My parents took our dog here. They’re were told to pick up our dog in 3 hours. She wasn’t given back till after 5 hours. RIDICULOUS! I refuse to believe it took that long to groom her. The owner did offer to groom herself next time but the damage was already done. We lost our trust in this place. We have an older dog and we didn’t appreciate that she was stuck at the groomers for 5 long hours.

It was my first time coming to Puppy Love and I absolutely loved it. I think their services are fairly priced and the groomers are so friendly and gentle. What I love the most is the live updates via their instagram stories so I can see what my dog is up to. Everyone is so attentive and kind, I will definitely be coming back regularly!

I’ve taken my dog here once before. They were lovely, so detailed and attentive, he looked amazing, and they were so fast and respectful of my time. The boutique is also beautiful and they had a Photo Booth on site for the dogs which was amazing. Just yesterday, I took my dog for a groom. We haven’t been in a while, and it was a Saturday, so I expected more traffic than during the week, which there was. My dog’s appointment was at 1: 00 PM. I was on time. They were nice as always. I left my dog there and did not hear back for several hours. 2 hours later I text them to ask when I should come. I don’t hear back for another hour, and they text me saying to come in another hour (which would be around 5: 24 PM). I get there a few minutes before that, around 5: 18 PM and the doors are locked, so I am let in. My dog is still not ready, he’s on the table and they are only now cutting him. What was he doing since 1 PM? They tell me it will another 10 minute wait because I’m so early, which I don’t end up leaving with my dog until 6: 00 PM, an extra 30 minutes. They asked me to check him over which I didn’t even care to do because if something was wrong I wouldn’t even have time for them to fix it because of how late I was for my next event. On top of this, they did not even have their Photo Booth open on site it was at another location. I was told it was the last day to do the Photo Booth and I would have to take my dog all the way to the Maple location, which I was planning to do, but because they took so long, it was closed. In addition I saw other pet parents coming in concerned about how long it was taking to get there dogs back. I examine my dog’s cut when I get back home and it just seems unfinished, some parts not trimmed, and leftover fluff everywhere. 5 hours later and it still feels so rushed. I feel bad because it seemed like the groomer was the only one, and she seemed overwhelmed.

My go to groomer! They are always welcoming and friendly. My dog is always excited to come by and see everyone and she always comes back feeling super soft and fresh!

I am so thankful that I found puppy love academy. From learning how to groom to learning different techniques and improving. Mahsa and her team are fantastic and very professional

Puppy love spa is still the best place for my pet. She enjoys once a month I take her to Puppy Love in Woodbridge.
Staff are very kind and polite. She goes in and comes out clean with good smell and so beautiful like a happy doll.

Great spot with a real genuine love for animals, and female energy. My dog max was groomed and boarded for the day. It was so nice getting to experience his day through Instagram. Was happy with them at the beginning. But found from last visit my puppy was just shaved down to the skin and around his eyes very short and bare. After speaking to other customers they had same experience.

I have been bringing my puppy here for nail trimming since he was 4 months old. The staff are super friendly and patient with my staffy boy who doesn’t love getting his nails trimmed. They work hard to promote positive reinforcement to get him used to the mail trimming. Their patience and hard work reduces his stress and mine. The owner is personable and super friendly as well. She is Quick to respond to texts and call back if a phone call is missed.

My 2 year old golden doodle has been kind of traumatized by the groomers and I’ve always been nervous to take him to the groomers knowing he can show signs of stress. The groomers here were so patient and kind to my baby even though he was tough. Felt no judgement- just genuine care. Really appreciated them! 10000% recommend!

Puppy love is very professional and gives a great service. I brought my dog Odin and he loved the groomer here. The groomer was very accommodating to my dog Odin and was very patient throughout the whole process as Odin is a large dog. I would 100% come here again and would recommend to anyone!

Terrible services ever, came in with my daughter's shitzhu puppy, turn out no cleaning ears, has one nail uncut, they just trim a bit the eyes part and thats it wasting time and money: (so disappointed.

They came and picked up my dog with their delivery car, and brought back after grooming. Super easy and excellent work.

Came to this salon about a week ago. My first thought was that they look like they do there job well and that we can trust them to cut my puppy 's hair again in the future. I waited for an hour and a half, which is fine since you need alot of time and precise cutting. When I got him back, my first thought was "what did they do to my puppy to look like this. " He looked like he got forheard bangs and not the good ones. It wasn't even aligned. THEY DIDNT TRIM MY PUPPY'S HAIR EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID THAT HE NEEDED A TRIM. She cut my puppy's nails and when i got back home I notice one was not even cut and I had to buy a nail clipper just for that one nail.
WE PAID $62 FOR A FORHEAD BANG. If there is a zero star rating here I would pick it. But I'm being generous and giving a 1. In my opinion, if you want to bring your dog or puppy here don't. Just don't. Its quite shocking how they have so many good reviews yet here I am leaving a 1 star review.

We love puppy love! They always take great care of our dog. Always on time and never too long before pick up! We love the option to pick have him picked up or have our puppy dropped off if we want them to! And there is always great promos! Can’t say enough great things ️️

What fitting name! We had such great experience yesterday at Puppy Love. Socrates can be shy, but the staff did such a wonderful job with him! They also have this super cute Kissing Booth photo opp and you can follow the progress on their instagram page. The space is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended. Been coming here for awhile and i can't say enough on how good there are. The service is amazing, They take care of your pet like as if it's their own with so much love. I'm so glad I found them and I'll continue going to them! They never disappoint!

My little Bella is a very anxious dog. Whenever we take her on a car ride she pants excessively. On our ride over today for her grooming session she was calm in the car and was actually standing on the car seat trying to look outside. After dropping her off at Puppy Love she watched me leave and didn’t make a fuss. She normally cries and barks and tries to run after me. I knew then that Bella felt safe and I didn’t feel guilty leaving her. I can’t say enough about this place. Covid complicated life. During these difficult times they are just a txt message away. Always ready and willing to accommodate especially during my mother’s passing.

I love this place, I brought my puppy to this place and they really helped him warm up to the process of getting groomed. We took it in small steps, first with just a bath and trim several times before even going for his first actual cut.

Jen has been a dream to work with, and takes such time and dedication to do a good job and to take care of the dog so that they can have a positive experience that my dog is excited every time we go. I really can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else!

Took my fur babies in today for the first time to Puppy Love, left super happy. Friendly staff, my fur girls look so pretty. The staff was very patient with them as they are older dogs.

We brought our puppy in for his first full grooming and the experience was positive from beginning to end! They accommodated us on short notice which was already an amazing start. When we arrived Mahsa was very helpful in explaining the entire process and recommending what cut would suit our puppy’s breed. Once we left, the salon provided live updates throughout the grooming. Overall, such a great experience! I would definitely recommend Puppy Love to anyone looking for a groomer that is skilled, friendly and responsive.

I've been trying to find a good groomer for a while now. When i went to Puppy Love, the staff was super friendly! My little guy was groomed by Bianca. She did an awesome job! Best groom hes gotten! Definitely coming back and rebooking with Bianca!

We brought our 4 month old Teacup Yorkie Mia, to puppy love for her first grooming. The staff was very professional and explained in detail what treatments she would be getting and what to expect. I really liked the fact that I could login online and watch Mia being groomed. The girls did a fantastic job with her grooming and we have recommended Puppy love to other friends.

I really enjoyed working here in the salon, it was a great experience for me as a college student. I learned so many new things from the professional staff and I would recommend working here to anybody. The team does an excellent job at what they do!

The spring collection is absolutely beautiful. I love coming here to check out all the new lines. Very good quality goods. The experience at the salon is very unique as the staff and other doggy parents are so caring.

We were in love with the way our dog was kept and groomed! She was so cute, and gorgeous. I had noticed that before we had tried puppy love, we went to another grooming place and they would cut terribly too short, and we had found that when she came back to us, she was very stressed out. When we went to puppy love, not only did our dog look fantastic, she was in good spirits!

This is my first time going to Puppy Love Salon & Spa. I was naturally hesitant not knowing how my baby will react. Royce, my dog has special needs. He has too much anxiety when I've taken him to the groomer in the past (I had gone somewhere else for my previous grooming).
What a fabulous opportunity to find a wonderful place like Puppy Love Salon & Spa. I explained to the owner, I need my puppy to have his mommy there due to his anxiety. Once Royce arrived, the owner was extremely kind, gentle and I was immediately calm as she helped assure me that my baby was going to be taken care of. She clearly explained the services she provides. She was so gentle and experienced working with dogs like mine who have unique needs to keep them calm and trusting of the process. My Royce was transformed and looks great. She allowed me to go in to his grooming area and sit and watch. Royce looked like he had been transformed. It's a glamour makeover. Royce was calm and did not seem anxious. I'm thrilled to have found this place. Highly recommend those who are in need of high quality care. I’ve been to many groomers and honestly I am quite picky and have never taken my dog to a groomer that I was so thrilled with the results.

They have adorable outfits and being able to watch them live through their Instagram story is not something I’ve experienced before!

It was cool seeing how happy he was getting washed and the progress of coming in a mess and coming out perfect.

Terrible place! My dog was there yesterday. They just washed and brushed the head and back. I paid $160, made the appointment with the “full” service. No earring wash, not finished brushing, no trimming at all. This is how he looks like right now after the grooming! Unbelievable!

Thank you for treating my little ZIZI like a Prince. I loved his photos and his new due. The best part of the experience was the love and generosity that we both felt from the ladies that worked there. Getting ZiZi to leave was a struggle.as he obviously had lots of fun. Clean environment with good service, the trimmings and messes are cleaned up right away which is appreciated. They also have cute clothing for puppies and medium sized dogs.

PuppyLove is such a cute little spa and I will definitely bring my other dogs here for a visit. When I first arrived with two of my dogs (one being 120lbs and the other a 6lb Pom) I was greeted with such kindness from the employees working there. My pom has had a stressful time at previous groomers but here she was calm and trusting of her surrounding. We walked out with a smile on our faces and will return again. Thank you PuppyLove!
