I love my new bedroom set kept on walking pass my room and couldn't stop smiling! There was a issue with my foot board as i have OCD i seen a scratch and contacted the store and they were happy to replace it for me that's what I'm talking about fast customer service defenitly would reccomond this store just based off the service and not the product because anybody could sell you a bedroom set but not give you good service

The furniture does not hold up (scratches after a few months) and I was able to find the same set for half the price elsewhere sadly.

Very bad experience. We just went to see our home furniture and we didn’t find anything what we looking for somehow guy at the back sitting said we are just waisting there time. These kind of atiude business doesn’t last longer

This is the worst furniture store ever, we, bought bed set and mattress from them, and they delivered these items on August 28 with the silver already peeling off, side table bwobbling and can not balance on the ground, the drawers can’t stay closed, once you close them, they gradually roll back out, we went to the store to complain and they asked us to send pictures which we did, since august we bought that furniture till now, we ve been to the store up to 4 times and have called uncountable times, all they say is we will get back to you but we never heard back from them, the mattress is already compressed to the point that you have exceed material hanging in the side, this furniture has warranty and they can’t even Honor their warranty, am in the process of filing a complain to the better business bureau and I encourage you all to do the same so this company can be black listed, they don’t deserve to be in business, how can you spend about 7000 dollars on garbage furniture, this is scam at its peak

Very disappointed and sad about this place. Mansoor lied to us.he gave us the floor model even though we asked him 3 times not to.then when we returned it he did not give us the money back the same way that we paid.and because of this he took $1000 from us and we still didn't get it back. Very bad customer service!

I had good experience with Purba furniture. I bought bedroom set from them and it turned out pretty good. It was also delivered on time.

We moved to a new house and we bought almost all of our furniture from purba furniture, everything was delivered on time. The delivery guys were very helpful and assembled everything perfectly. The owner of the place Gurmeet was helpful and gave the best customer service. So nice

This place has a great selection of furniture and appliances. More than the selection it is the staff that makes the difference. Really nice and friendly people to work with.

I made a deposit for a sofa and when I came back after a few months to get it. They want to sell me a floor model. When I refused to buy it, they refused to refund me. I do not recommend this store.

I worked with 3-4 furniture stores but Purba is my favorite and it is because of few reasons. The top most reason is it’s furniture and accessories are gorgeous. You can see these pics from my living room. All of my friends liked the furniture and decorations. The customer service is very good. Price wise they are not bad but you need to bargain for better price (which is common everywhere)

The worst customer service. Never trust the seller, he does not keep his promises.i paid $7000 for a set and it still on warranty but the seller does not want to repair it.

Money grab. Bought furniture and delayed receiving it for 4months. Worst customer service, no help. Buyer beware stay away. Gurmit owner is not honest and excuses that will make you cry. Once money given to turning back. No answers just complications and broken promises. Stay away garbage quality

Stay away. Run as far as you can from this place. They brutally lie fake leather (air leather) as genuine leather. Fradulent and over priced. No ethics followed by these people. This conpany must be reported for fradulent business. All good reviews posted by their family and friends.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They delivered furniture that was scratched on one side and simply said it would be replaced (that piece). It has been several months and now my lawyer is involved. You can call them and email them but they will not respond. Ricky the manager is nice over the phone if you catch him but he never calls me back and nobody responds to emails. It will be a waste of money on my side but it is the principal. When you deliver damaged items replace them.

They were able to price match and quickly order our item. It was an easy experience and the customer service was responsive.

purchased a bed from another company and the delivery was delayed for months, i lost all hope. My uncle convinced me to come from Windsor to check this store out, immediately found the bed i purchased. They have a huge range of amazing furniture! Recommending this over ANY other store and they've gained a lifetime customer from their excellent service.

Service at the store was good at first, however the furniture recieved wasn't in good shape or quality. Dressing tables colours have been fading and mattresses provided left huge gaps in the bed frame. Associates didn't seem concerned about our issues. Will never shop here again.

We bought furniture from this store and expected it’s arrival. When it did not come, we gave a call and they said it was not in stock. Mr. Purba at the time when we bought the furniture said they had it in stock. Mr. Purba is not a good salesman. Sign a contract with them before you buy anything from this store.

I bought a queen bedroom set over the phone, after talking to Gagan. Got it delivered and set up free by Purba Furniture guys. Everything was ok and they manage to get me evening delivery. Excellent service provided by Rupinder, he set up the queen bed in my bedroom upstairs. Excellent store in Mississauga. Prices are discounted further if u do bargain with them, and I also get free delivery. But I feel they should upgrade their website little better, as in store they have many good products.

We are excited as received our Michael Amini furniture on Friday, last week by Purba Furniture. Ricki was very professional and make a Top notch service. Delivery was excellent. The delivery gentlemen (Harinder) move the old furniture and put it on curb. Very thorough in their quality and we get luxury furniture from Purba. We had a great experience at Purba Furniture visited last month for purchasing luxury sofa set for our living room. We are so excite that finally end up purchasing entire -Sofa set, console table and mirror and solid-wood dining set and very pleased with Gurmeet pleasant attitude. I purchased a White King bed pinto today from Purba store located in Mississauga. Gurmeet showed us a lot of options for white beds. Actually we are looking for luxury furniture for our new home, but after getting good options, we finally make a decision to purchase from Purba. The good thing is that they keep lot of stock of unique furniture and deliver same day as well.

Unique furniture, reasonable prices received at pure Furniture and good customer service and the manager Ricki is nice man. A good choice for high quality couches and bedroom sets.

Very bad customer service. They don’t care about their customers. Unprofessional attitude. I bought 7pc set for my room. And they changed 3 times the delivery dates, wasted my 3days. And later when they came there were 4 people, without masks or gloves. Never going to buy anything in future.

Very kind and helpful when we were thinking of making a purchase. Guaranteed many great qualities in the sofas we bought (ie.that it is leather, was not, and the recliners are in good conditions, also not right.) Once we made the purchase, exchanges became very sour. We have a warranty on the sofa set, but they didn't respond to our repair request for a long time, when they did, and took the sofa back for repair, they refused to acknowledge their faults, and also refused to repair the sofa, DESPITE the warranty. I even drove the 2 hours to get there and speak to the owner himself, he also did not help. Simply refused to acknowledge any fault and told me to just take the damaged product home. Their only excuse for not repairing the sofa was some stray DOG HAIR, and just wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. They still have my sofa, the set in my living room is incomplete. All in six months, and while still having a 1-year warranty. Absolutely terrible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

OK prices. Quality is ok, however their customer service is a bit lacking. They will be nice to you before the sale, but after that, good luck.

As a returning customer who spent more than $4k in less than 6 months, we were not given good customer service when we purchased a sectional couch on our last visit to them. Be aware, once that sale is made, they could care less about you.

Its ok. The representative who approached us said he was just helping out and didn't really work there.why would you let someone like that deal with your customers.anyways we had a look around and asked questions, he had no idea the answers so finally got a legit representative. The prices were way too high, it was boxing day! We then went to Ashley Homestore and got 2 beautiful bedsets on boxing day at an awesome price. Overall, if Im getting half decent furniture dont hike the price. I would have bought if the price was relative decent but glad we didnt because got better furniture at Ashleys at the decent price. The second representative was really good though, maybe the first one was just a mishap but we thought it was odd. And the owner was nice, had a decent conversation.

A big No No for this place.
We ordered a master bedroom set and the mattress.the following things happened.
The charges for the complete order was $4100
He made a sales receipt of $3000 only without any intention to show remaining $1100 and we gave him $100 cash and remaining $1000 was supposed to be picked up by their delivery guy.
The delivery time was fixed and after multiple calls they say he would be late, we changed our schedule and he didn't reach at that time too.

The other wrong thing they did was the mattress that was delivered was not the one we paid for. They changed the mattress and it is so bad on their part to cheat customers like this.

The sales person was very rude after we visited them again.
