Appointments are never on time with the scheduled appointment made months in advance. You will be waiting in the waiting room for an hour minimum. You don’t even get a notice that your appointment will be delayed. It is huge waste of your personal time, therefore expect to be there for 3-4 hours maximum for a simple check up. Worst service ever.

My husband has a cpac machine and the motor broke. We can in and saw jay and he was very helpful. Told us what to do with insurance and he gave us a loner machine until everything was taking care of.

Clearly advertised as a walk-in clinic, this place hasn’t offered walk-ins since 2020, they don’t plan to offer walk-ins anymore, and the owner hasn’t changed the sign. I have photographical evidence to back this up.

Badbadbad they.also try so.hard.to.delete bad reviews which is unethical.racist employee and un aware of the law and regulations of their own municipality and breaking the law by making patients wait 6month and just not give their cpap that they need for every night sleep due to the racial issues.my mom is approved by odsp to have a cpap and they didnt even listen to me.n do their job n call the hot line of odsp and simply went with their wrong asumptiom.this is not the only place im reporting this bussines so even if the owner try to wrongfuly delete this ill be reporting to local bylaw as well.having aawful services and policies to not have real honest reviews.so they can continue hurting our community.this is their way of taking senior clients.

Used to use their services regards apnea, but now the policy has been changed and not care for customer needs.

Terrible place. While it is written 'walk in clinic', you can not actually walk in. Instead, you need to make an appointment. Moreover, while it is written 'accepting new patients', it is not a case.

Unorganized and unprofessional staff that do not take appointments seriously. Even when you have an appointment, you still have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor.

The PureFlow team has excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Very friendly, helpful staff, who truly care about their clients. Very impressed with the level of care that I have received thus far. Would highly recommend their services.

My husband has been using the CPAP services for about three years now. Today we had some questions and dropped by and Jay Daya helped us out. He and all the staff at Pure Flow are very professional and patient and always treat us as valued clients. We are so lucky to have them close by and ready to help us out in any situation. We highly recommend them to anyone requiring CPAP, BIPAP machines or any supplies for existing equipment they may already have.

Dr. Tan-Jarvis is very knowledgable. My only problem with this clinic is that the appointments are never taken seriously. During my last 3 visits, I have waited between 45 mins to an hour to be taken in, despite having an appointment that has been booked for weeks. Very unorganized in that sense.

Jay and the rest of the staff I've encountered at PureFlow have all been a pleasure.

Jay went above and beyond to help explain everything and I never felt rushed or as if I was simply another client.

The knowledge and service is unmatched- clean organized and show true patient care start to finish. World's ahead of any other clinic I have seen.

PureFlow Healthcare offers a level of customer service that is virtually unheard of in the healthcare industry. Every interaction I have had with PureFlow's staff has been outstanding.

I first visited PureFlow to begin a CPAP trial. I met with Uri (owner/president) and his friendliness, attention to detail, and desire to make sure I would be comfortable with my treatment was top-notch. Uri's follow-up communication over the phone and email were both timely and explanative. Uri's dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction runs rampant throughout PureFlow's staff.

I have been back to PureFlow three times to change my trial CPAP masks to different models in an effort to find one I would be most comfortable using. On each visit, Jay (technician) spent lots of time exploring mask options with me and was dedicated to helping me find one that was comfortable and would allow me to get the most out of my CPAP therapy. Jay was very accommodating when even after my trial period ended, he allowed me to changed the masks I purchased for a different model.

PureFlow's office is modern, clean, and newly renovated. It gives you the feeling of comfort and cleanliness simultaneously. The staff at reception are extremely personable and greet me with enthusiasm and friendliness every time I arrive.

There are three CPAP clinics closer to my home than PureFlow. But I am more than happy to drive a little further for the service I get from PureFlow.

If I could give PureFlow 6 stars, I would. I recommend PureFlow to anyone who needs help with CPAP supplies.

I have been coming to PureFlow Healthcare in Thornhill for many years now. It is absolutely an amazing experience. It all starts with Rosa, the front desk receptionist who always greets me with a smile. It then branches out to Dr Tan Jarvis who is always providing great healthcare services. I totally recommend this place!

Our family has been a patient of Dr. Tan-Jarvis for so many years. We followed her wherever she works because she's good and gives her patients great care. She treated us like family and we're glad that she's with Pure Flow. It is a beautiful office, clean and everyone is nice, especially Rosa. Rosa is a pleasure to be with. She makes you feel like you're the most important person, giving you full attention. She's very organized and on top of things. PureFlow is so lucky to have her. She's a gem.

My experience with Pureflow Health was great. Karen helped me from start to end without expecting anything in return as if he was a personal friend of mine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has sleep related problems!

If you need CPAP supplies or questions about sleep apnea this is the place to go. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable consultants, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Incredible service and they have gone out of their way to make sure I have everything I need and continue to do so. Even when I moved to Vancouver Island, I still use PureFlow in Pickering and they send me all my supplies every 6 months, no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Such an amazing staff! Very caring, compassionate, and accommodating! Especially Rosa, she is very caring and does everything she can to help book appointments, very efficient in communicating results, and much more!

The service of the clinic is awesome. But today I called in @10am to inquire and book an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude! She doesn't let me finish what I say and makes me feel like I'm stupid. This is not the kind of customer service I want in an early morning appointment booking. I think they need some good training for this or it's just that lady I talked to.

I wanted to remark on the very positive appointment that I had with Jay on Fri. May11,2018. I found Jay to be not only pleasant, and patient in dealing with me and my inquiries regarding the CPAP apparatus but also he was very knowledgeable and spent an extraordinary amount of time. It was also great that Jay followed up on Saturday the night after I first tried out the apparatus. This is a hidden treasure; nice newly designed clinic that was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Outstanding service, knowledge and follow up by Jay during the trial and testing of a CPAP machine. Great attention to teaching me all about the equipment and how the clinic can assist in monitoring and adjusting the equipment remotely as needed. Jay took as much time as was necessary to make sure that I made the right choice. They looked after all the forms and were sure to provide very competitive pricing to satisfy me. I highly recommend Jay and the team at Pure Flow.
