Purolator

I used the Purolator service. It was fast and convenient. I bought the cardboard box I needed to ship my parcel. Nice place.

My friend paid 90$ for an overnight delivery. I cancelled my work and university to wait and sign for it.
Not only it wouldn’t arrive but they said I can’t pick it up now and it won’t be delivered until 4 days from now.
It’s an important document and purolator made my life very difficult in many ways while scamming off 90$ for urgent delivery. Supposed is impossible to connect with.

After 30 minutes on the phone Sheryl number 1165 spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. She said it’s our fault the delivery was delayed and that it will arrive in 4 days and 90$ nobody will refund.

Deliberately played games with my Amazon package. Stole my time from me. There was no obstacle or excuse not to deliver the product, but they managed nevertheless not to.

Changed review. No dispute resolution mechanism in place despite multiple complaints. Promised a 5 day delivery and received a 35 day delivery without so much as an apology. They blamed it on a third party contractor, but I didn’t engage with any party other than Purolator. I’m pretty sure we’ve fallen out of love with one another.

Purolator service is inside staples store. The store is huge and very organized. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient service. They also have a mos mos cafe inside the store. Good place

The person working at the purolator here took my item after I left it to be returned to amazon (its been a week and amazon didn't get it back yet). I forget her name but I highly recommend NOT USING THIS LOCATION.

Normally I don't really care about delivery times / reviews, but Purolator really came through for me this week. I ordered a winter Jacket from the Bay in mid-November, at first it was supposed to be delivered through TForce logistics, but after 4 weeks they failed to send it to me, and ended up returning it to the Bay.
I was really upset as it looked like I was going to be going without a coat for a big chunk of the winter, but then as soon as the coat was sent back to the Bay, the Bay switched the order to Purolator, and it was delivered LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY. Purolator did an amazing job, and I would recommend hiring them over TForce any day of the week.

Purolator store inside Staples. As others pointed out, they do not scan packages or provide receipts when dropping off a package.

I read some negative reviews, but I was luck because a nice young worker served me quickly. This location is inside of Staples.

Never do their jobs and dont seem to be able to deliver to the person whos name is on the box or leave a delivery tab or.anything.

I asked the attendant if they would give me a confirmation receipt for the shipping package as it was a laptop. She turned to me and just gave me a straight "NO" and left. I feel they need to evolve how to treat a customer.

Long waits lots of staff more intent on personal conversations than serving customers. Luckily I was in an awesome mood and even though it took a an overly long time I still left with a smile.

One of girls Customer services, so rude for all of customers, just wondering if she not happy for this job, she can just leave her job away, find the new job, don’t waste the spot for serving customers.

Went here for a return shipment to Amazon. They won’t print the label for you… so you’ll have to spend 10 cents to print it out in the Staples print section. How cheap can a company be? The staff seemed disorganized and there were many people waiting. Other than that, the shipment was picked up and delivered to Amazon with no problems.

Very rude and unprofessional. Said maybe misplaced my original passport which was to be delivered to the neighboring city 1hour drive away. The manager at their call centre was not at all empathetic and literally said I can't do anything. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The Purolator drop off is INSIDE STAPLES. Was walking around for 5mins looking for it before I realized it

This Purolator drop off counter is located inside the Staples downtown Toronto at 375 University ave. The lady at the counter who took my Amazon return box was quite pleasant, and even though at the time of drop-off, the staff at this location don't scan return parcels or give a receipt as proof they have received your return parcel, the lady assured me that Purolator picks up parcels at 5pm.
Needless to say, I tracked it and it was delivered to the Amazon shipping dock at 5.25am (12 hrs after it was picked up from the Staples Purolator drop off counter).
Please note that in addition to Purolator, this location also offers shipping services for FedEx and DHL, each with specific daily cut-off time for courier pick-up. I've attached photos

Please change your motto to "It will get there when it gets there": at least you'd be a trustworthy company, then.
The 'tracking' tool has been wrong 2 days in a row now; 2 days in which I'd made special transportation arrangements in order to be around for my delivery. Simply awful.

Worst delivery service ever. They never actually attempt to deliver and force you to go elsewhere to pick up yourself. Customer help support is abysmal.

Probably the most degrading customer service experience of this year for me. Staff blatantly ignored me, hung around chatting among themselves, refused to speak directly to me, off-handedly tossed me an envelope when i repeatedly asked to ship my object. Repeatedly blatantly misgendered me speaking about me to each other right in front of me. Thanks for your transphobia!

Worst service ever. My kitty litter was supposed to be here a week ago and I had to go out and lug a bag home cause they won’t leave it at my door or call when they arrive like I’ve asked.

Truly the worst courier company. They make Ups seem competent. Utterly unable to actually deliver a package. Can't even navigate an entry phone system, and then they lie about attempts.can't even be bothered to leave an attempted delivery notice. Apathetic ineffectual, worthless.

By far the worst courier. Drivers always find reasons not to deliver to building. Instead I have to pick up at their location.

Slow Service. They said i filled it out properly then i noticed in the copy they gave me that my name was in the address and the address in the name. I asked if it was ok and they made me refill again. Got on the line and had to wait again.

Terrible service. They don't even make an proper delicery attempt. Just leave pick up notice on the door. No business should use purolator. You will lose your cutomers. Takes 10 minute to speak someone on the phone.

Location was hard to find. Only to find out that it is actually inside Staples. No signage or anything.

They dont know how to work, my parcel went out for delivery 2 days ago and i still havent receveed my stuff. 2 weeks in total. Never happened before with the other courrier.they are the worst!
