Purolator

Had to get something sent out quickly. She did everything for me. Very genuine young lady.

I purchased a dog bed through Amazon july 3 and was suppose to be delivered july 6 by purolator. Although I never recieved when I checked status and Saif delivered. I then called to find packageDISASTER.started claim said I would get an update in 24hrs been over a week so had Amazon refund my money. Would use their service because when it is misplaced you spend hours on phone to no avail ZERO STARZ

Well it's now the 27th and still no mattress. They don't even know where it is! They can't update me with anything until it is found

Ordered a mattress a week ago.tracking said it would be delivered on the 23rd. It didn't get delivered on the 23rd, I contacted them and they said it needs special handling n it would take 2 days, it also got weather delayed a few hours after talking to them. Well it's been 2 days since and there are no updated scans the last time it was scanned was on the 22nd. I was told that the specialists are trying to locate it. It's a BIG 88 pound package!

5 orders shipped by Purolator last year. Every. Single. Time. They say my address is undeliverable and I need to call them. I have done so several times. There's notes on my file. My address isn't even anything out of the ordinary. No other company has ever had an issue. Results in packages being delayed every single time. Despite paying extra for express. And I've had to go pick it up at Purolator twice now.

No issues with customer service but i still wouldn't trust shipping through them. Bad experience.in the past.

I love missing my packages as I wait for them all day and the driver doesn't even knock. I have a loud guard dog who would have barked the second they knocked. So now my wife and I are out wages over the weekend because the driver. Horrible customer service, bad drivers. Ship with someone else. EDIT: AND the Manger of the call center was so rude and disrespectful. I have autism and he sent me into a spiral. Nice job. I won't contact you again since you didn't reply to me like you said you would.

Driver came barreling out of the parking lot without looking in the large truck and barely missed a kid walking down the sidewalk. Not sure how their customer service is but that driver should be fired. Spoke to someone who worked in the plaza and they said most of the drivers are like that, just as bad in their personal vehicles when they leave for the day too. Hope they hold their drivers accountable and deter this type of behavior. I feel awful for anyone who lives in the neighbourhood
