We chatted. Said i would get a call back today Dec 19. No call yet. Dec 18 Update: owner was to call me Friday. No call. I leve 3 voice messages today. 2 emails. Spoke to the assistant twice.still no call from Owner. Zero Stars. Absolutely NO customer service. They don't answer phone messages or emails. This business is a total scam. Owner ignores you. Run don't walk.

I have bought 2 systems for both my rental properties. Poorly installed only thing this company knows how to do is change filters. Plus they are over priced for cheap equipment. Also I was put on a 5 year financing it has now been 5 years and the balance is almost the same as the day they got installed. Financing company saying I have another five years to go after paying 180 a month for 5 years already. Think this company is really good at scamming people. Very surprised they have any good reviews.

Scam, fraud useless don’t fix nothing told maintain nothing and their loan department is one of the worst companies you could ever deal with and you can never contact anybody

Complete scam. Over priced and RUDE. Took over like it was his house. Using microwave looking for gla sses etc. 30 min presentation was 15 mins late getting here and then was 1.5 hrs. It took almost 20 min to get him to leave our home after being ask. Dragging heels still pushing for a $7000 sale for a $1200 unit! Google “7 stage alkaline water treatment”, it’s all right there. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a major wastes of 2hrs and we were flat out lied to. Also they are on the BBB so I guess I’m not the only one who find them to be a complete scam.

Horrible overall experience. We purchased a completed home water purification system with RO drinking water. The unit they originally sold us could not even clean the water as they had promised resulting in them spending months attempting to construct a system they didn’t even have. The system was promised to improve our salt consumption but now we use 3-4 bags per month which I’m told that’s too bad it is what it is and the water is so salty it’s corroded all my appliances, showers, toilets and faucets. They told us it’s life time warranty but good luck getting a technician to preform any work! Four times we had appointments booked because the system was leaking and and all four times no one ever showed up, after we took time off work to be home, and they couldn’t even have the common decency to call and let us know…. I mean why bothering doing that when clearly your customers time and money isn’t as important as yours. So to this day after 2 months of being completely jerked around our system still leaks and we have yet to have anyone come to fix it. If you ever have the misfortune of interacting with this company run… run and never commit to them since they won’t commit to you as a customer. I never write reviews online but I feel inclined to save at least one person from dealing with this complete and utter incompetency.

Horrible, bought very expensive water system from pure eco. Has been leaking in my basement for 2 months now. They keep not showing up to fix it. All they want to do is push to buy more filters i think that all they know how to do. Im not even sure what to do about this. Way over paid and suppose to have warranty but they will not come baxk to fix it. DO NOT BUY WATER SYSTEMS FROM THESE GUYS!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I spoke with hammod made an app to do a water testing no one ever showed up to my house. He rescheduled to next day same time no one ever showed up and he never gave me notice I was here waiting they have wasted my time. Apologizes and promises 2 free shower heads.was supposed to call me back to set a date to reschedule app, never did. I called their business number to speak with other sales reps 2x on both occasions they told me to leave my name and number they would speak to the hammod about what was going on. Worst customer service I have never received a call back from anyone I actually had to call them again and leave a message this is a very bad experience and I doubt they'll be in business long.

Company voided my warranty disallowing my free move.they did not contact me regarding the services needed to keep up the warranty.do not go with this company!

We have the water conditioner and alkaline water filtration, it definitely changed our lives! Our skin is smoother and we have been converted from being Brita users. Hammad was very thorough in explaining the process to us, outlined options and never pushed for more than what we wanted. He has checked in with us periodically and everyone at the company has answered any questions with a smile. We appreciate the excellent level of customer service and it’s not just because there is a warranty; it’s truly genuine.

Hammad did a great job of explaining how the process works and opened my eyes as to how clean the city water actually is.

Pure eco solutions is awesome. Service personnel are awesome. Hammad has been super cool and knowledgeable as far as products are concerned. Always approachable and respectfully treated.

I received one of those tickets in the mail that let me know I had won something. I called to claim and found out it was a way for Eco pure solutions to come test my water. Granted, I got that this was a way in, but I was interested in getting the information. My water always seemed cloudy and tasted terrible. Steve did a great presentation and I was sold. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. I got a filter installed in my kitchen and I can really tell the difference. At the end I did end up getting the least useful prize (discount card at the Brick but only if you order online), but I got great drinking water, so I was happy with that. They also came back to check the filter a couple of times to make sure it works. Overall a good experience but the prize part was a bit sneaky, and it would have been a better experience if I got a more useful prize.

I dealt with Mary who ran me around canceled and did not keep up with what was promised. They are a scam and are trying everything they can to get into your house. They promise prizes but then never follow through! DON NOT USE PURE ECO! SCAM! We won, we are guaranteed a prize and are now being denied.

Last night Hammad came to our house and tested our water. Not going to lie I do not usually go for these demonstrations but I have seen videos of where water was turning covid tests positive plus I did match 4 items on my scratch ticket.

The passion, the knowledge, everything was explained so clear and concise. The demonstrations blew my mind. Our water level even shock Hammad at 162 just three lights away from where he lives. I was shocked to see that our tap water was better then bottle.

I will be back to do another review in two weeks after testing iur new system

Absolutely impressed with this company. My mother purchased a water softener from them back in 2018 and I have personally handled service bookings with them and have been met with the most kindhearted and accommodating service. Stefano in the past years and Chris this year have been outstandingly respectful and professional. Thoroughly recommend pure eco solutions to anyone looking to enhance the quality of their water.

Both Hammad and Matt Brown of the Pure Eco Solutions team were fantastic throughout my entire experience with them. Both made me feel like I was a long time customer despite it being my first interaction with them. I ordered the under-the-tap alkaline system.

Hammad did an excellent job explaining how the system works and why it works, and was able to really connect practical examples of the benefits of their system. He also made sure I was absolutely happy with the financing terms as well. Fantastic salesman overall.

Matt Brown gave the perfect stress-free installation process, and thoroughly explained the hardware of the system. He also set realistic timelines in terms of longevity and expectations for the system. The installation was tidy, quick, and painless. Matt warned me that I would be picky about my drinking water now, and boy was he right.

Top notch work and customer service from both men and I would highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT: If I could give this company -0 stars. Dealing with company over the phone and once in person creeps me out. Don't let them in your home

I agree with pickford 87 that this is somewhat of a scam. Matthew came to my townhouse on November 18,2021, set up in the kitchen, took water samples and did different testing to show the quality of the water as concerning high mineral content, and other impurities. He was there for over one half hour. I asked questions. I was unable to purchase anything at the time. He took my "winning ticket" with him, which was $1,000.00 at The Brick, and was told I would receive confirmation within one week. I forget the name of the lady at the office who was arranging the appointments (I still have the phone number and saved messages) ; I waited almost one month before calling; left and message, and came home to a message that I didn't qualify as "I didn't participate in a presentation, and my homeowner status". I have owned this townhouse since 1989. I was disqualified purely because I didn't purchase anything. This is at the very least false advertising. People should be told upfront that if nothing is bought, no prize is given. Disgusting behaviour.

Be careful with the fine print. You will be paying this off for longer than you want. Such a scam to the customer

In November, Hammad Younas came to our home to discuss a water filtration system. Upon meeting him he was very outgoing and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and worked with us to tailor a system for us. He worked hard to get us a great deal and set up everything with ease and the install was done the very next day. It was a pleasure meeting Hammad. We highly recommend working with him.

The installation was so quick, and the water is greatly filtered! Better yet, I don't need to overuse and waste skin care creams because of eczema because now the filtered water does most of the moisturizing for me.
Not only does the water taste better than the bottled water, it helps me and my family tons on money!

We've had a great experience with this company. They were very helpful and informative. We have definitely felt and tasted the difference in the water.

Installation was quick and friendly. So far water seems tastier and less smelly. John is straight to the point and personable. So far very happy with the upgrade and improvement to our water!

We had no idea how bad our water was until we had a in home testing. This was so important to us to improve our water for our health and our pets! My food taste better, my skin is soo much better!
The financing option made this a no brainer and we are so happy we switched to Pure Eco Solutions water system

The water is great the service was installed fast and clean all in all great system only thing was a little expensive

I've had the Water Conditioner softener and Water Station filtration system installed now for about a month and could not be happier. At first there was not enough pressure from the new drinking water tap nor the refrigerator, but a quick call to John set things in motion for a fix. Stefano was fantastic in supporting us and solve our problem right away. He definitely went over and above with his suport!

John was excellent, he answered all our questions and made sure that we understood everything. Our newborn daughter had dry skin and rash due to the hardness of our water. After we got the water system her rash and dry skin went away. We love our drinking water.its amazing.

Just had to say that we have had an incredible experience thus far!
The owner has been so accommodating, and their worker Stefano has gone over and above each visit by remember our family and install details.
Highly recommend this company, and thankful for the fast responses when we call!

Side note- the cleaning products are worth it!

Stephano has been there in many ways and has helped me out alot in all kinds of ways I had a rough go with pure Eco but due to his amazing and helpfulness its changed my opinion

We are so pleased with the service we have received with our eco solutions. But above the amazing service the water quality is excellent. Clean water is something we now can give our family. Very happy.

Great experience from start to finish. My son has eczema and I have noticed a huge difference in his skin since we have had our water system installed. No more dry skin or redness. Also we are drinking more water as our water doesn’t taste bad anymore. I would definitely recommend anyone who suffers from eczema get this water system as you see big results in little amount of time.

We purchased the pure Eco Solutions water system over a year ago and I must say I still love it. The water tastes great my kids even say when we go other places why does the water taste funny because they are so used to our great tasting water. There is such a difference and cleaning with the water system are used to have to scrub only showers and sinks and everything so much because of the water spots left now I have to remind myself to clean my showers and sinks because they always look so great. John was very informative and explained everything about the system to us and has checked up multiple times to make sure everything was good highly recommend John and pure Eco solution systems.

We had the pleasure in meeeting with John regarding our hard well water. He did multiple tests and provided us with information on our incoming water. It didnt take much to realize that we were in need of a water conditioner and a UV light. John got into contact with one of their installers and the system was installed the next day! Once the system was installed we could instantly tell the difference in how soft it was. I just want to say both John and the installer did an awesome job. John provided us answers to all our questions and was very kind to our toddler as she started pulling stuff out of his bags. Thanks guys!

The guys who installed were very informative, the system was well explained to us. They gave us some free bags of salt to get us started, and bleached the lines for us as there was a lot of buildup in them.

We have had this system for at least month now and we love it we have noticed a huge difference in our water when we shower and cook with it and even the smell is much better we even filled our pool with and the leaves were just about perfect!

Absolutely admire the Pure Eco Solutions water softener! We have noticed a huge difference in our water and would not go back to the water we use to have. John gave us a great display of our water in house. John was very good at explaining how water levels work I had no idea. John has been great with all out questions since the install as well. John came today for a quick test of water and explained how to flush the system which I didnt realize had to he done.i so far love the system and how that i understand it better i will be able to keep it up.thank you to John for the great service he has provided. Our shower now feels like it washes the work day away. Working outside and with my hands all day feels nice to shower and feel cleaner. My skin isn't as dry and itchy as it was before. Love the cleaning products we were gifted. We are a low scent home and Natural Visisions cleaning products are amazing! I like how the system is worry free for us. If something happens with it Pur Eco Systems comes to fix it. The installation was awesome. The service guy was friendly and efficient. John, the representative gave a thorough demonstration. We purchased and eco water softener system about one-and-a-half years ago and are very happy with the system and the customer service is very good.

John our sales person and Company contact is very good at answering any questions we have and is very prompt at returning calls.

The company was here last week to test the water and check the system.

Overall or experience with this company is excellent and we give it five stars.

The salesman was knowledgeable about the Canadian water drinking guidelines. Didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t necessary for out home. We needed to reduce the hardness in the water, the system that was installed fits our needs quite well. The family is quite happy with the soft water and has stated that it feels much better on their skin. I recommend this product for any household.
