Great experience. I had some pre-paid and labeled boxes which were dropped off no problem. Great customer parking. Small external drop off and amazing disabled access too. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible service took a day off to receive my package it was delayed due to mechanical errors I tried to re route to there pick up location not even half a k away from my house and now I have to call the seller even tho it's not my fault or there fault it's solely on purolator it was an important package that I will have now have to wait 3 days for fantastic don't use this company they take incompetence to a whole new level

I was suppose to have a package delivered today Feb 17th. The driver tried to deliver my package at 11am. The incompetence of a driver decided to leave the note on the glass portion of my door which left a sticky mess behind. The driver had the whole door frame to use but decided to use the glass portion. On top of that I now can’t pick up my package because of Monday being a holiday.
The average person works 9-5 and wouldn’t be home at 11am to sign for a package. Purolator is the most incompetent delivery company I have ever used and it will be last time as well. I highly suggest anyone to avoid Purolator. I can’t even get a direct number for the Stratford location.

I rate it zero stars if I could.

Had delivery attempted, apparently, and never received an attempted delivery slip.

Drove 30 minutes into town to pick it up only to be given attitude by the elderly lady at the counter who seemed too concerned that I didn't have a delivery slip and was worried "how do you know it's here? " "How do you know it was delivered here? "

All in all a very frustrating experience for a package worth less then 100$ that should just be left on the porch.

I suppose this is why I prefer other companies and refuse to use Purolator myself.

Could not deliver my package as address was not found, number is right on the front porch and located on a main road.

Absolutely Terrible Delivery. Don't bother paying for Expedited or Overnight Delivery. The delivery drivers continually lie and state they make delivery attempts or blame it on improper address information. Purolator Canada is responsible for the quality of their drivers, but their depot in Stratford is continually not making delivery dates, expect an additional 3 days regardless of what service you paid for. They don't appear to have any concern with customers or meeting the service's paid for. Terrible Delivery!

Update: Purolator claimed incorrect address but it was the same. Required driving to the depot to obtain and prove address. Hold times where over an hour on the phone.

Further Update: New Package for Delivery, was on Vehicle for Delivery in the morning, at midnight it was updated unable to deliver due to weather. There were no issues with weather during the day or evening in Stratford or my address. On the vehicle again today, it is after 6pm and still no delivery. Absolutely terrible service from Stratford Purolator Depot, and after speaking with a representative from the Depot there appears to be no care to offer the services paid for or to try and be better. Would highly advise using another service for deliveries if in the Stratford depots coverage area.

Drivers don't show up and lie about it. Outlet staff is grumpy on a good day. Consider any other shipper or even carrier pigeon over Purolator

Still on hold for "Customer Service" If you cannot bother top offer better customer service then why would I waste my time using your service? And naturally this would bias my decisions as to shipping companies at work too.

Absolute worst shipping company, they double charged my credit card in January, since then I have wasted multiple hours on the phone with Purolator corporate and I drove to the depot, I have just given up trying to get my 110$ back at this point

Horrible service didn’t even attempt to deliver my package and lied about trying to. Contacted customer service and they told me they’d try and get the package resent out. Was never resent out and never even tried to contact me. They told me to keep checking the website for tracking updates meanwhile last time I got a package from them it was delivered and the tracking info was never updated months later it probably still says it’s waiting to be delivered meanwhile I had the package and it still didn’t say that it was picked up. Purolator needs to be shut down and Amazon sellers and other places need to boycott there services. Would give 0 stars and have them shut down and fined in court if I could!

Very upset with the fact that the delivery driver put wrong address in and said they couldn't deliver on a Friday and they aren't open Saturdays which means I am not able to finsh the thing I am doing in time for anything BC earliest time Is Monday pickup. I am discusted. Will never use puralator.

If there is an option to give 0, that’s for them. I am waiting for a parcel for last 3 days. It arrived in Stratford depot 3 days ago and they didn’t try to deliver. When I called them, they said somebody tried to deliver but I have 2 camera at the front and when I said that, they apologize. Shame on the team working in that depot. I never thought Purolator is like this.

Every time I get a package sent to me by Purolator, there are problems. This time, it's "missed connection" for three days in a row, while it sits at the depot. Customer Service tried to tell me that it just arrived in Stratford late last night and to sign up on their website to track the package. I HAVE DONE THAT! THAT'S HOW I KNOW IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE STRATFORD DEPOT FOR THREE DAYS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM ANY COMPANY THAT THAT USES PUROLATOR TO SHIP! NOW, OFF TO THE SHIPPER TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WON'T GET ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME IF THEY SHIP BY PUROLATOR.

Tracking and access to the depot is non-existent once the package delivery fails in the first instance. I had 2 packages from different vendors arrive at the Stratford Purolator depot on the same day. They both arrived in advance of that day's loading time. Both 'missed connections' That was 2 days ago with no further parcel tracing and no way to contact the depot to arrange a pick up. Further, Purolator corporate won't initiate a tracing until 24 hours after the delayed delivery date. So basically once they miss the delivery your package is held hostage until Purolator sort themselves out.

Only delivery service in existence that won’t just leave the package at the door or in the mailbox. Delivery hours are same days and time as everyone’s work hours and they want me to take a day off to receive the package or alternatively drive 1.5 hours away to pick it up during business hours. Excited to use some time off to drive several towns away to pick something up, now I check websites to make sure they don’t use purolator before I order.

Initially the tracking on the site said it was gonna be delivered Thursday April 14th. I stay home all day and it does not get delivered. Then it finally updates and says it will be delivered yesterday. Yet again it's not delivered. And now when I look at tracking the top part says in transit and if you scroll down it says estimated delivery date not available and out for delivery yesterday. I called and they will have tracking specialist look into it when able.
Purolator does not seem to care that this is the 2nd time the company I ordered from had to send out my order cuz the first never arrived (through canada post). They used Purolator so I would receive it quicker and it would be more efficient. So you can imagine my frustration at this point. The fact that it's a gift needed by the 28th absolute latest makes it stressful too.

Very bad experience with purolator.i want give 0 star to purolator. I had ordered iphone 13 and it was shipped on march 25,2022. The estimated date of delivery was 28 march and it started showing missed connection when i was trying to track it. I waited upto 3 weeks and phoned purolator everyday but they don’t know where it get missed in transit. At the end after one month they said sorry we are unable to find out your phone. They also got IMEI number from shipping company but nothing found. I can’t believe that they can lost very costly packages. So, 0 star for purolator rating.

Worst delivery driver every. Came to our condo unit a few mins ago with the worst attitude ever. Said to come down next and get the parcel. I've told him Canadapost, Amazon, etc come upstairs to deliver. What's the issue? When signing his little tablet he moved it away indicating to just sign without holding the tablet and used no words like I was some kind of animal. Again worst delivery guy ever.

Nothing like pulling up behind the truck and as I'm walking up to my door the driver puts a sticker on the door and walks away with my package. I was in the driveway as the driver walked past me. Maybe, just maybe they could of given me the package and taken back the sticker nstead. Time of sticker 2: 56 time I walked in my door 2: 58

They did not have the answer to shipping a special item overseas. So they gave me a number to call. I guess they expect customers to do their own job. But I see why they didn't want to call themselves. Was on hold for over an hour and could still not get an answer. Never again Purulator.

Worst mail carrier ever. They have your number but if they are confused with your address they will just take it back with then until their little brains can be told where to go. Apparently living in the age with cell phones is too much for them. Use any other service.

A parcel was supposed to be delivered on the Thursday according to the website it didn’t arrive no big deal except I was worried someone would steal it as I am 6ft from the road and have no porch. I called to check on Thursday evening that it hadn’t been delivered and was assured they would not leave on the step in such an open position. It happened to be garbage day next morning so i opening my front door at 8.15am and it was on the step. I’m sure if I hadn’t happened to find it it would have been long gone within the hour and was a couple hundred dollars of goods.

They said 2 times they delivered my parcel, while they didn't, it ended up on 2 different trucks I have called for 2 days now still havent received my parcel, she told me it would be here tonight guess what they lied again, still no parcel.i will phone again tomorrow. Purolator is a joke.

Don't use this service. They left me a callback number because they couldn't read the suite number.but they never answered my phone call All I got was a litany of senseless information from their call directory. It's Mickey Mouse and their nearest depot is Stratford. Use AMAZON.

Had a package that was out for delivery for two days and never arrived despite the estimating date being long past. When I contacted their customer service, they were completely unhelpful and would not even estimate a delivery time or even a delivery DAY. Basically told me they couldn't guarantee anything and wouldn't even apologize for the long delays. We asked for Saturday delivery or evening and were told it wasn't available so don't believe the response to the reviews here as it's not true. If you find that you are being sent something via Purolator, request another courier because it is not worth your time and frustration. Avoid at all costs.

Waited for 2 days for a package to arrive as Purolator told me it was on a truck and out for delivery, only to find out it was delayed each day and delivery date was unknown. Now I have to wait till Monday and cross my fingers that my package gets delivered as the customer service people are unable to tell me if it will actually be delivered on Monday or not. Location not open on weekends and can't get any confirmation on if I can even pick up the item at their facility on Monday. Facility is also only open for 3 hours from 9-12 which is rediculous

Waiting all day for a delivery and nothing is showing up. I check the track shipment site throughout the day and it says in transit. Last time I check it says "Attempted Delivery - Receiver Inaccessible" I was in my home all day and there was no purolator truck on my street let alone a knock on my door. I apparently have it rescheduled for tomorrow but we'll see if my day is wasted again or they actually do their job.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude and not helpfull. When called to confirm a time for a package drop off I went to the local Purolator to confirm I'll be available all day. For some reason they tried to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow to receive my package. This is after having carted it out to me to take it with me when I didn't ask for that nor did I pay for that service. Since when is delivery paid and they ask you to take it and almost force you to so you don't wait for your package. People pay money for shipping and you are also government owned. I'm not impressed and you should get new people in the front office

Giving 5 star only for the one representative that we spoke to over the phone. My husband spoke to a woman on the first initial call and let's say she was beyond rude and no help what so ever. My husband ended upset after.
He called a second time and was completely satisfied after
Pam was not only helpful but turned my husband's mood from angry to happy in minutes

They came to deliver my package this morning and I wasnt home so they left a sticker on my door saying how to either go to Stratford to pick it up myself or call to reschedule the delivery. I get a knock on the door later this afternoon and its them trying me again before leaving town because my package is a portable air conditioner and the driver knew tomorrow will the beginning of another heat wave for our area and figured I would need it.he didnt have to do this and I am so grateful because these air conditioners have to sit for 6 hours before first use so now it will be ready to use tomorrow. I will definitely recommend your service and thank you so much to the driver today for being so thoughtful. I also want to add that he brought the box inside for me since it was so heavy instead of having me sign and then just leaving it on my front step as I've had happen with other delivery services

This place is a joke. I am told that my package will be there between 10 and 12. Well 1230 rolls around and nothing. I call and they say oh we can not guarantee anything and I get that lady yesterday in trouble. Instead of an awnser I get put on hold.

Time sensitive? Dont send with Puralator. They lost my first package in transition. Still has not showen up. Ordered another one and it is already a day late from estimated delivery. Its now 3: 30 in the afternoon of the following day. I desperately need it and still waiting.and now trying to call them to see where its at.been waiting in the phone for 10 min.tryed live chat on their web site but it says that there is no agent available. Hmmm.

Once again I get an email while I'm at home for 'Delivery Attempted'. Seriously getting sick of this, I've never had such poor service from a carrier before. Guess I'll have to try going at the end of the day and hope for the best?
