't see in other stores
