Walk up to your door and don't even knock just put a note on your door and walk away making you go pick it up. It happens all the time so it's not just a certain driver.

Driver arrives, jumps out his truck, sticks a: "Sorry we missed you label" right beside doorbell, jumps back in his truck & bombs-out driveway. Did not ring doorbell or knock. Our children study at home and we are always here, one of us 365 days a year. Now we have to drive to 725 Boundary Rd Cornwall to get our package?

Do Not/ Do Not/ Do Not Use Purolator Courier Service.
I send my application to IRCC Nova Scotia and they delivered my application in different address. I contact their customer service and agent hold me 1 hour 30 minutes and cut my call. Its a useless courier service I have ever seen. Even I took Premium delivery services and they delivered my application in wrong address.

I got a snr sticker for them to actually leave my package after driving to Cornwall 4 times. They still never do, I have to drive to Cornwall to pickup a package that I paid to have delivered. An absolute joke

Truck never came, but they said they did so I called and one of the people on the phone explained to me that they don’t actually send it out on the first try and wanted me to drive 40 minutes away to pick it up. Eventually they said they would do a redelivery (which is what they call a delivery?) when it arrived the package had a purolator sticker on it saying “Please knock loud”. I have no idea why they would say this other than to be petty and bother my family personally.

One star is generous considering they’re a delivery company that doesn’t do deliveries.

This was such a pleasant experience at this location! The two ladies who worked there were welcoming, accommodating and fast.

I did not have the printout of the tag to affix on my package. The lady at the front offered me to send the tag by email to their Inbox which was conveniently written nearby. Upon receiving my tag, they printed it and sent my package immediately. The package was received a few days later as expected.
Parking is free and the hours of operations include availability at lunch time.

On June 1,2021 a package was listed, by the Purolator driver, as having been delivered to my house and left on my front porch. This was not the case and the package was not delivered, in fact could not be delivered due to the fact that I have told Purolator that any of their employees untiring my property would be charged with trespassing. I have numerous witnesses, who were at the house at the supposed time of delivery and came and went through the front door onto the porch, who can state that no package was delivered.

This amounts to theft on the part of the driver however Purolator, after supposedly investigating, are not willing to accept any responsibility and are, basically, washing their hand of the entire situation.

This is not the first incident of complete negligence on the part of Purolator. They are the only delivery company who refuse to ring the doorbell or knock on the door to alert the occupants of the house to a package having been delivered. While I do not expect them to wait for the door to be opened, some alert would be nice as this has resulted in numerous packages containing liquids and, in one case, wine, to be left on the front porch, in temperatures well below freezing, for extended periods of time. The driver is also far to lazy to actually walk up on the porch to deliver the package and prefers to throw them from the foot of the steps onto the porch.

I would IMPLORE all companies that do business with Purolator to terminate their contracts. There are some much better and more competent companies to deal with, who are not completely inept at the delivery process.

What kind of company can't knock at a door? I was sitting in the chair beside the door all day. Yet I open my door to a "we missed you" sticker. How can you miss me when you didnt take the time to knock? Not the first time.wont be the last. Terrible services. Now they expect me to drive In to cornwall to get my stuff. How about you do it properly.

The driver was great and very nice told us to take picture of package for proof that it was sent back

Took them over 8 days not counting weekends to ship my parcel from Toronto to Cornwall even paid 25.00 for 1 to 2 day delivery sent it all over from Toronto to gulf then new Brunswick back to Toronto then Montreal then Ottawa then Cornwall then told me I had to pick it up in Cornwall unreal paid enough $$ and took that long hope they fix this they told me that they would call me and help find out why this happened they 100% at least refund me or something that was way to long and to top it off they things I needed for my treatment for leukemia so so not right.

Simple business set up, help full staff, what basic business should be all the time. Not rocket science but in today's world this is amazing.

Best deliver company by far my delivery guy is awsome always freindly and helpful remembers his customers names including my little guys name and very professional I've been to there office very clean and the lady there was so helpful n professional I could go on and on but there work speaks for itself if your considering shipping or have the option between them and another company pick them on time n easy to work with they will even pick up your shipping parcel right from your home.

I always have to drive the length of Cornwall to pick up my packages which I have already paid to have delivered to Akwesasne. I am old and told to remain at home by my employer because of the covid pandemic. I have most of the risk factors for covid so I heed the government warning to stay at home. I am trying to do all my shopping online and have everything except groceries delivered to my door. But Purolator won't deliver to the reservation. They always mumble something about the hassle at the border as being the reason they won't deliver to the island. I get a whiff of racism from this attitude because other couriers deliver to my door and they do it with a smile. An honest company would cease snagging deliveries they can't or won't fulfill. Even much smaller couriers will send packages by proxy to fulfill deliveries to the Rez. The BBB rates them an A- and judging by all the negative reviews I can understand why. Whenever possible, I instruct vendors I deal with NOT TO USE PUROLATOR to ship items to Akwesasne.

I was waiting for a parcel that needed to be signed for. The driver did not ring the bell. He left the notice on my door to pick up. I was home so I know. I have now been on hold with Purolator for 41 minutes. Am on the phone with them now and the lady is being very helpful.

Shipped a package and asked to make sure address location was in deliverable area. No flags when put into computer and no worries or so it seemed. Soon as I checked tracking morning after it says they have to pick up at same ship center I shipped it from.meaning it never left. I even had to run around and put money in bank since they wouldn't accept cash, legal tender and it didn't leave the establishment. So now I will have to go back and probly argue for a refund since they didn't do anything with it. Then ship it with the competition.

Very poor service. Have had more then one package go missing or get stolen after delivery costing me and not even offered any type of compensation.

Worst delivery company possible, don't use them. They just leave notice on door without knocking or waiting for someone to go to the door. I Would much rather use ANY other delivery company, at least they leave the package at inconspicuous locations so people can actually receive package. I would give 0 star if possible.

Just received an email stating that purolator attempted to deliver my parcel. I have been home all morning. No one knocked nor rang the door bell. Now I have to go to the purolator building to pick it up. In addition, the date on the "we're sorry we missed you" is wrong. I hope this does not cause a problem when I go to pick it up. So disappointed.

A parcel that was on the truck for delivery November 29th was not delivered, it was again on the truck for delivery December 2nd. I called at 4 and was told it would be delivered by 9pm but that status is already back at the depot. Very disappointed for sure, had someone here 2 days for nothing.

Was told last night Nov 28th that a package that was unavoidably not delivered yesterday was to be delivered
today. Now they tell me today that it won't be delivered until Monday. Not happy!

This review refers to a package sent within Ontario late last month. My package was never delivered even though I was home waiting the entire day. The reason was the front door to the apartment building was inaccessible - he obviously didn’t even try. Other delivery services never had an issue delivering to my unit. After an online chat and phone call, the package was finally delivered.

2 days in a row that my delivery is delayed. The notifications said that it’s been delayed due to external conditions. How something that is at the point to be out for delivery can be delayed two days in a row.

I don’t think I will know because it’s make almost 25 minutes that I’m waiting on the line and nobody picked up and I think it will be the last time I’m going with this company.

This is not acceptable.
