My favourite spa to go to in Hamilton I have gone many times and I have always left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Shannon B for a wonderful massage today!

I have been getting massages for a while now from Jennifer B. She is the BEST masseuse I have ever had. I can never go to a different person now because she set the bar high! 10/10 massage every time. Any questions about my experience message me @knk_cosmo

Have used the RMT and general massage services here. It has been a great experience and they are always accommodating for appointments, despite the RMT's being so busy.

Great service.the receptionist was pushy, as soon as we got there we had to fill out 4 papers and after 2 minutes she was telling us to hurry it up.the girl was giving me a pedicure doing really good and the same receptionist was telling her to hurry it up and that she is taking too long when she’s just trying to do a good job and not rush it.

I had a hot stone massage, facial and feet massage and it was an amazing experience! Huyen Ngo has magical hands, It was soo relaxing, and facial was so great! I had a glowing and smooth face after my facial. Also, I am a lash artist and permanent makeup artist so, I bend all day, my back is just so tired all the time but after my massage, my whole body felt so relaxed! I needed this treatment! The spa is soo clean and organized. The receptionist Margaret was very friendly and approachable. Thank you for such an amazing experience! I'll be coming back for sure!

Beautifully calm setting right when you walk in. Reasonably priced for someone on a budget that wants to treat themselves or go for massage therapy. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accomadating.

Makes you add your credit card information before showing if they have any available appointments? Reviews look good, but I would like to know I can make an appointment before they have my credit card details.that's just me!

I got balayage and root smudge done by Luma and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Left me speechless in the chair! She’s also extremely helpful and kind, couldn’t ask for more from someone you’re entrusting with your hair.

Awful manicure experience, the tools she used ruined my cuticles and the polish was so old it left bumps and bubbles. Also she didn't know how to properly shape my nails to round so all my nails were way shorter than they needed to be and they still weren't a good shape!

Overall the services are great. I got the essential facial and RMT massage. The esthetician’s are quite knowledgeable and the massage therapist are also well trained. I find their system isn’t as organized and they are under staffed. My facial started late even though I got their 10 minutes early and waited close to 20 minutes to get my massage started. We also waited at least 10 minutes to pay. My husband and I came for my birthday (no special treatment) and we had dinner plans in the evening. We lost at least half an hour and were delayed for dinner. In short, they are not the most organized and seems like they are short staffed. There is also no tea or anything, no robes either. They will however give you a water bottle and slippers.

I was in today for a relaxation massage and my therapist Felicia was amazing! She has the biggest smile and a magic touch! I would like to give her a 5 star just because you can tell she loves doing her job well. I had tried so many spas everywhere and gone for various treatments to a lot of other places but she gave me the best massage ever! I recommend everyone looking for a some relaxation should visit her at least once to try it out themselves. The spa itself is very well maintained and clean. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and organized too!

Thanks to Claudia. Today i have transcended my body threw the hands I'm certain she has traded a hearty price with the devil for. I have had back pain for well over 15 years and after aromatherapy and a hot stone message that left me feeling like silly puddy in the hands of a child my body has never felt so painless since I was very young. Thank you. This was my first spa experience and the overwhelming positivity I felt from the moment I walked in made me feel right at home.

I just left the salon after receiving a shellac mani and pedi from Huyen.
I cannot believe how great of a job she had done! She made my skin so soft! Her polish application was so clean and precise. She really knows what she is doing. Super talent and definitely knows how to treat a client. I must say this has been the best manicure/pedicure I’ve ever received! Absolutely unreal.

The spa also was so clean and the atmosphere is so beautiful. Very elegant touches throughout the spa. Super impressed! I will be back! Next time with a friend and my husband! Thank you!

We visited this establishment for a couples massage and a pedicure for one a few years ago. Everything went well until it was time to pay. I paid our bill and of course included a tip. I was about to leave when I was stopped. The receptionist asked if that was all I was tipping and if I thought that was enough. I said excuse me, I left what I thought was fair and what we could afford. The fact that anyone has the nerve to question a tip when they over charged on a massage to begin with is outrageous. People should not feel coerced into tipping. Needless to say we have never been back to this spa. We certainly don't have an issue at our current spa and they actual provide champagne, not over charged for a massage and their polish lasts much longer.

LUMA THE HAIR STYLIST IS ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Her very polite and knowledgeable approach helped me come to the best decision for my hair. I haven’t had the best luck with salons in the past, I didn’t get my hair done for a year with the anxiety of paying out a good chunk of money and not be 1000% happy with my results but Luma, I can’t praise her enough, she was making sure I was comfortable and happy during the whole process.
I originally went in with my blonde highlighted hair (with my grown out roots) and came out with a perfect blunt straight cut (I wanted a simple style) and gorgeous Copper Gold colour. As a bonus she noticed my hair is naturally straighter and asked if I’d like to curl it, I didn’t even ask for any style and she made my hair fit my face so well. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so thankful to have found my new hair stylist!
She also threaded my eyebrows and tinted them. I don’t prefer threading since my face does a couple of big twitches and causes it to be more painful but: Luma gave me some useful insight about threading and she was very delicate with me, and the results BEAUTIFUL, I got some compliments right away! I really appreciate someone who is doing services that is very passionate about their work so it means a lot to me that I got such a positive experience. Thank you again so much Luma and anyone who reads this

Today, I had my first massage at this location and it was an amazing surprise. Both receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. I also had a great massage with Jennifer who attended all my requests. I will come back next month for another one.

I've been here about three times now. Once for a deep tissue massage and twice for a couple's massage. The therapists are great and friendly. Would love to come back.

Had an wonderful appointment with Luma yesterday. My colour turned out amazing and she went above and beyond. I only booked a haircut, but she made time for a couple of extras!

My fiancé and i have been to this spa 3 times for a couples massage and it’s been amazing every time! RMT Stephanie was phenomenal

I’ve been here twice now, Maria was amazing my first time but I don’t think everyone here is a rmt - the person I got last time definitely is not. It’s more of an essential oil bath.

Just make sure when booking an apt you get an RMT or you’re just throwing money away.

Went there after New Year's and did the mix and match special with my fiancé. We had an aromatherapy massage and a pedicure. Huyen and April were fantastic! So attentive, detail oriented and super friendly ️ we had an amazing time and will definitely talk about this place to our friends. Those ladies were a 5 out of 5 stars!

Would be a full 5 stars but there were a few things that could have been better at no fault to the girls at all.

The bed my fiance was in did not feel very sturdy. It rocked back and forth a lot and was quite loud. The pedicure station was tidy enough but it wasn't very nice having to stare at their whole bucket of cleaning supplies tucked in the corner and seeing two Swiffer wejets just piled on top of each other by the sink.

My husband took me here for our anniversary. I really enjoyed my massage. The facilities are beautiful and clean. The massage therapists are professional and provided a massage that targeted all the places I needed worked on. I'm very happy with my experience.:)
