Experience at pick up ws good. But they must put in some effort to deliver the package to the given address. It s so annoying. I had paid the delivery charges, still had to go and pick. No customer care to talk to. Only automated voice. Awful Experience.

My purolator slip said to come to this location to pick up my package, after driving 30 mins to come, they told me my package was not even there but at a different location, the slip says nothing about any other location but this one, I am pretty disappointed by this experience.

Worst courier service ever.they should deliver this parcel to their own warehouse (where I could pick it up). They could not find the address (address is correct as confirmed by their agent). 4 different (mechanical/sorting) delays. UPDATE: today I got a Delivery Attempted message. These people cannot deliver a package to their own warehouse. Just miserable. UPDATE2: I finally picked up the package from the Purolator warehouse. The package was ripped open and half of the included hardware (it was a car part) was missing. I have to contact the manufacturer for replacement hardware now. Unbelievable!

I paid $30 for getting my son's passport. The purolator agent leaves the note on my mailbox instead of delivering it at my apartment door. I think I should be thankful to them for atleast leaving the note on my mailbox. As most of you were missing that too.

Really poorly organized service. Masters of confusion and delayed delivery that won’t happen unless a customer escalates things. Zero regard to the value of time. Also, closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Avoid using Purolator at all cost.drive waited under 1min after ringing my door bell, then left with my package. I need it for 9am the following day.guess what? I have to wait until Monday? Worst company ever.

Seems like there was some technical glitch on maps. Just noticed it is not the address where i was looking for Purolator on maps but maps were showing me the place there. Thanks for replying and notifying - changing it to 5.

You would think during a snowstorm 5 staff members would have some sympathy for me seeing how I was only a minute late. I arrived at this location a minute after eight and not one staff member even made eye contact with me except one with pink hair who proceeded to roll her eyes at me and continued to work on her computer. I understand if I was 10 or 15 mins late and knocking on the front door but these people had no customer service skills and seemed like a bunch of children were running the front desk. I'm coming back in the morning to get my package. There were five staff members or more who saw me standing outside waiting to least have one of them say even we apologize ma'am but we have closed our computers and u will have to come back. Got Nothing! So I got into my car and wrote this. I wouldn't ever give them 1 star but I have to in order to continue with this review. Anyways this is to the staff that have no people skills what so ever. And training is highly recommended for their future endeavors. Grow up!

My tracking number was ATH102557602. I was on my door whole day but nobody showed up and claimed that nobody was at home. After that went to Purolator Mississauga counter. The lady said me to check the locker without giving me any information. I chatt with the Purolator. They admit that it was misunderstanding and the parcel was in the counter. Such a garbage service I ever see in Canada. I don't know why Best Buy use this garbage courier
for the delivery.

Worst experience ever. I mailed my passport with the return slip to BLS office in August and to my surprise I got a call from Purolator in October asking if I have received my parcel from BLS. I returned the call and left 4 voicemails and then finally followed up in November where the lady mentioned they have closed my case as they had an empty parcel which was scanned at the Purolator centre by the guy on shift that day instead of keeping the return label inside the packet to be mailed. They scanned the parcel and which was lying in the center and they didn't bother informing or atleast returning my empty parcel or delivering it to BLS as the slip says from BLS to my address. She still wants to wash off her hands from this case and mentioned I have to contact the bls myself and they cannot do anything about it. It's ridiculous n I need Immediate action as my passport is still in the bls center and no one pucks up the calls there. On top after emailing the claim department I get this as a reply after waiting 1 week for someone to call back and follow-up.

The package is supposed to be delivered on three separate occasions.

PACKAGE STORY & INTRO: I live in a basement and there are 2 doors that you have to open before you can reach the basement doors. So, it is basically an apartment as it has a separate entrance (this is important as the rep saying that the driver only calls if they do not know the apartment# or buzz code). For the third time, Purolator just leaving the: "We're sorry we missed you" note and I am not receiving the package.

I explained to the representative directions to knock on my doors & that the driver has to call/notify me about the delivery. When I am calling to find out why the package has not been delivered for the third time, the rep is saying: "you know, drivers are extremely busy. ". Erm. If your driver cannot call the customer, they have to be able to notify the customer somehow WHEN they are delivering the package. If the customer is not outside waiting for you the whole day, there is no way you will deliver the package.

COMPANY's SOLUTION: "We will schedule a delivery and see how it goes".

REAL SOLUTION: Add YOUR DELIVERY IS HERE option for your drivers. I received a MISSED DELIVERY text message three times. Let your IT team know that they have to add one more option for the driver to choose from. Ask them to wait there for 1 minute if it is 3rd time the package has not been delivered. Find a way to let the customer know when you are delivering the package. If they are not busy pressing the MISSED DELIVERY button, they are not too busy press the YOUR DELIVERY IS HERE option. Check your competitors, they are notifying customers about the delivery.

CONCLUSION: Even though representatives wanted to help, nothing has changed. This review was written with the hope that something will change, even though I have seen a couple of reviews like that on your review page. If you do not know how to do it - reach out.

Purolator is the worst when it comes to delivery. I ordered a parcel through Amazon. They initially update the status as delivery on 18th April and then delivered it on the evening of 14th and dropped the parcel outside the building. When I checked the status on 15th april, it showed delivered but found no trace of the delivered parcel anywhere in and outside the building. When i called purolator, they conveniently said that we dont call the buyer and amazon allows them to deliver parcel outside the building and to take it up with amazon. Worst people to deal with. Fedex is the best and most professional. Dont waste time on garbage like service.

Very bad experience with the delivery. The delivery guy knocked the wrong door and posted a pickup slip for my order which i required very urgently. When i received the mail i called the service centre explaining he tried at the wrong door and they told it will be reattempted the same day but instead i recieve an email that my order us ready for pickup 20 minutes before the warehouse closes. And asked me to pickup 3 days later due to weekend.

No text or email that delivery will be attempted on the day, and being a major delivery you should have called the customer that you are taking back the delivery or something and then going on wrong door and expecting customer to pickup three days later is very bad experience.

Giving 1 extra star for the representative that helped with the pickup.

Would never want my shipment from Purolator now, seriously really disappointed.

Amazing customer service at the shipping desk. Needed help 10 minutes before close sending two packages on overnight express. Both helped me fill out the forms and get our packages out.a+

Sent a package at 8pm yesterday to newfoundland and it was delivered at 1130am today.

Delivery drivers doesn’t know how to ring me on the buzzer they would never even try they will just leave a note to pick up the package and customer service is so hard to contact. It happens to me 3 times now. So annoying!

Went to FedEx had to join a line with six ppl, 4 csr. Took over 45 minutes even though I had my pkgs boxed and labels printed.
Went to Purolator, one csr no line up filled out waybill while csr processed 4 others and I way out in 15 minutes. Now how is that for service!

Amazing customer experience. They assisted me with making a label and gave me a box to ship on that they had laying around. The price was very reasonable too for shipping all the way on the west coast US in 5 days.

Driver was incompetent. Waited an entire day for the delivery of my package at my business (after specifically telling Customer Service that the driver has to knock on the door, as it is closed to the general public). Driver didn't bother to knock. I have a security camera, driver didn't even show up, yet in the notes - the driver posted that receiver was unavailable. How hard is it to follow simple instructions? How this person delivers packages is a complete mystery to me. If I could rate you at a 0* I would have.

I got called to come pick up a box of diapers ordered from amazon. I was ignored by JACK at the front while he proceeded to help other drivers. When I finally got help he went to the back and started scanning boxes brought in by one of thise drivers instead of simply getting my package for me after waiting so long. He also complained about a tracking number when its CLEAR TO SEE A BOX OF PAMPERS with my name and address on it. Terrible front desk service from jack.

HORRIBLE experience! I went to this purolator this morning to pick up my package. They had left a notice on my door after the FIRST attempt that I need to go pick up my package from purolator directly! I went around 10: 45 am. There were two people ahead of me, I over heard the guy working there (older chinese/asian man) did not get his name helping someone ahead of me and released a package to the guy that was in front of me + his friends package (which was a passport) and also mentioned were not allowed to do this but I will do it this time, next time your friend needs to be here. Once it was my turn I got denied receiving my package due to my address on my licence not being the same as my home! I explained to him how I recently got married and moved and i'm in the process of changing it I do have other ID's and he would not release my package! I showed him the email with my package information and he wanted me to go print it and bring it back to him! Drove 30MIN to this location! HORRIBLE customer service!

Extremely horrible service. First, my package was not left at my door and they didn't even leave a slip for pickup. So I had to call customer service to ask where I could pick it up. He directed me to this location so I went out of my way to go and pick it up, only to find out that it was at a different location. I'm extremely upset with how the lady at the desk handled the situation and now I'm very inconvenienced by this whole experience. I never want to deal with Purolator again

Every time I see a Purolator truck, I jokingly think that they're out there delivering happiness, considering all the presents or heavy groceries, they've brought right to my door. Seeing as most of my Amazon Prime orders are delivered by Purolator, sometimes less than 12 hours after I order, and especially compared to others who can't seem to arrive on time, I'd say they've provided excellent service many times.:)

Horrible service here, clerk at the desk didn't know what services they offered or if they were a bonded carrier! Couldn't answer my questions so they directed me to their website.needless to say i shipped with another carrier.

Just awful service. I don't know their protocol for attempted delivery but it is piss poor. I don't get my package delivered because there is not buzzer code on the shipping label, but the buzzer code is the unit #. Didn't bother to wait a minute for someone to open the lobby door. I desperately needed my humidifer as I keep getting bloody noses, and am told now I will have to wait until monday to pick up my package!

Lazy people. Came to pick up parcel after they hanged "we missed you" tag at my door. Receptionist told me that driver haven't reported back yet and I should come a couple of hours later. When I pushed a little and asked to re deliver, she made an excuse that let me check in backroom and came back with my parcel and said driver just came 10 min ago and it is not updated in system.

Worst customer service at Purolator. They didn't give me my package while they could see clearly my address and name. The only difference was my middle name was on the package and I had to prove it. Wasted many days with the package and the asian guy working there was very rude.
