The driver didn’t put in effort to have the package delivered instead left a note to pick up from their depot which was far away. Took an hour to get to their customer service on phone just to be told they couldn’t help and I had to go to the location in person. Went to the location to be told the packages were locked and to come again next day. Purolator, you can do better!

Package delivery was attempted but no note at door, no calls until day before item return to sender. Distance to pickup was 25 km out of our way, but delivery attempt option was available at a full day waiting window. No good option.

They are the most hilarious delivery company I’ve ever seen. My school residence is the hardest place for delivery person to find. But puralator did an excellent job! They found my residence! It’s just it’s not the pkg that arrived it’s a piece of sticky paper left on the door telling me I need to pick it up at a location that is 10min drive or 43min+ by bus away. You guys really did a great job on promoting Uber or TTC. The whole community thank you for it.

First the driver didn't follow the delivery instructions and I was home still they put up a sticker for pickup, then I went for pickup and it was Saturday so working hours are till 4 PM and I reached there at 15: 58, and the lady was closing the door. She saw me and I waived at her to stop and parked right in front and she still saw me and closed the door. She was still inside, was able to see me and I knocked and waited in cold so she could open, but no response. I waited for 10 minutes in cold. WORST SERVICE AND WORST PEOPLE WORKING WHO COULD NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME UP AND REFUSE. I have all the evidence with timestamp in my dash cam video.

Terrible disgusting customer experience on August 29th @ 5: 50 PM by two African American women that were working there. Couldn’t help me and gave me a terrible attitude for no reason. If you aren’t customer oriented DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will be contacting head office in the morning.

This service was horrible, Purolator came and pretended to delivery my package and then the driver stole it. The people at purolator were not helpful at all and told us it shows that the package was delivered, and the case was closed just like that. They said it was delivered at noon but I didn't receive the notice till 5pm. If I could the rating would be -100.

I had worse experience today, my closest location is Mississauga heartland inside Michaels, drop off machine was out of order. They posted for nearest location, I went there they were closed and all lockers were full to drop off.

Very poor experience while visiting today.

Requested Customer Rep.to scan my return packages as my previous return was not scanned and I had difficulty with refund for some reason. Canada post or UPS always use to scan return packages.

Both Customer rep.started to make continuous statements about me blaming Puralotor even though it's Amazon fault. I had to justify that I am not here to blame just want packages to be scanned upon return.

And of course since packages were scanned, I was able to track and see refund later in the day.

As constructive feedback, either puralator automate return scan, similar to return label kiosk. I am quite sure Customer reps.are fed up dealing with Amazon customers.

Or

Amazon should find another company as this is making me not bother to buy from them.

Went for amaxon return, a barcode self service point allows you to print labels from a amazon return barcode. The assistant them help you pack the items. Very easy! Thanks to the kind people helping out

Very awful service. My buzzer code is not working and the driver didnt even called me. I just called their customer care and requested the drover to call me when he re attempt delivery the next day and they said they left a note for driver to do that. Still he didnt called me and I had to goto their office to pickup which is 11kms away. This happened 3-4 times. Its just a common sense to call the customer if there is no buzzer code. I dont have this issue with UPS, DHL or any others. Purolator should understand their primary duty is to deliver the courier, not to return that

Dropped the package for amazon returns! You have to scan the QR code (given by amazon) at the machine to print the label, tapes available to seal your box, attach the label and then just drop it off. ️

Absolute worst worst worst place to go to.instead of helping with me with my package they were gaslighting me and ignoring me. This was on Thursday around 3: 00pm. They were 2 people behind the counter including the manager. As i was explaining the situation they kept interrupting me. Then they proceeded to lie and say that i wasnt giving the complete information where as I told them everything they needed and the guy behind the counter wasnt writing all of it down. Once i said im stressed because no one is helping me and these are important documents the lady started yelling at me and said im not the only one with problems and continued to be dismissive. I have never been treated with such disrespect. If you can please go to another location. I hope a serious action is taken toward the lady and the guy. I wish I knew their names. But i do know that this is not how a customer is treated especially the one clear under a lot of stress. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!

The staff was friendly and this location is open all 7 days. Such shipping centres are extremely few but that isint this locations fault. If you have an amazon return QR code, you can walk in and scan it by yourself and hand the package over at the counter - packing up the return isint required.

I had a package delivered to my home yesterday and when I checked the tracking information, it says it came from the Mississauga facility. My issue is with the person who delivered my package. I could hear my dog barking and checked my front door camera. The person put my package down and did not knock. He was having a very loud personal conversation on his cell phone (which is fine, I don’t care) and I watched him come close to my window, look in, then he walked around to the passenger side of my car and was looking at something either on, or in my car. He then came back to the window and peered in again (my large breed dog still barking). He then paced to my gate, came back to the window and looked in again. He was loitering around my front door for over 4 minutes. This made me very uncomfortable and this is completely unacceptable and unnecessary behaviour. Alarming and creepy are words that come to my mind. I attempted to call the main customer service line today two separate times and was on hold for 30 minutes the first attempt and 40 minutes the second. I was never able to get through. I hope Purolator runs background checks on all of their employees. Perhaps, some training or further training needs to be done to outline appropriate behaviour when on someone’s property.

Don’t even bother coming here unless you want to wait outside in the cold. For people who just want to drop off packages with a label, why do we have to wait in line? As soon as we came in, you just said to leave the package on the desk. No receipt, nothing. Why was there only 1 employee working the busiest shift of the day? Why was there no sign that said we could skip the line, drop off the package and leave? Why was there no acknowledgment after dropping off the package that it was processed?

Do yourself a favour and select Canada Post or UPS only. Don’t waste your time with a company that has no respect for customers or it’s employees.

Worst experience ever. They asked me to come and pick up my package here at this location without even trying to reach out to me at my address. They also let me wait for more than half hour outside the building to get my package, it was so cold. In addition to this, I couldn’t reach out to them by phone or even through their live chat, no system and no respectful customer services. Everything here is so bad and I wish there is less than one star to give them.

Worst company ever!
Ordered item, shipped by Purolator, next day received a note that attempted delivery at 3: 00pm and says No one available. Driver does not call when they arrive. Customer care don't have driver's contact details and have no knowledge of anything. Now they want me to pick up the package from a location which is 35 minutes drive from my place. What is the point of online shopping?

Third time's NOT a charm!

I wanted to ship an early b-day present to my daughter in Ottawa and rather than wait 4 days for my friend to ship it for me using their shipper, I checked Purolator's website for the estimated delivery and costs. The website indicated my package (a small box) would be delivered the next day, so I decided to give Purolator another try.

My parcel was picked up on June 3. Today is ten (10) days since that date. The tracking status says "in transit" and has been like that since June 3!

I gave Purolator a few days grace, figuring they were busy. I called them three days after the parcel was supposed to be delivered and have been given the run around. A "Trace Specialist" emailed me and wanted "a detailed description of the contents of my parcel", including the colour, make, a picture (if available) of the box, etc. Really? Why do I feel like I committed a crime?

I provided a list of items that was in the box. I've also asked what is the next steps if this parcel is not found. The last email from the specialist said "our investigation is ongoing and we will contact you with our final investigation results". I wonder if that will take another ten days!

This has been an extremely frustrating process for a simple transaction (which you've already billed me for)! Purolator, that was your LAST CHANCE!

OMG Purolator will your staff ever get it right?

I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter and had it shipped to her place of residence in Ottawa. The vendor used Purolator to ship the item.

The day the parcel was supposed to be delivered, the tracking details indicated that the parcel was left at my daughter's apartment. A few hours later when we checked again, it said it was in the lobby.

My daughter checked both of these places, but the parcel was not at either of these locations. I spent FOUR hours on the phone between Purolator and the vendor trying to find this parcel.

The next day, the parcel was located in the basement of the building!

The Purolator driver did not follow protocol when delivering this package. I do not know how or why he left this parcel in the basement of the building, outside the lockers, rather than using the secure locker system.

I am pleased that no one walked away with the unsecured parcel and that my daughter received her Christmas present. However I am very upset with the manner in which this delivery was handled.

A tracing file was opened regarding this matter, however the only response I received from Purolator was "Thank you for letting me know that you have located this package. Please accept my apologies for the error and confusion with this delivery. "

Really Purolator? You are NOT going to follow up with your driver?

I ordered two items from the same company. They used Purolator to ship my items (separately). I received one at my door - no problem. The second one, I received a vm that my item was ready to be picked up at a Purolator depot 20 minutes from my house, in an area that I NEVER go to!

I checked the tracking and it indicated no one answered my door. Working from home means there is ALWAYS someone at my house!

When I picked up my parcel, the employee told me that they received complaints from other customers who had to pick up their items, rather than having them delivered to their homes!

Businesses and consumers rely on courier companies to deliver packages in an honest and reliable manner. Purolator, please speak to your delivery staff to ensure they provide the service companies and individuals have paid for!

Poor customer service, its like they do not care about you or your package after they got your money.express shipping they say! A turtle would be faster and maybe more professional than them.
And what make it worse is their staff responses when we make a complain! Very cold responses and not caring at all!
This is not a professional company, from what i experienced with them they are closer to being a scam.

Live 2 miles away from Sort facility. Yesterday it was out for delivery but driver took the van to Mars. Today it is out on delivery again but driver is thinking of landing on Moon today. Hope he gets bored of aliens and deliver my package or I have to buy a spaceship to receive my package. Improve your services Sir otherwise sell your business to Dominos.

They have one of the worst service in whole canada, I paid for express, dropped my package on 3rd april they are delivering on 12th of april. That’s even in same city.

They offer curb side pick up but then they say there is nobody that can do it and you hace to go inside, so why they offer the service? In addition when they went home to drop the package they did not ring the bell so i had to come to their office

6 days my package has been sitting at a sorting center going nowhere.

The sorting center is less that 35 mind away from my house.

I despise you Purolator. I honestly do.

The company that I had ordered a package from neglected to add my apt # to the address after actually calling them to confirm they had it before my order was shipped. A lovely women named Sharon called me from Purolater at 2600 Meadowdale road to insure that I was aware that they had it. Awesome customer service my partner was able to pick it up two hours later with the tracking number she supplied. Great person to deal with extremely helpful. Sharon you are the best.

I had horrible service at this location! The (the older black lady with the gold tooth) receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and unwelcoming. I had come in and had a question and it seemed as though I was almost bothering her. She was singing and humming her music and completely ignoring me. When I asked to speak to her manager she had said there is no point. Her attitude and tone of voice was extremely unprofessional! Definitely will be filing a complaint.

Not sure where to put this, but wanted to thank a Evan and Dana (maybe?) I know for sure Evan was one, and then he passed my issue on to someone named Dana I think. Anyhow, long story short, my package was an essential part from the US for my broken furnace, it was mid December, part was supposed to arrive on a Thursday/Friday, but when I logged into Purolator to check it said Monday now. It was cold, I said I'll drive to Mississauga to get the part, whatever, but Dana explained the situation that the part was still on a truck. I accepted by fate, Monday it is. On Saturday, a Purolator emlpoyye knocked on my door and had the part in hand. I was pleasantly shocked, fixed the furnace. Sincere thanks to those two employees for helping me out when threy could have easily moved onto their next issue/problem.

Service here was 5 star. My issue was I had the signature not required sticker posted on my front door yet the package was not left. Half hour drive each way across mississauga to get my package was a major inconvenience.

I had ordered my wifes medication and again I had to go to their depot to pick it up. We used Purolator before and had this issue. We had made a mistake when we chose delivery service. We will not be using this servi e again if it can be avoided.

If I could give a negative star that will be the star that I will give to this company.
Their driver does not even try to deliver my package. I saw there truck outside the apartment and I just go back to my room to get some coat after I go down their truck is gone and just leave the note outside and the pick up location that they put is from another city. I called their CSR to change the location of pick up in 1855 eglinton west and they didn't even deliver it their they deliver it on their TORONTO (DWNTWN/CTR VILLE), ON. This shipping company is the worst from their delivery man up to the CSR.

Purolator is garbage and unreliable.the staff is clueless about the where abouts of ur package and the drivers are even more clueless on how to properly handle and deliver packages on time. The worst part is the company has no communication with some of there drivers because some of them are not employeed by purolator so if something goes wrong purolator cannot contact the driver. Very unprofessional.

Pathetic Customer service, I took a day off to collect the deliveries from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by Purolator. I went across the street to get a cup of coffee at TH and the delivery guy came over and didnt bother to buzz on my mobile phone since i missed the buzzer line on my phone because of bad reception probably. Within a fraction of seconds after i saw that missed call, the delivery guy disappeared as if he was looking for a reason to not deliver the shipment to me. # Pathetic Service. I am new to the country and I ordered basic stuffs like mattress etc to settle in ASAP through paying extra money for express delivery and after calling them they just apologized with standard call center lines (that they understand its frustrating etc.) and they can only do it after 4 days.

I'll do an escalation and this is not acceptable at all.

Unacceptable excuse for not delivering parcels - after taking time off work to receive a necessary item (have no water until we receive this part) I was told it was not delivered because it was the end of the drivers shift and he headed back to the warehouse (Friday)! Only to be told it would be rescheduled for Tuesday because of the long weekend. Then spending hrs on hold they said it would be made available to pick up at the warehouse - Friday (which is an hour away) and wait until it updates in the system - did not update and the warehouse closed, called the next day (Saturday) and was told it’s a long weekend and they are short staffed and nobody can get it so I will have to wait until Tuesday - (without water) - so what happens Tuesday when it’s the end of the drivers shift again? Totally unacceptable - and worse part is they still get compensated for delivering on schedule if they do or don’t.

Clean looking and no lines, but I waited at home all day for the package only to find a slip at the door when I went out for dinner. Location was inconvenient and would appreciate a closer location for pickup/phone number to contact. Person at front desk was kind and understanding though.

Order an item from Amazon and never get delivered. We order other things from Amazon and they all delivered by UPS or Canada Pos but not this one. Went there for a pick up at the this store and the staff says because the address on the file does not have a unit number.
However, when I look at the package, there is a unit number. So I guess the person they hired does not know how to read the address. Very disappointing. I am planning to file a complaint to Amazon. With the increasing popularity of Uber, they are thousands of people can take over the delivery market. Amazon can decide whether or not they want to keep their partnership with Purolator or not.
