The food was good but I was shocked when I drink the water and I found a hair in my mouth. I throw up. I felt very disgusted i could not finish eating. They did not offer my discount or anything. Will not go there again

Enjoyed an excellent late breakfast. Portions were large, with everything we ordered living up to the menus description. Will definitely return.

This is probably our new fave breakfast spot. Really great food with a high effort menu.

A little more expensive but not by that much. Service was good but strained, a few more heads would maybe help.

A sign outside the restaurant to direct folks to walk in to get on the wait list would also be good.

We really enjoyed the flavour of their potatoes on the skillet and the hollandaise as it felt elevated with a bit of extra flavour! Fresh orange juice was wonderful.

Ambience was quite bright and cheery which was lovely as well.

Good vibe, clean place, friendly personnel, We ordered breakfast, portion was good but %80 was only potato and just a few pieces of sausage and ham and bacon and 1 egg was on the top. Like we order a tasty and delisiuos fries for more than $20.

Very nice open dining area, friendly staff and delicious food. Wait time was a bit long but we weren't in a rush (it was also lunch time on Friday)

You know it's good food when there is a line out the door! Really glad Pür & Simple made it to London. Fantastic breakfast menu, great atmosphere, a must visit restaurant.

They’re expensive but it’s definitely worth it! They put a lot of care into the food, the presentation and making sure it all comes out hot and at the same time.

Came in for brunch on a Sunday and the place was super busy - there even was a line outside. We didn’t have to wait long, maybe just 20 min before we got seated. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a good brunchy vibe. We placed our order and it arrived like in 15 minutes. I ordered a skillet and my wife had the egg benedicts. Both dishes were good and the price was reasonable. Service was great too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good brunch spot

What a delightful breakfast. From Avery the lovely waitress, to the yummy potatoes crunchy on the outside and mashed on the inside, to the very tasty poached on lox Avocado toast, I’ll be back, I’ll bring friends, and I’ll share my great experience! What a great touch having real maple syrup in the table. They taste great on the potatoes. And I highly recommend getting hollandaise sauce on the side, they also taste great on the potatoes and the poached eggs!

I've been to London P&S and the one in Burlington. Food is great. Price is a little higher than a regular diner menu for breakfast food but I was pleasantly surprised at their presentation and taste. So worth a try. I just wish they had the option for larger iced lattes and such.

I would have given it 5 stars for everything except it seemed we had to wait for a while even though there were a number of empty tables (and they weren't taking reservations).

Nothing special food wise. I ordered "huevos rancheros" and it was basically deconstructed egg tacos on cold tortillas & it lacked taste. The service wasn't that great either. I won't be back.

Had a wonderful Keto breakfast. Fresh stuffed avocado, poached eggs and bacon. Coffee was hot and fresh. I will be back with friends

I was really excited to try this place. I was severely let down by the service and options. For a place to be called pur and simple with no animal free and/or plant based options on their menu, I was taken aback. I asked the server for what I could get, and they denied any option to make something more than fruit and potatoes. Saying they were too busy to make substitutions. Ive been vegan for years and I have never gotten a response like this. I wont be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Atmosphere was very nice, very clean. Food was good, but not out of this world for the price and would love to see more vegetarian options. Service was very bland as well. Nothing overly memorable. Will give it another try!

I’ve been coming here 2 times a month since it opened and it’s been great. From the staff to the food. Worth a try. Lineups on weekends but worth the wait.

Kris was our server and he was pleasant and attentive checking that we were satisfied.with our order.
Only thing I had looked at the menu before going and had been looking forward to the chopped salad but because it isn’t served on holidays I chose a breakfast item.

Really good breakfast. Pancakes were incredible. Waiter was quick and attentive.

Had the raspberry pancakes. So good. Suggestion is maybe put less raspberries and add few other fruits on the side? Despite it being great, there was just too many. Maybe some grapes, pineapple, melon, blueberries mixed and spread around the raspberry pancakes and raspberry sauce would be beyond incredible. Will go back. Excited!

I've been there 3 times. Each time the food was excellent but the service was terrible at best. Hostess without a name tag didn't come when we tried to see about our order, waiter seemed to busy and uninterested. Until they get their service issues under control, we won't be back.

Boring, bland, and ridiculously overpriced. Save your money and tastebuds from this abysmal breakfast spot.
