If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
Terrible communication, extremely slow to respond. Their slow poor communication ended up costing us a significant amount of money in selling our property even though the sale and closing dates were made clear from day one.
When you raise a concern and they promise a Manager will get back to you, it takes over a month to hear anything!
Costs and billing is boarding on being a scam. They do little or nothing of value and then bill you ridiculous anounts.
If they are suggested by your insurance, find someone else.

Would not work with this company again. Technicians failed to follow instructions from homeowner. Damaged property a struggle to resolve. Slow to respond.

Very positive. Staff were polite and respectful and quick. My only disappointment was they did not provide an inventory of everything that was thrown away and would need replacing.

No one wants to go through water damage; I never thought this would happen to me. However, from day 1, Puroclean was quick to respond and helped me feel comfortable about the process. The cleanup and removal was so fast - they came out the day it happened! Sam and the whole team were amazing to work with, communication was excellent. We had slight delays due to Covid, but they were on top of it. I'm very pleased with the repair and high quality service. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Sam and team:)

PuroClean came to my aid in finding professional and reliable tradesmen for fence, window and roof repairs due to a hurricane/wind storm which downed a huge tree that caused considerable damage.

Poor diagnosis, damage to the tap without any payment for that. Left us long time without service.

The assessor was very thorough and efficient. He showed up the same day of our flood damage. He communicated clearly and we felt very reassured that we were in capable hands. His crew members were hard-working, reliable and pleasant.

Very reliable company, had my garage burn down and they are very helpful and answered all my question. There job is amazing. Cant be more happy
