I had microneedling done with Laura and had very positive results. My skin is brighter and my complexion is more even. I will definitely be going back!

Staff technical, abrupt, not welcoming. No follow up survey. I love Pure and Simple Richmond Hill, this location needs customer service training. A friendly smile would have been nice.

I visited the store a few years ago looking for my makeup product and it became my go-to place for all my skin care products. It took some time but I can finally say that I love my face skin! My skin never looked so good! And it's all thanks to Danielle - I call her my beauty consultant. She is an amazing, knowledgeable, welcoming and caring person who always has customers' needs in mind. I am so impressed with her customer service skills; somehow she always helps me find the best product that works well for me.
Pure and Simple - you have a true brand ambassador there:)

I got the detox facial tor my birthday with Marta and it was amazing! She really helped me relax and I enjoyed every minute. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic selection of skin care. I love the Holistic Vanity and Pure + Simple lines. Kate and Danielle really know their products and always recommend the best options for my skin type.
