Purolator never rings my bell nor knocks when I have to sign for a packaging. Every time I am home. Takes 45 min to talk to a person on their customer service line. To be honest the worst customer service ever!

Package was not delivered to the address given, upon receiving the slip with no call, I went to the facility to receive the package at roughly 6: 30pm. Upon arriving I was questioned for identification, that was provided promptly, (all normal to this point) after proper identification the woman behind the counter continued to question the address given, asked for a lease agreement to the address? It's a shipping address and my home. Questioned me as to the package contents? (That's not your business and there's an invoice attached with a picture of a computer case on the side of the box? Fairly straightforward.) Then continued on accusing me of fraudulent activity on my own credit card? All while the package with my name on it, which I payed to have delivered to me as the customer sat on the counter with my ID on top of it. Which I also should add she had scanned out sometime during these unnecessary questions. What the difficulty was in releasing the package I had sent to me with my name on it I'm not exactly sure considering the only person with any right to complain about it is me. Accusing people of criminal activity or attempting to withhold their property as some sort of threat or game even after identification is not part of any company policy I'm sorry, and it's flat out unacceptable behavior. Would love to give you my tracking number. If I behaved in this manner at my workplace I would have been replaced long ago and rightly so.

This was my interaction with Purolator & I must say Purolator is raising the bar with quite a distance. Shelley & Katie were so helpful in replying my issue & they truly know what customer service is. Thanks Purolator.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purolator is not what it use to be. Products marked as "Cannot be delivered" but no attempt for delivery was actually made. No phone call to inform me of them not being able to deliver - when talking to an agent I am informed that I will get it later in the day - when calling in I am then informed I have to wait until tomorrow. I spent an extra $60 just to get it delivered for the cost it would have been without the express delivery.

Horrible service, there were specific instructions to leave the package at mail room and they left without delivering it. Not even a call or text. Pls do follow instructions that were provided.

They deliver my item whenever they feel like it and assume am always home waiting waiting. They appear to be still living in the 19th century.

My Favourite Delivery service. Everyone I've met has been so pleasant and efficient. Mike, Kobe and Frank are amazing at their jobs. And staff is always so helpful at the branch for drop offs/pick-ups. Totally recommend.

Rude staff and not equipped for the job. Amazon has moved their returns to Purolator and this is the only location in the city for their QR code return. No scanner to expedite the process, the number has to be manually typed in off the QR code.
Small, tight and cramped space with very little space to socially distance.
Even while wearing a mask today, I was rudely told to step back even thought I was a good 3 ft away and kept have to move back because they couldn't take the item, I had to put it in the bag for them. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but both staff members I encountered were abrasive and short. Amazon will also be getting a comment because I'd rather cancel my Amazon membership then ever have to deal with returns at Purolator.

Great, hard working people. Helpful, never angry or bitter. It's always a pleasure walking in there.

Sure, sometimes shipping makes a mistake or something gets damaged, but as long as you work with them, they're happy to help you.

The company I work for uses them a lot. It's the easiest part of my day.

I ordered from Amazon and Purolator tried twice supposedly to deliver. I live in an apartment building but no one came. They left a note for me to go pick it up 45 minutes away. If I wanted to do that, I would have gone shopping at the mall instead of ordering from Amazon. Why could they not leave the parcel at my door? It's a safe building. I have complained to Amazon about this too. Very poor service.

One of the worst companies by far. On multiple occasions the delivery drive has just walked up to the door and placed the ticket on the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. This has happened multiple times and I do thousands of dollars of business with this company a year. When you try to call, nobody answers and customer service reminds me of a withdrawal centre where you have clueless idiots working. I’m in the business of precious metals and I try my hardest to always avoid using this company because they are the absolute worst. Hopefully this will catch on and the company losses tons of money

Purolator needs an updated system. Asking to require a signature on a package should be as simple as the click of a mouse. This is what other parcel carriers do. Once you have the tracking number, you can typically choose your delivery options from a dropdown menu: "Deliver to post office" or "Delivery to address".
I had been calling for a over week for Purolator to require a signature for a package I had ordered for a recipient in another province. They told me to call the morning of delivery so that they can have a message sent to the driver not to leave the package at the door if the recipient isn't home to sign. I did that. The agent I spoke to did send the message. A few hours later, I got a notification that it was delivered to the front door. I called to confirm if it was the actual package, or a just a slip saying to pick it up at a local Purolator depot (because if you read about other experiences online, Purolator delivery drivers are notorious for leaving "missed delivery" slips when recipients have been home all day). I was kind of depending on the driver being too lazy to actually go up to the 3rd floor of an apartment building to deliver a 24-pound package; but lo and behold, they actually delivered it. The one time delivering a package to the door was actually unfavourable, it was delivered. With all the mess customers are talking about your company, you guys need to do better! You guys lucked out of owing me $280.

Purolater contacted me saying the package comming to me would be late due to packing issues.the package arrived a few days late and package was taped up to secure contents.driver waited for me to
check the contents before he left. I did and goods were fine

The number given to contact, no one answers the phone.
No one on live chat.
Virtual live chat is a joke. They want you to rate them before you even get service.
But I will say this. Windsor ON location. EXCELLENT service.

Terrible! Watched the Purolator man walk to my mailbox.stick an "attempted delivery" notice on it and walk back to his truck.meanwhile I am waiting for him to come to the door like every other delivery person would do! How is that ATTEMPTED DELIVERY? ! Called and waited an hour on hold to be told to wait until 6pm to pick it up after waiting all day by the door.just terrible.

Persistently unhelpful. I didn't receive an answer or a call-back with my first call to pick up my package at the door. Unfortunately once someone came out they informed me I couldn't take my package until I gave them a piece of mail with my name on it, something I don't have with all of my bills being digital. I offered that. I was refused. I offered to have them call my phone number. I had been called when my package was being delivered, but the package was brought back because I wasn't there to directly sign for it - but I'm not sitting at home waiting to sign for a package for 3-7 business days. The person who finally did answer the phone gave me one option, change the shipping address with the vendor and wait another week to pick up a time-sensitive item. She said her hands were tied. The lack of effort was palpable.

I promised myself I'd never use Purolator once prior to this, and have refunded items that use Purolator as a service in the past because of my bad experiences. However, I tried again. This has proven that Purolator is not worth the chance and vendors should try to stay away.

Honestly the worst company! A package was suppose to arrive on a Thursday. On Wednesday it says "Address correction required- incomplete.incorrect unit or apt number" So I call. I said I can just pick it up tomorrow. It isn't even in my city its 4 horus away still. How did you attempt to deliver my package with an incomplete address. To boot it wasn't incomplete at all! There was absolutely no information missing.
So Thursday comes and again notification "Address correction required- incomplete.incorrect unit or apt number" They will deliver it Monday! I said can i please just pick this up. The man says its at the back of the warehouse we won't be able to do that. Just give me my dang package! If your drivers are so incompetent than make it easier for me to pick it up!

You guys need to stop hiring people who have issues with social interactions. I have a note on my door in all capital letters saying to ring the door bell for all packages and they still don't ring the bell. They've left expensive stuff out in the rain that could have easily fit in my mailbox, sometimes they don't even bother to deliver my package even tho my tracking says it has arrived at the facility, very poor service.

Driver who arrived for pickup was very rude, arrived much before the scheduled time and when asked to wait for 5 minutes to deliver the document, started shouting and left without taking the package with him

In my two experiences with Purolator they have:

Left a $2000 PC in the rain with a huge boot sized hole in the box.

Skipped my house entirely for absolutely no reason.

How is it possible to be this bad?

Zero attempt was made to deliver my package. The driver clearly walked up the door and just stuck the note on and left. Three people were home all day long so there is no possible way the door bell was rung or door knocked on without us knowing. The driver simply didn't try. This is far from the first time I've had this happen with Purolator.

Now I have to waste my time driving down to Purolator to get my shipment because their employees refuse to do their job.

Purolator is terrible.

Came to pick up a package with order number and confirmation email in hand
They told me I couldn’t without ID that matched the address
When I asked if there was anything else I could do alternatively the employee spoke to me condescendingly as if I was stupid or my suggestion wasn’t believable
It costs absolutely nothing to just show the same amount of respect back and they were incapable of this

Great service great staff however I wish they would be quicker on the line (phone). Upon delivery if not available please send a text or call. Didn't happen in my case once but still a great team and absolutely respectable service.

Tried to ship a package to the US and they sold me a domestic shipping invoice. So my package got held at a terminal for "missing a commercial invoice, " I talked to a rude customer service agent on the phone who said it was my fault for not filling out the proper documents, however, I filled out exactly what the staff at this location said was required.

They're the worst. They give you wrong delivery date and then if you're not home you need to pick it up. I live in an apartment building and I was there the whole day, they don't know how to click the buzzer or call me on the phone? They have lazy customer service and drivers.

I live 2 km away. If my order is shipped by Purolator I know I am going to pick it up! I feel like I'm helping them out with there business. That was not included in my business plan. Now have to call company were I ordered from not to ever use them again!

Worse service they sent my pkg on wrong truck and delay my shipment when I call no respond finally I need to pick up myself and I paid for delivery so what that means? Never deal with them again I rather pay more for ups and get better service pls don't deal with people

I grew tired of having to travel 30 min to pick up my deliveries all the time. So, I got a SNR (signature not required) barcode for my home. This should mean that deliveries are left at my doorstep, regardless of whether I am home or not. It worked great a few times but last Thurs the driver apparently ignored the SNR. I now have to drive to pick up my order. Tried to avoid this trip by calling Purolator to schedule another delivery attempt. I gave up after waiting 45 min for a service rep to pick up. Not great service.

I were home whole day, the driver didn't knock the door or ring the bell.but left a pick-up notice. Now I have to drive to remote for picking up. What a great service!

The issue I have with them is they lack customer service. My package is big and so they delay it by a week. I had to ask Amazon what was going on and when they got involved suddenly my package shows up 2 hours after Amazon responded to my email. However of course I am at work when they try to deliver it. I message them early morning to see about rescheduling delivery and they explain the depot will have to call me and they take my number. After getting home at 7: 10pm i message again as i got no call and they respond they will call when they have a chance to. I was okay do you have a timeframe and all they say is I cannot give a timeframe and it may be the end of the week. What kind of customer servive response is that? ! I had deliveries done by Canada Post, UPS and Fedex and this has to the worst ever courier experience i ever had. Lets see if this call will ever happen!
