Editing my review as I had completed one originally for a discount as I was satisfied with the service but became quite disappointed in my results afterward. I came in for treatment a few months back, after not receiving the results I expected I came back twice more. Elle was very kind in her approach, however she had told me she was going to speak to the nurse practitioner to figure out why we were not getting the desired results, when I came back in the third time there was no update on what she was told to do and no changes were made, therefore there was not much of a change. In addition, Elle had told me that 5 free units were provided if you required a top up 2 weeks after the initial treatment, however I was charged for 10 units at my second apt and I never got a text back when I tried to follow up for the 4th time. For having spent $500+ to only get mediocre results is quite frustrating. I'm glad others have had positive experiences however I did not feel listened to when expressing my concerns.
