This company has by far the worst customer support. They have ruined the reputation of hardy fly fishing. It's near impossible to get them to honor warranty. And they completely ignore clients ghost them to see if maybe they will just go away. I had terrible experience with john micro who was dismissive and rude, Jenny heebner the same and I think Jonathon perez was actually trying to help but got shut down. They say 25 year warranty.laughable

Was difficult to get in touch with Pure Fishing, but when I was finally able to speak with someone concerning my warrantied fishing rod, they were of great help, and very quick to help resolve.

Please recognize Seray for their excellent job servicing my case. I will continue to purchase brands operated by Pure Fishing as a result of the good experience.

Thank you for your help.

Edit. 4 weeks later, and no rod in sight. I've attempted to follow up by email twice, and by telephone 3 times totally 9 hours left on hold.

Disappointing to say the least.
