Could not coordinate with Best Buy themselves and there for after weeks of calls to them as well as Best Buy, my 8 yr olds present ended up being shipped back after waiting and calling them a multitude of times (with a 20 min + wait each time) day after day- even tried to escalate situation which still led nowhere and product was then returned back January 10th to Best Buy. Extremely dissatisfying customer service.

I had just moved, and my old address was where my package was to be delivered. I had the tracking number and called the 1-800 number, and the agent was very friendly and helpful. He had my new address posted in no time, and my parcel arrived a few days later

I wanted to re-schedule a delivery for a package and tried to call. Waited over 20 minutes on hold, only to be connected to a number that was no longer in use and was disconnected. It was much easier and faster to use their live chat feature on the website to re-schedule, once I found it.

Wow, excellent service! I’ve gotten the same driver about 10 times and every time she has been friendly and always smiling, definitely amazing costumer service! Jordan Mumby deserves employee of the year!

Worst service ever.from one week I was waiting for my parcel, but on delivery date purolator customer service said they can not release parcel without signature but I was not free before 7 pm so I called customer service to deliver at that location where I could pick up after 7 pm. And the lady on call told me to receive and give the address but when I reached there my parcel was not delivered there because driver delivered at another location without informing me. Due to there negligence I am not able to give my IELTS EXAM for tomorrow. Worst and uneducated customer lady who did not understand the language properly what I was telling her and she messed up everything. Ridiculous
Worst service like hell.

I spent over an hour on hold and still nobody has answered my call they said that they attempted to deliver my package but nobody buzzed up to my apartment and no notice was left behind I even tried the virtual assistant online and and no customer service rep even showed up for that. I'm still trying to get ahold of Purolator to find my package and still nobody is answering the phone and they are going to be closed soon and I can't get through to anybody.not impressed
Absolute horrible customer service there is no customer service at this place at all I don't even think anybody works there for real

I was on a temp job at your Belleville location - I was actually disappointed- it was a lot of standing around, safety procedures were not in place, and the I got a message from the temp agency when I got home saying I wasn’t a good fit- no explanation no training for the day -no second day just done - but in the end it’s better- It just says a lot about the company and managers!

Awful. Said they had notified me twice when I was not home on first attempt to deliver. I cannot get a phone number for the local office from the toll free contact. Automated service has me on hold for hours. Wanted home delivery so I would not have to drive 50 miles!

Sitting on hold for a customer rep takes forever and my package never showed up the driver didn't even bother to pull in to the address or notify that the package was here.

Absolutely useless. Sent overnight package within Ontario Canada. Package never shows up at destination. After spending hours on the phone with tracing department and over 2 WEEKS LATER.still NO answers NO call back NO communication.only to get a status update on parcel that its lost. They can't be bothered to even look to see who scanned parcel last. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Bought another $200 worth of items to be delivered and took it to UPS.same size parcel same weight and it was $15 CHEAPER than Purolator. (And it showed up at destination on time) Never again will I deal with Purolator.
I can't say enough about how mismanaged, and incompetent this company is.

They didn’t even attempt to notify me package was at residence. Driver just left a note saying where to pick it up. There was literally other packages sitting behind house as well. Could of easily left at back door. I had to drive there and pick it up. (50 minutes total) What’s the point of delivery if I have to go pick it up. Will be going with Canada Post from now on.

My Phoarmacy sent important medication and say it delivered but yet it wasn't delivered to my address it was delivered to some other address that didn even sound or spelt like my address
How can you mess something up so badly? Very unimpressed with your service. If I didn't have to give any stars I wouldn't but in order to post a review I have to give you 1 star.very sad service.

They don't know how to work a doorbell! Maybe they were not trained or know that the video doorbells will catch them not waiting the whole 1 minute before they leave and you have to pickup the package!

UPDATE: 07 June 21 Used the doorbell and knocked! Oh wait after video review he just pushed the doorbell so hard I thought he knocked my door! Ridiculous.one finger its easy, too easy! Time to go back to Purolator training!

I had a package to get delivered and instead of shipping (because I didn't know where to take it) I brought it to where it was supposed to go. They wouldn't accept it and told me to take it to purolator. So I went there and they were closed, I asked a worker if he knew anyway of getting them to take my package and he told me to wave the truck down so I did and he was so nice he took my package for me; so it can be delivered on Monday. I would say this is excellent customer service. Thank yous again purolator employees for being so amazingly helpful and kind.

Tracking is way off and when I sent them a message all they said was ya it left Friday the tracking can be out of order.very unprofessional another package said it would arrive today then they delayed it and said it would be here today still

This team doesn't even contact us to try to deliver at our residential address but provide false information (delivery status) that "the delivery is attempted and receiver was inaccessible". How can they be so mean and provide absolutely false information that too without leaving any sorts of info or delivery tags? Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service. Can't give them 0/5 hence that single star. Try to grow up guys. Customers aren't fools.

They do not update. I was home all day when "they attempted to deliver " they did not ring my door bell or knock my dog did did not go nuts and I do have security cameras but my kids seen them pulling out of the driveway so I ran to see if I could catch them but they were gone. I called Purolator to tell them what happen that they apologized and said they would resend it out and it would probably be on Wed. We'll its Saturday and my package is still not here I have called multiple times and I keep getting told that they have acknowledg it and it will be resent and this is what they tell me each time I call with no real answer to what is going on.

Missed a delivery last Wednesday.was not informed about it until Tuesday night at 7: 15,7 days later. I'm on the phone now trying to find out if package is still there. Been on hold for 20 minutes so far. I don't want to make the 1/2 hour drive through 2 " of fresh snow if the package has been returned to sender. If the driver tried to deliver it, why didn't he/she leave a note? Why did it take 7 days to send me a text about the missed delivery? Poor service.

I use online ordering all the time. Purolator, in my experience, is the worst of all the couriers. This week's specialized pet food order is one I place regularly. When it was not delivered within the usual timeframe, I figured they couldn't find the new construction site where I've recently moved. But, anticipating this problem in advance, I notified both the Belleville depot, as well as the central 800 number, to give them instructions for finding my home. I was informed that "special instructions" aren't placed anywhere on the package. TWO hours, on 2 separate occasions on hold to give them accurate directions- and the package is still not here. No one even notified me, as the other couriers do, that they can't locate the address. I found out using the tracking number. Upshot is we are now out of petfood in a pandemic and still waiting! Lousy company!

I was home all day only to find out from maintenance guy in building that delivery was at 12: 30 pm and the driver didnt leave a note on mailbox or knock on door. Now i have to get a ride load walker and go pick it up. Your drivers are lazy. Plain and simple. Not the first time this has happened.

This Belleville location of Purolator is terrible. We have had our packages sit there for days, other packages delayed for no reason, one package completely lost that was claimed to be scanned at our house (we don't even have a barcode for them to scan), and many times we've been home only to find a Purolator sticker asking us to drive to their location to pick it up because they didn't knock on the door. I'm not sure why this location of Purolator is having so many problems, but maybe HQ should look at their management and work ethic at this location and try to improve things.

Love waiting for another delayed parcel.

Have been home all day Waiting for package from Purolator and hoping someone knocks the door. Nothing happened like that, what I got is "sorry, we missed you " tag.
This is not what we expect from Purolator
Atleast a single knock is enough to catch attention.

Damaged package, missing items. Took 2 months before "Kevin " left a message that they couldn't find the item. Maybe it was stolen? Purolator takes no responsibility.don't use them for anything that requires shipping.

Ordered a.parcel.that was being shipped by this company. The total whole trip is 2 hours. It took 10 days. After 8 days they had no idea where it was. Finally found it 1/2 hour from where it started. 8 days to go 1/2 hour. Wow. When asked on phone or at depot to help. They would just say nothing we can do. When it arrived it looks like it was dragged behind the truck and there are at least 20 footprints on both sides. Apparently they thought it was a mat. Will never have anything shipped by this incompetent company again.

You come to my apartment, ring the buzzer, I let you in and instead of bringing the package to me, you go to the mailboxes and write me a note saying I have to drive to the next town over to pick it up? You realize, in the time it took to write the note, you could've just given me my package? So basically, I have to drive out of town to pick up a package, that I paid you guys to bring to me, because the driver is too lazy to walk up a flight of stairs? Come on guys. Do better.

The lady who served me was not at all very friendly. I walked in a hapoy person smiling but walked out wit a frown. My son deals with them regularly because of the profession he has and told me she isalways very cold when he goes there to pick up something orcreturn things too. I hope not all are like her.
They also claimed they tried to deliver a small pkg to me 2 times in one day which was not true. I was here by my cell every minute and nothing. I live in a secure apt.building so they need to ring me to be let in. Nothing!

They said they tried to deliver.but never got out of the truck and left before I could make it out to the driveway? And marked it on tracking as "Closed for Pandemic"? WHAT and WHY. I live 30 minutes outside of town from their pickup place.because of a lazy driver who came out here and just left, I have to wait until it says available online for pickup AND go out to town to pick it up now? WHY DO WE PAY DELIVERY FOR THIS. Useless. This is the third time this has happened with Puroltor. And this package was needed for today. Gee thanks again for your useless service.

Tried to contact their location in Belleville Ontario about my shipment. Couldn't get a representative and the line kept dropping my call after I was told to hold. Horrible service.

They attempted delivery for my art stuff but everyone was home that day and they are literally ALWAYS AT HOME, so they didn't bother knocking on the door, it was sent back to amazon. Thank you for not doing ur job! DOO DOO HEAD!

I have been using Purolator in Belleville for 18 years and have always found them very helpful and accommodating. Many times going above and beyond to meet my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys held one of their trucks for me at a local gas station so I could catch up with it to claim my package. I missed their delivery guy by maybe an hour and went to the depot with my notification tag on a long shot. Thanks so much!

Imagine a world where residential delivery people ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS. Classic story, I had the day off to sit at the front door and wait for the incompetent delivery person who Infact did not even knock, to walk up to my door and throw the "made an attempt" notice in my mailbox. Wow! That's some top notch useless service. I honestly don't know why I order things online or get anything delivered anymore when I inevitably have to go into a store to pick up my stuff anyway. I hope you all lose your jobs to drones. Slightly less annoying and 100% more accurate. I hope one day I get to provide the same customer service to my delivery driver, which is none. Oh yeah, and they hung up on me after waiting 10 mins on hold. A+

Order from Amazon was to be delivered Tuesday June 26th as per delivery tracking reference. The weather was 22 C, sunny, bright blue skies and I get an alert stating the delivery is not happening because.wait for it. "Delayed due to weather

It is now June 27th.
Some weather related delays came to my mind.the sun was in the driver's eyes, he lost his sunglasses, the visor in the truck was broken, the AC was shot, it looked like a good fishing day, Purolator does not pay OT, bugs on the windshield, GPS was incorrect etc. Thank God he is safe and it wasn't raining or cloudy in this "terrible "June weather.
