Had to return a tv with dead pixels back to Amazon. Purolator came right to my door and picked it up. Extremely convenient and great customer service.

Always in and out quickly here. Location may be a little out of the way for me, but it may work better for the business. Only ever one, maybe two customers in front of me but efficiently dealt with, and we're on our way.

First they didn't attempt to deliver my package (no movement on my side street all day on my doorbell camera)
Then they brought it back out here in the middle of no where! I broke my knee and couldn't drive to get out here and they returned my package to the sender without notifying me! Once I was able to drive again I returned to the bad news in astonishment. Terrible service, if you can even call it that. 1 star is too many.

The people that work customer service in this company need to learn how to talk to people I'm disgusted with your pathetic version of delivery you are absolutely no help I paid for product that I haven't gotten have to wait another 24 hours after already waiting 24 hours I will never use your service again

I am having live plants shipped to me and paid for 1 day delivery to ensure they're still alive upon arrival. I recieved a missed delivery message. Have called 3 times and been on hold for over 30 minutes each call without getting a hold of anyone. It's impossible to reach customer service. Will not be using them again and will be posting to our local plant pages not to use Purolator in the future plant sales/purchases because it's a mistake.

Inconsiderate of the preferred time of delivery. I get that some deliveries require signature, but don't expect us to miss work just to wait for the delivery. Now I have to pick up my package in their office that is only open on weekdays AND that is not in any bus route in Brantford. I don't drive, so I guess they'll have me walk for an hour just to get my package. Great.

The location is closed every weekend, thus leaving anyone with a 9-5 job, scrambling to try to get their packages, before whatever period it is, Purolator feels is appropriate, before re-sending them. This has - in my experience been 4 business days or less. With 0 contact. I have not gotten a single delivery attempt notice from them, and have since asked the company I make purchases from, to ship with anyone other than Purolator.

Unbelievable as I am also complaining bout same as others driver was here but instead of using the buzzer # written on package just drove away instead and I highly suggest not trying to deny it video camera has it all.

My dogs medication is now 48 hrs late cause they failed to show up at all yesterday I will be using FedEx for my monthly orders now where next day means just that!

Good riddance.

Received a “text” message that there was no one home at the time my package was attempted to be delivered - this is impossible as I WAS most definitely home at both the time and date of “attempted” delivery.the door bell did not ring nor was the door knocked on.

No slip was provided on my front door either.

Super disappointing and inconvenient.

Was on hold for 25 minutes this afternoon. Finally spoke with a female representative who was extremely rude and snippy. Purolator had delivered originally without knocking or ringing the doorbell, only for me to have to pick up while in isolation. Their admin had a terrible attitude and she was not accommodating or kind at all.

I don't understand how a delivery company is NOT open on a weekend. Even if it is just for like 4 hours on a Saturday morning. Fedex is open from 10-3 on Saturday. Or you can open earlier during the week so we can get our package before work. Say 7: 30am.
Many of us work during the day and find it difficult to find time during the week to head to a remote area of Brantford to pick up a package. SMH

The drivers are very rude. Blend their swear words with greeting every time they deliver my items. Complained several times to Purolator head office and they changed the drivers. But all the same trashes.

Such a garbage location is this. I send my documents from them to BLS and confirm 5times the same thing. Now I don’t know where they send my documents. They don’t even provide me service. When i track now they show me i have to go brampton to pick up my documents. Such a unprofessional people are they.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, people are rude, packages never get delivered because drivers are to stupid to find your house, they just give up without calling. Went into the office because they didn't delover my package. The office people at the warehouse give you problem after problem and won't try to resolve anything. Even with ID and code they wouldnt give me my package. Honestly if they burned to the ground the world would be better off.

There was a note to call when my package arrived because I don't have a buzzer.
If that was done, I would have been in the lobby in less time it for the driver to write the missed delivery slip.

Eliminating the need to drive the distance to get to depot.

The employee working was nice enough but when there is a line of people it's not the time for a deep long conversations.
She asked the person questions such as
' so who do you know that lives in city? The package was being sent to, if she's ever been there,
**Not sure what was being shipped but the description of contents, led to her asking ' are you a writer?

It was inappropriate especially when there's a line of people, now out the door standing in the hot sun at covid distance apart.

I had ordered a package that used this company and the delivery driver left it down the street and across the road (I will tell you how I found out!) Ive been tracking this package since the estimated delivery of last FRIDAY! I called to follow up and ask why it said that it had been delivered at reception! Which it hadnt been. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half! The guy on the phone told me that it was delivered at my residence and to check around my property which i did and it wasnt so they opened a trace file and after a few days of waiting and me calling to follow up pretty much that they are closing the file because their delivery guy said it was delivered at the correct address. Which I will tell you it definitely was not! How i found out was-which btw was a couple of days later! My neighbour down the street and across the road brought it over to me! If he wasnt an honest neighbour I would not even see nor would I be compensated for this! I can have my neighbour confirm this! I mean what would have happened if my neighbours-whom which i have never spoken to btw never brought it over to me? I guess I would have lost my package and money? Terrible company! Terrible customer service! Will never use purolator again! Do not use PUROLATOR! They will lose your package and say it was delivered to the correct address when it wasnt!

It’s a worst service, we are paying the money to deliver the item in our place, but they will deliver the sticker and need to go their office for collect it. This is forth time am having the same issue

Your driver dropped a package at the UPS Store211 on King George Rd in Brantford today. He stopped his truck directly in front of the store, somehow managing to take up FOUR parking spots. When I asked him to back his truck into a spot next time, his answer was ignorant and rude. I expect that, in future, a decent human being will be the delivery driver.

They didn’t even attempt to come to my house to drop my things off now I wanna pick it up and I’m having problems getting a hold of them. I’m pregnant and don’t wanna have to stress but this is the main reason why I’m going to stress cause it’s a story every second or each way!

I wish I didn’t have to go through these people!

I haven't been to the Powerline location in about 20 years. The person I interacted with then was rude and short with me. The person I had last week was the same! I started to say that I'd filled out the back of the notice card and she turned around and went into the back room. She was very nice and helpful to the gentleman in front of me, though. I have a parcel to ship west. Even though Canada Post is under the weather, I certainly won't be using Purolator instead.

Brutal. Impossible to get through to speak to someone. The sender messed up my shipping address and no one at Purolator will lift a finger to help correct the problem. They will only sit on the package until the sender (also impossible to reach) decides corrects the address.

I was given an arrival date of dec14. The item was coming from London to brantford
December 16 it arrives in Toronto then sits there for days
Finally updates shipping status to show it will arrive on December 18
December 18th rolls around and it says the driver missed picking it up from the Toronto center
And it will be delayed till the following week
Why was it even shipped to Toronto in the first place
It should’ve and could’ve come from London to brantford within hours rather than weeks and having to go through various other facilities

Not even a delivery company at this point. They delayed my shipment by 2 additional days, and on the day item was "on vehicle for delivery" 4 hours later "item rescheduled for next business day".

Spent 2 hours trying to get on the phone with purolator, no one picks up. My mind is telling me the only reason they don't have a customer service department is quite obvious, they don't serve customers.

Avoid like the plague.

Two stars. They're normally reliable, but as soon as they get busy, they fall apart. Waited all day for a parcel out for delivery then at 7: 40pm tracking says undeliverable due to "road closure". Although I would prefer honesty, I get that sometimes drivers run out of time to complete their deliveries (there weren't any road closures). That part that gets me is that they didn't send it out the next day, as common sense would dictate. Two days later and the road closure is still being blamed with no estimated delivery date. After a long time on hold over the phone, I gave up and contacted customer service via Twitter. Reply was, "I can send a request to have this sorted again for delivery within the next 1-2 business days). It's Friday so I have to wait over the weekend. Irritating, as I was eagerly awaiting this parcel. I'm glad for the reply. At the same time, I think that parcels that didn't get delivered should be made priority the next day, rather than being thrown into a room to be sorted later.

Been waiting for a delivery said in brantford out for delivery for 3days now. Called to see if I could pick it up and lady told me to call back after 9, it was closed then. So rude! They r right down the street from me what is so hard about this delivery. Bs

They didn’t even try delivering package and status showed failed delivery. I was home whole day and tracking shipment. I called in and guy told shipment was set as pickup.
Then why show it as failed delivery online.

How can I give less than one star? If you're thinking of shipping with Purolator, don't. The worst shipping company in Canada. My package was sent over a month ago and I've watched it sit at various sorting facilities through the online tracker, fail to be delivered to me, get sent between Toronto and Vancouver multiple times (why?), And been on hold with them several times in the past month. Oh, and if you aren't home when they deliver the package which is always during working hours, you'll have to drive 2 hours to pick it up at their holding facility. You could literally DRIVE yourself out from Toronto to Vancouver and buy whatever it is you need in person more efficiently than getting it through purolator.

My order details says the package was delivered at my door. It was not, the time that they said it was delivered, I was outside my door talking to my cousin, yet they said they delivered my package at that time. I’m not sure if they’re just lying or they delivered it to a wrong address because there’s not even proof of delivery. Now I’m missing a package.

Just watched a purple tot driver drive threw 3 stop signs on dorothy st and Tom st in eagle place brantford. Barely hit its brakes good thing they are worried about Covid safety because they ain’t worried about driver safety. Gonna get my video from my house cameras and post it

It took me 5 days to get a package delivered from Brampton ont.to Brantford Ont. Package was only delivered after I had called to place a trace on it.package was than delivered the next day.on-line tracking says that it was delayed because of a packaging issue.package showed up perfect with no viable marks. Will use other companies before I use this one again

You attempted to deliver a package while I was at work. No big deal. When can I pick this package up. 3 days from now while I work! What a joke! News flash you ship packages you are not bankers, get some real operating hours you bums! Ive received packages from Intelcom every day of the week at all times of the day. 3 days cause I wasn't home 20 mins earlier.

To your reply a week later: Just get better hours, when's service Canada employees are jealous you have a problem.

Poor management during Covid. No regard for peoples time and prioritizing regular customers. If someone is hand filling out a shipment declaration, make them do it outside or in another room. You could save the time of several others that are here for pickups as your delivery drivers arent capable.

Years of complaints.
I was home. Waiting for our medication. The driver let the phone ring twice then hung it up. This I know because its the only way to disconnect. If not picked up at my end. And I watched him on camera. I'm the building manager. I see tags all the time stuck to our walls like garbage. With covid- 19 I would think you should avoid that practice. Even fast food can get it to you. Contactless. Anyway the driver, ticket all wrote up and ready to go. I here this is a common practice. Company inside secret, dont tell Management LOL. Told to me buy one of your loyal and present employee. He tells everyone the stuff he does and how his bosses could care less.because they're to busy griping about the bosses. Now I have to go out of my way. To pickup medication. Geez you dont even know what your screwing up. Thanks to your lazy drivers. I was reading the past reviews. Many not responed to. This ticket thing has been an issue for quite some time. Your response is email us the info and well pass it on. So far its gotten us nowhere. All those complaints and you cant fix this. When you want to solve your problem at the bottom. Take a good look at the person at the top. He just may be a post turtle.

Terrible service.they never attempt to actually deliver the product.instead they leave a slip.i live in a house with 4 apartments.my door is the only one at the back.there’s a huge sign on the front door that says “BRING ALL APT #3 PACKAGES TO THE BACK *COLOURED* DOOR”. How difficult is it to do that? Customer service is also useless. 10 minute wait time turned into 48.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with driver never even came down my road let alone to my house had to call them and drive to the depot to get my stuff after multiple days of them not delivering if you can stay away and DO NOT use them ever

I wasn't home to receive my package so they left a note saying to pick up in Tillsonburg, I live in Brantford so that's an hour drive each way. I drive there and they say it isn't here, it's in Brantford. AND the woman had trouble getting a hold of Brantford location to find out where it was so I was waiting. What a mess this company is.

Picking up packages is good and quick no complaints there. My complaint is who ever delivers the packages doesn't know how to follow simple instructions like putting it where its suppose to go so it doesn't get stolen

UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: Staff could be friendlier and less talkative to colleagues and focus more on the customer.
Next Bone of contention at Purolator is the $14 additional surcharge I had to pay because I had my item in its own case and not in a cardboard box! I am livid over this. My case was a hardshell with a handle and they charged me not $5 or $7, but $14 more. I mean come on, what a blatant rip off. It is easier to handle my case than a large cardboard box. The attendant even went back to my choices and added it on when I skipped over it. $14! I am so angry with Purolator. I seemed to bother the attendant when I asked for a tape measure and interrupted her gossip with a driver.

The two times I've been there to pick up a missed delivery the counter service was extremely slow.

Today was even worse. Noone at the front when I walked in and the 3 employees seemed to be laughing and joking in the back for 5 minutes. As soon as 3 or 4 people gathered they came out to help.

No need to check who was there first because 2 if the other guys were regular parcel drivers known by first name so they get helped first. Then another before me even though he gestured to me being there first and then finally me.

Well not yet because when my package slip was taken to the back the clerk proceeded to make a phone call talk to another employee and grab SOMEONE ELSES packages first again before mine.

Terrible customer service. My 5 minute pickup turned into a 15 minute wait. I would recommend shipping with someone else in Brantford.

The worst delivery! Almost a week late they don’t even try. Intelcom express had all my parts in the day promised. I don’t get my Case from Purlator until after Tuesday. Consistently the worst delivery service. I wish I could have chose who delivered my package. Try your best to avoid this company!

The item is said to be delivered by tomorrow, and I received a notification today saying "attempted delivery". I was not contacted in any way, and the pickup place is so far out of reach I have no way of getting there, plus the package I ordered is quite large so it won't fit in my friend's car either. When I made various attempts to call customer service, my calls were always ended right after an automated message.
