I can’t say enough about Melissa! I was trying to grow out a really bad cut and had tried previously to have it fixed with no success. Thankfully, I found Melissa and she worked a miracle. I haven’t been this happy with a cut in a long time. She was kind, patient and knew exactly what to do.
I will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend her if you are in need of a new stylist.

My first time visiting this salon. I had a great experience. Fatim did my hair. She did excellent work at blending my gray hair and toning it down. Loved the cut as well! She really understood what i wanted and was a very enjoyable experience. Everyone at salon is very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my new hair salon. Also i found the pricing very reasonable as well.

Amazing experience at this salon! I had Alicia doing my highlights and she did exactly what I asked for and more! Definitely a salon full of great hair stylists! Loved the prices as well!

The initial visit was not a positive experience however, the hair studio did everything in their ability to fix the experience. I went back to Victoria and she was amazing. Super friendly and she was able to fix my hair beautifully. I am appreciative of the salon management and Victoria for the time and effort put in to make things right.

Visited Pure Hair studio the other day to get a fresh cut with face framing layers. Got it done from hairstylist Fatim, she did an amazing job and it was her birthday too!

Originally I gave this salon a 3 star review and the owner reached out wondering what they could have done better. I explained that my cut and colour was ok but not what I expected. It was average to not exciting. They offered for me to come and see if they could make me more excited about my hair and show they could rise to my expectation. One week after my original colour and cut and I have walked out of the salon happy and excited about my hair. They did a fix up on the colour and really did a MUCH better job on the cut. I"m happy to change my 3 star to a 5 star and kudos for the customer service and the fact that they care about the customer. I have already booked my next appointment with them.

I’ve had good experiences in the past with this salon but recently had a bad one… I went into the salon with the idea I was getting a couple of inches taken off my hair. Backstory I didn’t go in with layers nor did I ask for them and never would as I’ve always cut my hair the same. I told the stylist that I would like a couple of inches off and some texture to the bottom as I didn’t want the bottom straight across…he did not ask me if I wanted layers nor did I give that impression. I now have choppy layers that cannot be fixed I will have to grow my hair out in order to fix it. I didn’t say anything in the salon as he had already cut and I don’t like confrontation. I will now stick to doing my own hair: (
