I went to return an Amazon package 5 days ago and when i checked the status of my return it says it hasn't been dropped off. The girl that worked there didn't return it!

I wish I could give 0 zero ratings.
Delivery guy came to my door, within a 1 minute he rang the door bell 3 times and then start banging on the door. When we open the door, this guy start yelling that why we r not opening the door, did his stupid argument. He starts scaring us if we need the package because it has passports in it. He had very bad attitude the minute we open the door. Later when we confronted he was trying to settle us down that he s trying to save our time. He told us that he s in rush nd we are holding him due to late door open.
PUROLATOR hire good, deserving and people who know how to do customer service.

I reached there at around 6 PM. There was this young Indian lady out there who wasn’t helpful at all more over that she was super rude, I wanted her guidance for something but she clearly denied. Totally disappointed.

Worst: A Phillipino Lady with short-hair is there to ruin the Morning sweet-smile of customers with poor-helping attitude. Went to return package, No gesture of helping. If you dont Love your job lady, simple is to “Quit”, a lot people are there who likes to do the job with a smile on their face.

Popped across to this location to mail off some documents to the US consulate, as it was indicated on the documents shipping costs are waived if using a Purolator. Unfortunately when I got there, the csr stated this was not the case, and she couldn’t offer any explanations but did confirmed it happens quite frequently.
Aside from that, she was professional and applied a 40% promo on without me having to request. The location is busy but it seems like generally, customers were pleased with the interaction.

Purolator Shipping & Delivery Depot is a great place to go if you need to ship something quickly and efficiently. I recently went there for the first time to do my Amazon return. There automated label printing process with the QR code is amazing!

The location is good, and parking is free, which is a big plus. It's also quick and easy to get in and out of the plaza, which is always a bonus.

One of the great things about Purolator is that they will do shipping for you even if you don't have a label. They will create a label for you on the spot for no extra charge, which is very convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they will answer any questions you have about shipping.

If you need to do some banking while you're in the area, TD Bank is located in the same plaza, which is very convenient. And if you're feeling hungry, A&W is also there, so you can grab a quick bite to eat before or after your visit to Purolator.

Overall, Purolator Shipping & Delivery Depot is a great place to go if you need to ship something quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they will do everything they can to make the shipping process as smooth as possible.

The location is good, parking is free, and there are other services and restaurants in the same plaza, which makes it a very convenient place to visit. I highly recommend this depot to anyone who needs to ship something via Purolator.

I went recently to send back my orders, as a purolator store there are services to print out labels for your package. However, the Asian lady at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was in a mood since I walked in. I asked to print out the labels for my package, she kept yelling and trying to discipline me saying “look at all these people, they have their labels! ” I told her I don’t see a problem to print it here. So she kept raising her voice acting like I’m an animal. She didn’t want to serve me she told the next guy to go in front. So I left. I will never come here again and neither will any of my family members. If I am not respected as a customer, why should I support your work? I’m no less of a customer that has their label already, in fact if I’m paying for a label from her that’s more pay going to her business. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go get ethics classes to know how to treat customers.

Hate the new process for Amazon returns, I mean the employees were fine, newly renovated location very high tech but not really if you know what mean.
You have to scan the QR code, get the label they then give you a package which you then have place in the packaging put the label on and can finally give it to the Purolator employee.

If I knew it was this complex I would have just printed the label, package the items and drop it off.

The biggest challenge I faced is lack of communication. Because they don’t provide text or call facility while coming to pick up or drop off any parcel. And within given time frame, you have to be wide awake and present to receive the parcel. A bridged communication system can solve lot of issues

The others are deep Mississauga this is the only one in Brampton and somehow they decide to close down the entire store to renovate. Very unfortunate. If the closure is quick I will change my rating as I don't like leaving negative reviews on businesses.

Visited today to return my Amazon package.was queue for some other scanning stuff, but since I had labeled printed and sticked to my package, my work was done in less than 30 seconds.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED - At least update your timings that you're closed due to renovations. Lot of ppl coming to your store and see this sign up. Up your management skills.

Have been to this location twice. Both times the staff has been extremely polite and helpful to myself and other customers. Last time, the QR scanner wasn't working, causing complications for some Amazon returns. Staff assisted customers in alternate methods of getting QR codes printed and then affixed them to the parcels. Busy location and it was close to closing time. Staff was still very friendly, polite and helpful to everyone. Highly recommend this location.

I was there to return the Amazon package and the cashier just did the job. My questions were answered bluntly with disgrace on pick-up from home even if I was willing to pay for it. This leaves me in bitter experience with Amazon returns and Purolator. I would rather not visit this place in future until the attitude to deal with customers is taken care of. Good luck!

Even though its a small office that is very busy its good to have one nearby. I was mad to have wasted the time to go there on August 1st because the online information said they were open and calling the 1-888 number given online was also a useless waste of time as it just said go online. I was visiting here and almost took a hot walk & bus ride there for nothing but a closed door! For such a big company, I expected better!

I went there today to return my parcel lady with short hairs was so rude. I did not like her at all. She was not helpful i will give 0/10 for their customer service. They don’t even know how to talk with customer. I don’t how they hire this kind of rude people for customer service. It was my first visit there with bad experience.

I ran in to mail out a box today and Bibi was right there to immediately assist. I had to run back to the car and when I returned there were at least 7 people in queue. It didn't panic Bibi and Keisha. I truly haven't seen anyone in the Brampton area work as fast and efficiently as these Ladies. Amazingly courteous too!

Visited the location at Brickyard/Main, long line on the outside as the inside was full. The genius of a a sole employee (sorry didn't get her name but she is of a brown complexion, about 5ft 5" tall and has brown/lightened hair), got everyone serviced and emptied the place in less than 30 minutes. Wow! She is absolutely fabulous.

She was patient with me as I required full service.boxes, packaging, weighing, coding, dispatch and all. I had to apologize to customers behind me for delaying movement of the line for a while.

Kudos to Team Purolator, So unbelievable that they delivered the packages by 9: 00 am the next day.was told they would be delivered by end of day next day. Purolator, your exceeded my ecpectations. Cheers!

The recipients were in heaven as the items (East Indian Mangoes, National HTB Round Spice Buns, and St Mary's Banana Chips) came from far (Jamaica), and was shipped to them in New Brunswick and Ottowa.

Purolator, you are simply the best. Thank you. Cheers!

Pls do everything to retain that "star employee". She really was the 'star' that shone for me at your Brickyard location. I surely will recoomend Purolator to friends and family, here in Canada

Worst ever customer service experience. I was here today 6/6/2022 @ 1: 20ish. This Asian lady (emma not sure if that’s her name but on the receipt it has that name) was so rude. I entered the store and said Hi, she didn’t reply to that. While leaving I said thank you, still she didn’t bother to reply. Never used purolator kiosk, so no idea what she was directing me towards. When I asked again she kind of raised her voice and was like THAT GREEN LIGHT. There was another student there who was struggling to follow the instructions and this lady was rude to her as well. Hope the owner/ purolator send her for ethics classes. Seems like GTA is getting bad on behaviour not just on roads but in stores as well. If all these previous comments are for her then the store owner should tell her to change her attitude towards customers. Don’t feel like giving even a star

Never ever use Purolator for any expedited shipments. They tried once to deliver my package and left a notice to pick up the product from this location. Went two times and they are still saying that they haven’t received the package yet.

AWFUL SERVICE.

Tried calling customer service and waiting on line to someone answer my call after 13 mins.

I just returned my packages at this store and lady with a very short hair (boy cut) was very rude to me, gave me a bad attitude without any reason. Did not care what i want to say and snatched the labels from my hands aggresively.
When I said thanks she said whatever. She needs to behave and need to learn how to talk to people. They don't even deserve 1 star. I went there today 24 May around 4: 15pm with two packages. Disrespected me infront of other customers!

Worst place to deal with when dropping shipment off. The employee did not even want to talk and explain the process. Employee name Bibi was very rude and argumentative without even listening. Luckily another employee Kisha was there to help and explain why they were unable to accept the return. Bibi needs training on customer service. She was extremely unprofessional without even knowing the situation

So I just went to return my Amazon parcel and I was having my QR code and I was confuse as it was my first time and the women there was rude even she was uncooperative main thing is that she was also not greeting me well as I had done something wrong. I’m also working in customer service and I very well know how to greet the customers but she was rude and also as the QR code she print was large SO SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR THERE OWN PACKAGE AS MY BOX IS SMALL! This is really so worst like they charge me for this and also for my return I pay her money for packing my box. Even while going out she was giving me sarcastic look. This happen on WEDNESDAY 9th feb 2022 in morning.

I went to do an Amazon return - they are providing new service to return the item without packaging. Scanned QR code from Amazon to a scanner as I entered the store which printed the label. Handed over to front seat and they gave me a receipt after packing it in a bag. Was out in couple minutes.
Giving 4 star since I didn’t use any other service
