For 9 years my packages have been delivered to the wrong house. Every single time I call in I’m told a manager from this depot will call and I’ve never received a call. The one and only time I was able to speak to the driver was when he went to retrieve my package and he told me he didn’t know my street existed. Yet to this day, he still continues to deliver them to the wrong neighbourhood. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour.

They expect you to stand outside your house and keep waiting for driver for scheduled pickup service between 1pm to. 5pm. And not even care to ring the door bell or calling for informing. The worst service I ever had.

Extremely lazy and arrogant couriers. I live in a condo, there was no delivery attempt or delivery notice left. I was only kept updated via the tracking ID. I cringe when anyone other than Amazon delivers packages to me.

There was a knock on my door. I walked 30ft to the door, only to find the driver 30ft away in his truck. He was going to leave with my package and an envelope with a No Signature Required sticker. Very poor service, they will no longer deliver to me again.

Customer service on duty date 11/23/2022 asked where I was sending my documents to then served another customer ahead of me. The other person on duty was too busy making phone calls. Horrible location.

Terrible service. They never attempt to deliver the package and only sometimes leave the slip for pick up. I have been trying to contact my nearest Purolator location to inquire about my package and cannot locate a phone number and I am constantly redirected or hung up on rather than helped with my delivery. There is no service and no customer support. I wish I didn't have to use their services at all.

I had an issue with my package. I tried calling the 1-800 number for Purolator. I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes.had to hang up. Second time, I was on hold for another 30 minutes before I hung up. Not once was I able to speak to a human being. I walked into the Massey Road Purolator and within 2 minutes not only did I have an explanation but she was able to track down my package, which was in the back. She was friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time calling 1-800 numbers.

Lady who handles scheduling shipment needs some manners and training on how to talk to customers. Literally yelled over the phone when called. All drivers are nice though.

Worst delivery service ever experienced. The drivers/delivery person never rings the bell, they will just stick the delivery note on letter box. Wondering whats their issue in ringing the bell instead writing all the info in the delivery note! The driver never uses a phone whic is totally acceptable in terms of safety but they really wants to make things difficult for the customers.

One of the worst delivery service ever experienced. Dropped my passport outside the house in winter. They never ring the bell, their intention is to make everything difficult for the customers. If I have a choice, I will never go with porulator again.

Where is my Package that i had shipped. I did a priority Saturday pickup and CC is telling me that there is not freight movement on weekends. Are.you guys serious with your business? I still don't know about the package. The CC exec at guelph where I dropped by package interrupts, to say 'Thank You" in between when i raise concern about the package.she has other customers in line to mince money. WHERE IS MY PRIORITY PACKAGE?

They didn't even try to deliverer the package, didn't knock on the door despite the driver claimubg he did, we would have heard the dog bark (we were home all day). We we're also having a difficult time contacting the Guelph facility for 2 days about us picking up our package. The lady on the phone was rude and snippy with my partner.

Being forced to use Purolator again. University decided to use them, they came to my apartment with a package, decided not to ring the buzzer, and magically expected me to be outside?

Can delivery people at least try? Very disappointed

They attempted delivery yesterday at 3: 00 pm - I was home; but no call or buzzer. This morning they attempted delivery at 6: 44 am - and I was still asleep - and again - no call, no buzzer. I am going to avoid any retailer which ships with Purolator. Have never encountered such poor service. Now - have been waiting online to speak with an agent for 20 minutes, now!

Their service was nothing short of terrible. They left e a note saying I had to pick up my package across the city. I drove 25 minutes just to have them act completely unprofessionally. The lady at the counter treated each customer rudely and as if they were incompetent. Not t mention that they nearly did not allow me to pick up my package as my ID address did not match the shipping address (I am a student that is living away from home). Once I finally got it, the package was almost completely opened, the box ad tape was torn at every seam and the protective packaging was deflated. Sharp puncture holes were all around the box's exterior.

Why would an elementary school get a delivery on a Saturday when no one is there?

I now have to get in touch with another location to pick up my item. This is not a way to have happy customers.

I realize these are trying times for everyone. Couriers are having to work harder than ever. HOWEVER, when you live in an apartment building and the code for letting us know you are here is clearly noticeable on the package, Purolator completely ignores that and leaves the parcel sitting on the floor of the entrance to the building. My elderly mother gets her medications from her pharmacy shipped via Purolator. She is on a controlled substance. If it had not been for our caring building cleaner this substance could have easily gotten into the wrong person's hands. SHAME ON YOU PUROLATOR!

Received a message that my delivery couldn't be made because I was unavailable, as I was sitting by my front window having been waiting all day for the package. Called and they said that they can't make the delivery until the following week. The package was already almost a week late and now it will be the better part of two weeks late but they don't care even a little and don't try to at least correct their mistake. No professionalism at all.

For safety during the pandemic, they are only allowing two customers into the store at one time. I get that. My customer rep was cheerful and helpful when I got inside.

I ordered a package and when the delivery guy arrived at my apartment he did not call me or used the buzz code, simply left the card for pick up. When I called purolator asking where should I pick up from they asked me to pickup at guelph location. Next day I reached guelph from kitchener all the way and the staff was so rude to me, I didn't get my package at guelph location so I called again on customer support and they asked me to go to purolator kitchener location. I am highly disappointed with the service.

UPDATE: The head office called me back and are making good on their coupons for me, so while the speed inside the location and the customer service that needs to be applied within the location remain at 80% they did resolve and surpass my original end result that I wanted so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

After spending almost a full hour inside this location today to send 2 boxes to BC to different addresses, I was charged for both and then handed 2 50% off coupons for the next shipment before Dec. 31st? I asked why 50% off wasn't applied to the second box and was told that they couldn't do that the same day. I told her that this should have been advised at the onset of my experience because I would have come back the next day and utilized that 50% off because quite frankly the items are worth about the same as what it's costing me to ship them. There was no attempt at resolution or refund. I called head office and have lodged a formal complaint and will update this review pending the outcome of service level I receive from this point forward.

Other companies leave iPhones and computers at the step without a signature and these guys can’t leave a $50 pair of jeans at the door? This company is a joke. I have reached out to the support phone line to rearrange a way to have it delivered again without requiring a signature since I am a full time student and never home but yet again no package when I get home. To get to the pick up location takes over an hour for me to get there which I don’t have time in my day for. The reason I ordered online was so I don’t have to travel an hour to get pants!

For months now they refuse to deliver to 1 Victoria St. South Kitchener, always making the false claim of "Attempted delivery - receiver inaccessible". Even on days that I'm home and the building buzzer is obviously fully accessible, regardeless of the shipment size, the driver still refuses to even make an attempt. I dont know what this driver's problem is since this building receives multiple daily deliveries from Amazon Prime, Goodfood etc.

Some times are ok, sometimes, not so much. It's gotten better now that I have a sticker that says they are allowed to leave packages without a signature so that I don't have to go to the depot. One experience at the depot sticks in my mind. Many people were lined up in the office and the clerk said we would all have to wait because she had a shipment to unpack. She disappeared into the back for about 20 minutes. I didn't really have anywhere to be, but it was clear that others did. I think it would be good if they considered having a separate clerk to help unload shipments and then have one in the front helping customers.

Received a missed delivery notice said to pick up after 1pm next day at Purolator location. Package was not there. The delivery driver never dropped it off and not sure if I will get my package anytime soon. Driver will probably not get any disciplinary action.

So without any prior notification, the man came and did not find me 10: 30 during weekdays, which is natural. So i had to go home to take the notice and go back again to the branch to pick my stuff. Did not like the fact that he came without any notice of when the items should be delivered.

Didn't deliver my parcel due to road closure. The driver assumed the road is closed because it was blocked from one end and didn't even try to enter from the other end which was open. I guess he also assumed that all the people who live on my street are going to stay homeless because how else can they get to their homes. This is the epitome of bad service and stupidity combined.
When I called the customer service the agent said she can do nothing and the best option is to either redirect the package to another address which will cost me $15 or to pick up the package at their location which is a 25 minuted drive from where I live, so 50 minutes roundtrip.
I also remember having another issue before where they try to deliver a package and when you are not there to receive it they would leave a note saying they will reattempt the next day at some given time. When you try to be home at that time they don't show up. So basically you have to skip work that day and sit on your door step waiting for them to show up.
Worst service of any kind of services provided on this land.

Seems like they don't know how to read a shipping label.when it says hold for pickup you don't deliver, how hard is that? This is the 8th time they have done this to me and management claims it will never happen again, ya right.looks like I have to wait to get my medication again

Good service, helped me get my parcel out on time for next day delivery, and I was a few minutes late the deadline and the delivery truck was there picking up. He made sure it was done quickly to get my parcel out that night.

Package not delivered as promised. Reason for delay as stated on line: "bad address". Phoned yesterday afternoon - Purolator identified my address was correct. A manager would phone me by the end of today. No phone call received at all. Yesterday with the "supposedly bad address" and or today from the manager. They just do not care and "stick stickers on packages with totally incorrect info". Very disappointing experience. Tons of room for improvement in honesty and customer service.
