I see a lot of negative reviews related to the delivery. I'm sharing my experience from the physical store. The lady at the store is very patient and clearly walked us through the process. Though it's a simple process she ensured the customer is having the best experience.

They charged me money to re-delivery attemp and when i call them that i didnt get any call or my credit card delivery instructions, and when i call the representative lady she told me its in markham you need to get their by yourself and i told her i live in london its not possible she simply hungs the call on my face. Damn don’t do the jobs you don’t like doing lady. Everyone is going through something work your way off. Please and takes a minute to be kind!

Driver put false information in note. Driver put that I was not home even though he never came to my place and buzz. Very much disappointed. I was waiting for one important document that I needed today any how. I tried to request reattempt delivery driver didn’t do that as well. I also requested if driver was not able to reattempt the delivery, held that for pick up so that I can go and pick it up today but no, it wasn’t even ready for pick up.

Very much disappointed! This happened for two times.

I just want to say that this company needs to disclose more information when using their online service. I purchased a lable to have a letter sent from Ottawa to London it was supposed to be a two day delivery. So it was sent today when I went on the their site to see the progress of my letter I was a little angry to see that the envelope wouldn't be arriving until Monday. So I called them and spoke to a supervisor and this is what she told me. Now when I did the lable for the two day delivery I had an agent on the phone to assist me during this process. The supervisor asked me if I chose the Saturday delivery. Their was no option for a Saturday delivery. She went to say well some area's when don't offer two day delivery. Okay the. Why does it not say that on their website. I told her that I was under the impression that express deliver would be two regardless of was Saturday or Sunday because on their website it's say seven day a week. I spoke to the agent befroe her she said that if I wanted two day delivery I had to 80 some odd dollars for the next day delivery. I again stated I had no problems do that if I was given the option and if it explained that but it didn't it express delivery two days would be 59.00 that's what I paid. The joke of it all is the agent on the phone said nothing and ask the person if the express was two days. Answer was yes.
I won't receive my envelope until Monday now and I will never use this service again.
The customer service is lacking and they need to explain clearly how their services work and the prices should match what your asking for as far as sending or receiving a package envelope or whatever.

Excellent agent on duty Saturday Feb 4/23 at around 11: 30am. Not being familiar with the process of returning a package, the female employee (sorry, I didn't take note of her name) walked me through steps explaining each one as she progressed. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Puralator has always been a dependable delivery service. Clean establishment with knowledgeable staff that will get gone that which you need sent in a timely fashion. Insurance also available to protect your goods in case of an emergency. I've relied on purolator for decades and have had very few problems over 40 years. Nothing worth mentioning. If you need that package there on time. Try purolator.the good hands people. Luv Malcom? Stay strong London.

Was in this Wellington Road area of London, Ontario at the time with a very large about 75 lbs package to send. It was about near closing hours, however the staff were very helpful taking the time helping with shipping the package. Would very highly recommend this Purolator location!

The woman who works here is very helpful however Amazon states that PUROLATOR Associate will pack, label and ship your return for free. When you go in, you will need to scan and print your own label and pack it instead.

It's to the point now that any company that uses this delivery company to deliver their products I will be avoiding and I will shop elsewhere that uses a reliable delivery service. And don't bother ask me to reach out to your help team I'm not dealing with you guys anymore

Went in today to drop off some packages that needed to be returned. The two staff members (a male and a female) were quite short, condescending and rude to other customers there. Offered very little in terms of how to solve problems but was more than willing to give attitude to ones just trying to figure out how best to scan their packages or locate their QR codes.

It was honestly surprising how bad their attitude was, no exaggeration and based on the other reviews this is an on-going issue.

Drop off a parcel today at 2: 30 pm the person working at this location 1070 Wellington was extremely rude and condescending, definitely not an asset to Purolator in any way!

Deserving not even one star! Delivery says not home, no response while I was home all along; I have no missed call on my phone; received no text messages; and most importantly, have received no failed delivery notice on my door! Now, how should I know where my parcel is, and how can I provide proof to the office with no notes from you!

The lady helped me run through the Amazon return process and was very friendly, helpful and professional. It was the busy at all when I went and I was able to park right infront. It was a smooth transaction and I would come back again for sure.

I had a similar experience as Aaron except the first time they didnt leave the sticker and the second time after i called and complained about it they left the sticker but did not knock.whats the point of wasting the gas to come again and not knock

They didn’t delivered my package professionally. Just dropped my package in the lobby, a place where there was no security. When I reached there to take my product the package was not there. Someone took it. Worst experience.

Why would you take my missed delivery to the Cuddy Court location for pick up instead of this location which is literally a few minutes from where the delivery was supposed to be received (my home) ?

Edit: Free Re-delivery raised the score form 1 to 3, thought the original criticism still stands.

Your hours state you’re open until 7 I go to pick up my package at 6pm after work, NO ONE is there… thanks wasted my time driving to the other end of the city to be there before closing. No happy with the inaccuracy of when they’re open. Both online and door sign say 7pm Monday-Friday.

They dont even try and deliver your packages anymore they just send it right to the pick up location and make you drive across the city to pick it up. You know it's bad when you call customer service and the agent laughs because the GSP on the truck indicates it was no where near your location although the driver scanned it as a delivery attempt. Even more awkward when they consistently have to apologize for how unprofessional it is to do that.

Of course when you get fed up and just go to the pick up location they can't locate the item and you turn around and go home no further ahead.

They're "special handling service" apparently includes dragging a tv across the driveway and putting a massive dent in the bottom of the box and tv.

Very bad service full of errors and delays. The tagline says, "it's not a parcel, but it's a promise".

Recently I have many parcels coming in via Purolator, but none of the parcel I received within time. Everytime I expect the parcel on estimated delivery date, and when try to track it says delayed or some error. Very disappointed.

We ship many parcels a day. They broke one so badly that it never made it to the buyer or back to the sender. We jump through the many hoops of a claim and they will still deny any accountability and they will always deflect for any damages done. I would not recommend.

I had to have a package re-delivered and the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and accommodating. She even called back to make sure the correct apt and enter code were included. Excellent service. I have used Purolator a lot lately and they have their act together!

Awful customer service. Called a few times yesterday late afternoon. The girl on the phone sounded annoyed and hung up on me three times. The first she pretended not to hear me. The next two time she picked up the phone and just hung it up.

Not sure if I keep getting hung up on or what but the fact you can't answer your phone for your customers results in a low review. I cant even get ahold of anyone at the wellington location by phone to even Inquire the possibility of sending my package and based on the reviews i am seeing.its in my best interest to ship with one of your competitors!

Noone answers the phone for 3 days now, someone should check on the employee there. Today I stayed home for a delivery and they didn't show up, the excuse was "missed delivery due to high volume ". Never heard of this in my life. They just decided ya were too busy not gonna go out today, imagine I could just do that at my job. Laughable. What a terrible company and organization. Please use ups or FedEx instead

Called the local office about a missed delivery to my home. Asked if driver was still in the area. "Idk" was the answer, "we can't track our trucks. I was then provided with a national customer service number and it was the wrong number. I double checked on that as I had recorded the call. They gave me the wrong number. Tried calling back the local office and there was no answer, 4 times over the next half hour at three in the afternoon. Very poor service, thankfully the next day, yes the next day it got sorted out with the help of a Fido rep. They were the ones shipping the package to me.

Every time I see my package is being shipped with Purolator I start wondering why I did not go to the store instead.

This is the third time (different shipments) 'an attempt was made to deliver my package' but there is no note, and I was sitting on the window waiting for them to come since I got the notification this morning that it was out for delivery.

Again, no note on the door, no call, no one came to my door today.
Heads up if you are buying from Best Buy!

I’ve been trying to get my parcel since 15th Sept now and the customer care guys just have one thing to say it’s under process! The parcel at first place was not delivered due to incomplete information even though I have mail copy of the address I added which was correct! I provided the correct details the same day I received the email of correction but after a day on 17th Sept they tried to deliver it again without updating the address! What sense does it make, sending parcel without updating the address even after taking a whole day!? And then they sent me same email about incomplete address! Another customer agent told me that it will get done by today and you’ll receive shipment info tomorrow but again its still under process and now they’re telling me that it would go to Monday still unsure about the address update!
Worst courier service to go for at the end they tell u to go and pick the parcel up.unfortunately I didn’t had option to choose for any other service for delivery else I would never go to this courier partner. Not recommend for on time delivery nor for home delivery. You’ll end up paying & then u have to go to pick the parcel! I’m still waiting for my parcel even when it was shipped on 15th Sept.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in this company. Since the start of Covid, we have all substantially increased our experiences of home delivery. And without a doubt, #purolator is the worst. I have a large sign on my side door asking that all packages be left at my back door, which is safer and out of site. All other companies that deliver to me read and follow my request (@Amazon, @Fedex, @Canadapost) but not Puralator. Not once has Puralator left my delivery at my back door. Today was the worst, as I called them and gave those instructions to be given to the driver. Still, the package was left at my side door. Companies who use delivery service, DO NOT USE #purolator.

I phoned this location to ask a question about our package. The person on the phone answered my question but was very abrupt and offered very poor customer service.
