I wasn't told that my parcel couldn't be sent to a FedEx office in Astoria/Queens NY as a pickup location, so it was turned away, then damaged due to unnecessary shipping to other locations. Then tracking updates were vague, saying that my item is damaged and undeliverable. I'm STILL trying to get my Mac computer returned to me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Will never use this service again I paid 80.71 to ship pictures for a celebration of life 1 day service that was 5 days ago they did not get there No refund just excuses, I have no words for how heartbroken I am

Worst company for delivering to rural towns if you can use another company, they don't even have customer service just endless ringing

I have never had a Purlator delivery since I have lived in Sarnia come 6 years in August 2022. I ordered something and I did not know they were shipping it Pulator. 1. I work! 2. I am not home to get any delivery as a matter of fact. I came home from work on Monday, April 11th, 2022 and saw I have a Purolator notice via email. I went onto Pulator website and I was drawn to the reviews and there are so many negative reviews. I said to myself, "I am not going to go by these reviews I am going to see what my experience is going to be. " I called the 1-800 number, a lady answered within few minutes. She was professional, I heard caring in her voice. I explained, "I live in a high rise building and I work 10 to 6 pm, so I will not be at home to receive my parcel! " She took the tracking number, tracked it. Then she said, "They will attempt to deliver and if they don't get me they will take it at a drop point. " I came home from work on Tuesday, April 12th and my parcel was on an end table. I was shocked and glad to see it. My hobby who gets home from work before me said, "It was in front in door! " So less than 24 hours I got my Purolator Parcel. So thank you to the driver and Pulator!

Had an issue with shipper, the first person I called tried to fix it. The second person I called actually got it taken care of.

They did it again.lose a parcel. The woman I talked with says. Just cancel your order with the supplier. This happens all the time. Me: why? Where is it? P.woman: The label probably fell off.it is in the lost and found. Me: How do I contact them? P.woman: How should I know? Ha ha ha! What a company! I NEVER ship by them. I dont want things shipped by them. But some Companies do. I dont know why.

Delivered my package to a random stranger over half an hour away in a completely different city than the one stated on the address on the shipping label

Worst shipping company there is. I paid 20$ express shipping and received the item in 7 business days. I live 2 hours from Toronto, the item took 4 business days to get here - does not make any sense. They told me my item was delayed due to weather/over load of shipments.we have had a whopping 1cm of snow and mostly above 0 temps.

The over load makes even less sense, my city is 2 hours from the HUB the product was held at - how are you going to tell me that in 4 business days during Christmas season you couldn't fit a 1lbs product on one of the (more than likely) hundreds of shipments between the two facilities.

This is only the 3rd time Ive used Purolator for a shipment (most companies seem to avoid them, for obvious reasons) and all 3 times I have received my items late. Canada post has been on strike, within 2 days they are back to delivering items on or before delivery estimates; there's really no excuse.
